Omg I tried lot of exercises but this one is just amazing I am doing it for last 3 days and I can see changes in my posture it is really amazing it's hard at 1st but then I get easier

Thanks Preeti mam for this video's I even have this issue my spine always bending because of sitting job . Last 5 months I am doing yoga because of this could not able to do many poses perfectly like forward bending , downward facing dog... Will try this for next 2 weeks daily and let you know... Pls mam do daily follow along pranayama sequence like 15 mins to 20 mins to do daily before or after yoga session... Thanks ❤️

Remaining sitting for 12-14 hrs in a day is slowly killing spine, neck and shoulders.. But trying these aasans makes me realised so good and feels like it opens all the ropes which tightens the posture due to same position for the whole day..feels very light and good only after doing it for the first time.. Will do on daily basis.. Thanks for your help

Though it is Still There .. But
I lost Fat Tire Lines on Back & Even my hanging Tummy has Become Tighter Than Earlier.
My Spine Has really Become Stonger I can feel it on the Last day.

Hi Preeti... My upper back is convex and my lower back is concave in shape. Do these asanas helps me in overall posture correction? Bcz most of the asanas are back bends.. I fear that it might lead my lower back more concave in shape.. Pls suggest..
