Bro the forward and sideways lunges and bench leg presses finishing with some explosive squats is a great strentgh exercise coming from me a football player not from some no muscle girl And for those typical simps This is one of the best i did this workout for 2 weeks nd my average shooting power increased from 60kmph to 69kmph
Do 2 sets of the most exposive squats like jumping squats In first set keep doing jumping squats until your legs give out and you can't jump Then take a rest of probably 3-5 mins Then again do the same You will not feel pain in legs after workout like the soreness But you will not have strength in then because this workout will totally focus on muscle fiber quality and strength and flexibility Believe me
I experienced a hamstring strain in my left leg on February 1st. While I have since recovered, I've noticed that my left leg feels weaker than before, and my running speed hasn't fully returned to its previous level.

It's obvious that you will get sore muscles the pain is a sign on how damaged your legs got The more pain the better After my own leg exercise I can't move my legs for 1-2 days so stop complaining if you want results Stay Hard.
