To be honest the main issues I had was getting the old rusted crap off. The headers weren't terrible to put in. They fit great. Now I did have to bend the passenger heat shield when installing but was fine after. You def need to get the passenger side high as possible

I have a 2003 4.6. We have a very close setup. I'm running borla xs with hi-flow cats h-pipe and 4" tips. I want long tubes but I've heard fitment issues on the 2wd. Do you know if these will work?
Ill up load my set up with pacesetters and true duals. Much like yours only I have no crossover and hi flow cats with flo pro twisters and ami billet aluminum flame cut tips.
I purchased the pacesetter for my 03 5.4 f150 did you have any trouble with connecting the EGR tube to the header? or did you have to get a fitting adapter to make it work?
Not sure if you respond to this as it is older video would you do cat delete if no emissions testing in state need to do complete exhaust system on 91 5.0 wondering if I should just delete cat
Hey sweet setup man. I have two questions though. How did you delete the cats w/o screwing the o2 sensor readings up and did the catless setup sound better/louder? I have a 04 stepside and want to do a similar setup. Another vid with drivin would be cool too.
Ok nice truck but is long tube better than short tube I can't find hardly any long tube for 4.6 2 wheel drive all I find is 4wd ones will they work or will they hang to low

did you just use the O2 sensor port in the pacesetter header? was just looking at some today

You can use a tunner or programmer to delete the cats and yes its louder

A for effort ! sadly that's all I can say about that exhaust job . Nice headers but wow !Talk about CRUSH BENDS , Nice Ford though .
I was thinking that some thing. It may be 2.5inch pipe, but the way the bends are, those sections are like 1.5inch :D

Thats a pretty bad bend near the axle should have gotten mandrel bent tubing would have done and looked better
The shop that bent them has their pressure on the bender not adjusted . most likely a bendpak
