Causes of a Noisy Neck

A noisy neck is quite common. Today I talk to you about what causes a noisy neck, who is most likely to develop a noisy neck, if you should worry about it or not and how to decrease the noise in your neck and so much more!
👉Necks are not generally noisy when you are young because the joints in your neck are smooth. As you get older the joint surfaces get rougher, your neck can become noisier.
👉Poor posture can contribute to more noise in the neck.
👉Just because you have a noisy neck, it doesn't mean you have a problem. As a matter of fact, most people who have noise in the neck don't have neck pain at all.

My painless neck crackles started like 6 months ago. I figured it was the starting symptoms of arthritis that I'll have in 10-15 years. Guess I'll work on my posture because it sounds like when you rubbed the foam together.

my noisy neck increased over one day and i have moderate degenerative on C5 and C6. after pt last night is was very painful and kept me up… was that inflammation? used biofreeze and felt alittle better. this video helped me alot to take some anxiety away

what if my neck clicks everytime i turn my head to left and pretty loudly so that others can hear it when paying attention. How is this condition called? Would like to dig deeper on the issue. Not only the pop but also i feel something changing position quickly and all the time.

I had two skull fracture and the noises started months after had neck x rays and they said it looked fine - I got denied mris by doctors

Same, I had a really bad neck injury and it started after that healed and the doctors said there’s nothing wrong with my neck, but the cracks and noises sometimes hurt
