Been having a lot of stiffness in my neck but I didn’t want to crack it anymore because I was scared of the consequences. Video really helped and now I can relieve the stiffness and the pain slowly thanks to the video.👍🏽
You just don’t let anyone else crack your neck and you’ll be okay. They said the chiro thing at the beginning of the vid because chiropractors have killed ppl by doing it. But doing it to yourself likely won’t cause problems.
My brother loved this so much he has been sleeping on the floor for the past 15 hours
Uhhh😅
I bet he feels really relaxed
@@De-ti7jo yeah I did it a little too hard but I don’t think he minded. I told my mom he was on the floor for 15 hours and she screamed at me and took him to the hospital. They stole the whole thing the thumbnail, the title and even the explanation from this video ua-cam.com/video/axQGMmRew4k/v-deo.html
@@rickyruiz2135 Damn, that’s crazy!
Oh. I just tilt my neck from side to side, I don't use my hands or anything. The first time I did it hurt, the second time, and every time onward it felt FANTASTIC. The only problem is that my neck just cracks REALLY LOUDLY. No little pop, IT'LL CRACK 3-6 TIMES AT ONCE. Once I did it in class and my friend looked up confused and went, "Did someone just break their arm??" and I shook my head and went, "Nah that was just my neck."
This probably isn't safe, but it's satisfying to hear the crunch and then feel the release of built-up energy. However, I only do it once a day or so, I rarely do it twice, let alone three times. I know it probably won't end up snapping my neck because it's not twisting my head, but it probably isn't safe regardless. I'm still gonna do it but also try your method as well.
Omfl I do that too ahhdbshwbwh

I have been paralyzed for 20 years and these neck exercises are highly effective for me. Thank you
You two are saving my skeleton one bone or joint at a time!!! Thank you thank you thank you!! The laughter helps tooooo
Bob, the way you were showing how people try cracking their neck is exactly what I did. I won't be doing that anymore. Now I know how to do it the right way thanks to both of you.
OMG you saved me! I woke up with my neck out and shoulder pain. It's the holiday weekend so I didn't know what to do. I googled how to pop your own neck and when I saw you guys I was so glad. I followed this video and it felt good to stretch the right side the side that was out so I switched to the left side and could hear and feel three vertebrae pop back into place. No more pain!! I put a n ice pack on it for good measure and am feeling fabulous. Thank you so much!!
I rotate and tilt, my heat forwards backwards and both sides. Lots of crunching snapping popping can be heard across the room. No HANDS!! should I stop??
Same here. I figure hands off and rotating the neck is allowable to release tension. Same with laying flat on a bed, head on pillow while slowly shifting the body below the neck to release neck tension. As long as it’s smooth motion and your hands are off, I think it’s safe. I’ve seen some of those chiropractor videos and I’m actually quite surprised those guys post all of their content...None of that dangerous Ring Dinger stuff for me!
@@mattb9664 my problem is a ton of headaches that seem to start in the neck area/arthritis . don't know what to do!

It’s tripping me out that there’s another video from another channel with the same title, same pose, and a stop sign.
Spoiler alert: Bob and Brad stole it. Check the dates.

They stole the whole thing the thumbnail, the title and even the explanation from this video ua-cam.com/video/axQGMmRew4k/v-deo.html
It's important to note (and often forgotten) that a stiff neck or tension on the muscles can be caused by a psychological issue, such as anxiety. If your neck gets tense often and several times per day, go to a chiropractor and have him do an x-ray of your spine. If there are no physical signs of this pain, then it's more than likely that there's something off in your brain that is causing it. If that's the case, get yourself to a psychiatrist and try to discover the underlying problem.
Just shut up already.
That forceful neck cracking ruined my neck permanently. SCI at c-7.
Don't do it!!
😞 That’s just terrible. ☹️
Agreed it's not natural it's stupid
So did I, until I didn't. It took 40 years for the relief to end and the spinal cord injury to begin. I was warned but didn't listen.
You mean what they show as the correct technique in this video?
No pain no gain

The exercise at 3:39 was super helpful for me. I have had neck pain for several weeks and this is the only thing I've tried that solved it.
Tried this on my bestie who had problem with sleeping because of her neck pains, did just as he said
Ig it worked cause she didn't utter a word and directly went to sleep, trust me she's having a peaceful sleep, it's been 20 hrs and she's still lying on the floor, don't worry, I'm a good friend, I did give her a pillow support 😌
Oh my God you guys are the best, finally got my neck to crack (both ways) first time in years.
Hey guys, I'm new, I drive locally for a living, city bus. I don't really have a chance to do a lot of walking or stretching. Can you recommend a few small leg exercises to prevent blood clots in the legs? Also, what would you recommend for upper mid back? That's where I hold my tension... Remember, I'm seated most of the time. Is there anything I can do to help tightness in that area?
@raha tattoo wow, thank you for the recognition and appreciation. Most days are good :-)
But, occasionally someone makes a very poor choice and someone else gets shot on the bus. Fortunately, never my bus, knock on wood... But I think I would feel a lot safer if every bus had a barrier to protect the driver. Mace and a flash light isn't a great deterrent in my humble opinion.
On the bright side, most people are friendly and many people say thank you, every day. The regulars make it worth it. I especially love the little old white lady who goes to her best friend's house, a little old black lady, and the next time I'm thru they both get on and go to the bingo Hall.
Those two crack me up. You'd think they were sisters with the way they carry on and argue about everything. And don't you dare tell them that you don't have an opinion about something, because they will talk your ear off! I learned this lesson quickly, the first time! They stayed on the bus to help inform me and help me make a proper opinion. I now know it's better to have some sort of opinion... Regardless of what my wife says! LoL
Thank you for driving a city bus. I wish Florida had better public transportation. Be safe out there, everyone!
Thank you again for your work and stay safe 🙇🏻. I'll look forward to these exercises too, it might be a help for one of my relatives, who has similar work. It's also sweet that you remember regulars and treat them well.
@@captainamericaamerica8090 yessir Captain America! If only I could fit one on the bus!
@@leylau8555 the regulars are the ones who make all the foolishness worth it. Sometimes giving a word of advice to a youngster, or encouraging a widower to start a conversation. Every person who gets on the bus is a book to be read. We all have stories. I haven't found a story I didn't like. Everyone has a reason for whatever it is they are doing. It's interesting to me to listen to the reasons. I get to sample all walks of life from my seat. The nobility of mankind walks thru my doors daily. But not everyone knows that about themselves. So I try to remind them with a smile and treat them with dignity. It's worked well so far. :-) thanks again for the kudos!

The cracking worked, thank you. I've had whiplash since october. My neck is severely tight but that felt really good.

I sort of naturally crack mine. Like I tilt my chin up and to either the left or right and have my head go back slightly and get a crack or several ones.
Is that safe? I don't force pressure with my hands or sling my head back or to the side quick or thrust. To me it feels just as natural as breathing.
Siren I do that too but Imma try to stop now, I don’t think it’s that safe
bluefish ahlie same that’s why I search for this
No you could die instantly if you do that!
Also what can help, depending on the nature of your pain (like headaches), is to lay down and push your head straight back into the bed and hold it for 10 to 30 seconds, 10 reps. Ease into it and find your comfort zone. It seems to reset the neck and release tension.
