No the french word charcuterie dont mean thé art to assemblats charcuterie with crackers ans bullshit , the french word charcuterie mean délicatessen , it Can be a good Idea to have charcuterie on your charcuterie board ,bullshits that Can not be called a cheese with crackers is not charcuterie , the charcuterie is porc and only porc , and Youn Nevers put olive with porc , méditerranéen good with North euro food ? My god , open a plastic box with 3 saucissons and over ? After its si funny to sée thé english speakers discover what was inventéd n'y thé celtics 2500 years ago and exported everuwhere in thé roman Empire ..yes thé white hal and thé modern charcuterie is a Gaulles celtics invention , 1000/500 before JC

Chair ... Flesh in french ... Charcuterie ... Only for porc , WE are using thé fruits of septembre and octobre Like nuts apple grappes for thé cheese , not the porc ... Cornichon with charcuterie but no olive baby ... A fucking mix with no taste , no identity , thé chinese understand definitively thé french food more faster than You.. ..

Charcuterie is a lot of éléments , saussage is not saucisson and its not an andouille ... Thé pâté , thé mousse and the Big number of speciality, and You have to eat the fruits of thé end of thé summer ... With a cow cheese, strong... An epoisse or a langre... I not understand why the chinese and japanese are understanding all in leSS than 10 years but never thé english speakers , usa , thé occidental culture , with no one Idea of what are the occidental basics

@@padington719 dude, lets not be picky.
I've been to book club meetings where these were a staple along with the merlot.
      Those folks were not picky.
In the words of a wise man, if you are a connoisseur of Kirschner bologna and iceberg lettuce, you in like Flynn.
Never saw any jaded "coffee house" literary critic turn down a cheese board.
I am not a fan of the fancy stuff but one of the oldest addages is that if its gratis, grab it!
Let's let the good people enjoy.

Looks great. Love the presentation. However, I would like to suggest the fruit be rinse, pat dry and chilled before assembly . It makes the super fresh and your guest will be impressed with the freshness. Sometimes I chilled them in the freezer for 1/2 hour but I never let them become frozen. They come out nicely chilled and crisp. Not cold at all. Just a little tip I like to share from making party trays with fresh fruits.

I love how adaptable it could be, you could make it all Greek, or Italian for instance, or am I way off lol? Either way it looks delicious Natasha, thank you so much. 😁

OMG!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for this video. I tried making this and your Italian pasta salad at a church potluck and it was a huge… HUGE hit! Everything was gone. Not one bite left. Everyone loved it. They were so delicious. You, madam, are a life saver. You sure saved me buying a platter that had far less options. I never make things like this and I was actually proud of myself when everyone gave good compliments. I was even think… they’re not going to like the cheeses, but, I was wrong. They loved it. And I cannot thank you enough. I wish y’all much blessings and prosperity and for this channel to grow in every way. Y’all have tons of incredible recipes that I wanna try. And the instructions are so easy and helpful. Again… thanks! 🙏❤️

We were entertaining earlier today and wanted to serve something. I suggested this and Mrs. Jonstigator made it. Lots of Spanish Manchego and chorizo. Other cheeses and meats too. All kinds of really good things. It was a really big hit. Thanks for another great recipe.

This was great instruction. I loved the arrangement and it’s something for everyone. Having a party in January and will duplicate this look but with two platters instead of one. I also have different level chopping boards that will look good arranged with items.
