I will, thanks a lot😍

Woke up at 2am bored and couldn't sleep. So I decided to make a cold noodle dish with your dipping sauce. I cooked fettuccine pasta and took your recipe for Paul Newman sesame ginger and peanut butter sauce and added 2 teaspoons sesame oil. Cooked the pasta and then added fresh parsley, scallions and 1/4 grated carrot. It came out unbelievable! Gave some to 4 neighbors and they went crazy. Try it. It's amazing. Thanks for that simple peanut sauce recipe. 🤗
So you and your neighbors were up at 2 am feeding each other? LOL JK!
This Vietnamese mom approves this recipe! Everything spot on!
Very lovely and beautiful, hi how are you doing!
@M W traditionally, basil is not added to this type of rolls. Summer rolls, yes, but this type of spring rolls no but when you make it, you can add whatever you want. Sky's the limit.
Thanks otherwise I don't trust it😉
Oh my goodness!!!! I love you!!!! I’m Asian and I highly approve this! Beautifully done!!!
Thank you so much!!
I am from Viet Nam and this is the dish they serve on special occasion. And I am really excited to watch this video and try this recipe!!!
Vietnamese food is beyond delicious...it is heavenly.
And very healthy too😍
Try adding basil and mint leaves. It will take them over the top!
Excellent idea. I must remind this.
Yes the mint will take it there...
Reminded
Yes it does, I always add mint, basil & cilantro together in my spring rolls. Stack on top of each other once, then one more time behind the 1st stack so you get a bite of each in every bite. Once you try it like this, you will always insist on adding every time. It's also great to do on a Bom Mei sandwich. Basil, Mint, Cilantro together is a match made in heaven. Seriously.
Absolutely Thai basil is the best to use 👍
That first sauce is awesome, goes great with all of those crunchy fresh ingredients.
I am so excited for this video, my boyfriend and I LOVE these! I will not only watching this video now, but saving it for later so I can make them for us whenever we want them!🥰🤤
Yes, I love her personality; sometimes I only watch her recipes just to see her, she puts me in a better mood seeing her how happy she is
She reminds me of Julia Childs the way she speaks. Her tone and enthusiam reminds me of Julia. Will be making it again!
Exactly what I was thinking!
I wish would shut up
I’m Vietnamese currently living in Canada and I’m so glad you’ve posted this recipe. Tomorrow, I’m helping my mom roll spring rolls for her and her friends and sometimes, even if you’re Vietnamese, you’ll have to research for recipes of the food of your own culture so thanks a lot! 🤩
Is it possible to eat them with a folk?
@@tuyikundechantal1073 if you want to eat with a fork, just put all the ingredients into a bowl instead
That is a bit racist. All Vietnamese supposed to know spring roll?
Hello from Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam! Love to watch this new video! Thanks a lot for your easy Western foods! You have a fan from Việt Nam ❤️
Vietnamese spring rolls! Yummy! 😋
Life would be so much better if we all knew someone with Natasha's energy.
That’s an awesome compliment ❤️

Hey Natasha!!
This good for my dinner tonight as I was wondering what to cook with my Korean kimchi fried rice. I've made spring rolls before but not homade sauces. Thats the icing on the cake!! Now I can really show off to my family 😁! Thanks Natasha, you are always there for me. 👍

Another great and easy recipe to make for my family❤️ Thank you Natasha and Aloha.
I've never made my own salad rolls, but for a while was addicted to them...I would buy them anywhere I saw them. Definitely the peanut sauce is my favorite, &:look how easy it is to make!
You are just a treat... love your style, vivacity, and teaching method. Rock on, lady!
Thank you!
It's very delicious. Had it before. My colleagues introduced it to me. Thank you Natasha for sharing this recipe😍
I’m salivating. Yummy 😋

This is hilarious. The end isn’t a yeet. The end is called a dab. 😹😹😹
My family is obsessed with your recipes!!
That peanut sauce trick is amazing! I am going to be using that alot!
I’m from Philippines 🇵🇭 but permanently living here in Japan 🇯🇵,thanks for your menu… I’m gonna try this for my husband..😊❤
You’re welcome! Thank you for watching. I hope you love the recipe.
Oh my God, I can’t believe you made this dish Thank you for bringing Vietnamese cuisine to the world and your fans ❤️
I love your dishes and the recipes are so easy to follow. I’ve been making lots of dishes from your Chanel and my husband loves them all.
@Huyen Tran Nguyen From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Matthew 4:17 GOD BLESS AND LOVES YOU!!!
To the world!? Wtf! She appropriated a culture, you should thank the people from the culture because they allowed her to enjoy their culture. It's called respect for others inviting you to their culture.
To the world? I think we have eaten this dish for years now.. 😅
@@octoberflower6943Although her comment was inappropriate it was not cultural appropriation. Cultural appropriation is borrowing from another culture without asking permission. The person you were complaining about was proselytizing. I agree it was disrespectful and pure bullshit.
You have the most exciting recipes😍...I really look forward to trying your recipes!! And everything I've tried so far becomes a staple ! Thank you! 😘
Love these. It’s my fav quick and light lunch
Oh good heavens!!! I can already imagine how wonderful it tastes like by hearing those crunches. So pleasant to hear those crunches. Can't wait to make my own too. 😍😋🤤
@Jason Liquid From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Matthew 4:17 GOD BLESS AND LOVES YOU!!!
I really appreciate you putting the ingredients list in the video description. Thank you for that.
Also, I like seeing you suggesting using the julienne slicer or box grater for the carrots. If I have large carrots I just use a vegetable peeler to make long thin strips from the carrots and chop them to about 1 inch pieces. They seem to roll more easily within the wrapper.
I love Vietnamese Spring rolls, so delicious 😋
You are a joy to watch as you help us through these recipes. Thank you for making food preparation so much fun.
Thank you
Cute kiddos! Thanks, for sharing this recipe! Due to me having high cholesterol, I stopped eating shrimp over a year ago, but that’s because I didn’t realize how badly I was treating my body when I ate 2-3 lbs of shrimp a week. This recipe, however, has made me realize that I can occasionally eat shrimp, be satisfied (with about 3-4 rolls), and not overdo it with the shrimp. You’re appreciated!
Yes that is so true. I’m sure it’s okay as long as you know your limitations. 😊
You can use strips of cooked chicken breast instead of shrimp also
Yummy 🤤 I can’t wait to try this recipe. It looks so delicious 🤤
This is a tasty and healthy vegetable Vietnamese or Thai spring rolls.
Your children love it so much, and your son teaches you to dab perfectly, feels heartwarming.
thank you for watching the video, fun times with the kids in the kitchen

Thank you,Natasha. This works perfectly for a light dinner.I put some avacado and it is just tasty and healthy. You are awesome!
so glad you loved it! Thank you.
Those dipping sauces look so good, I think diners should get their own little sauce dishes so they can double dip. Yum!
Thank you so much Ms. Natasha for another amazing recipe that you share.. Im probably going to do this rolls.. I love all your recipes and always watching all of it. Stay safe God bless🤗🥰🙏🌹🌹🌹
The way you teach cooking it is so awesome
Perfect for a hot summer meal! Will definitely try these this week.
Very lovely and beautiful, hi how are you doing!
These would do best in summer and the baked ones in the colder months.
It’s fall right now but I’m making half fresh and half baked.
I love these things and haven’t had the fresh ones in a long time.
I tried this recipe and the spring rolls and sauces turned out very well. I have been searching for the chili sauce for years. Thanks for making this video. 😊
You’re so welcome! So glad you liked it. ❤️
Love this recipe
beautiful Spring Rolls, it's SOOOO GOOOD
I love how you make this so simple. Making these tommorrow.
Sounds good! Enjoy and please update us on how it goes.
you make that look super easy. I'm going to try it for the first time today. Wish me luck!
Just want to thank you Natasha, had an off day. Saw your video and you are just a light! 🌹Rock on!❤️
This looks so amazing... I’ll definitely try this. Thank you so much for sharing!
I love spring rolls. I learned to make the peanut sauce using crunchy peanut butter so the chunks work their way into the spring roll.
That's the best cheats way and cheaper than buying a jar of peanut butter and chopped peanuts separately 😁
I love fresh spring rolls, and now I know how to make it. Thanks Natasha for sharing this, and it looks really yummy and easy to make. ❤️
Just tried it omg it's hundred times better then store brought
Thank you so much 🤩
I can't believe how much your kids have grown since I started watching your Channel ❤️
Very lovely and beautiful, hi how are you doing!
I ordered all my needed ingredients (frozen shrimp, butter lettuce, vermicelli noodles, carrots, fish sauce and rice paper) from Amazon Fresh last night and it arrived at 7:00 this morning. I got started right away and followed your video exactly. They were amazing Natasha! So fresh, crisp and delicious! My son helped me wrap them up and and it was a fun dish to make together. My husband, son and I had them for our lunch just now and we all loved them along with both dipping sauces you suggest. We have a few left over so I wrapped each individually in a damp paper towel and then into a zip lock bag. Hope to finish them off at dinner tonight! Thank you so much for this recipe and all of your very professional videos. Holly in Southern California
Do not order these from amazon. They cost 10 times the price you can get from asian store.
Looking so delicious 😋 definitely will try it 👍 Love all of your rcp & amazing presentation ❤️
Thank you for showing how to roll them. I don’t know why I could not get it from watching others but following your way finally made it work.
That’s wonderful!
Her quirks work really well for this context - super charming
Today I made chocolate cupcakes from your recipe after completing my exams , trust me they were so good
First time watching one of your vids. VERY well edited, great job.
Much appreciated!
Love your attitude and energy!
They look so good. I must try this. You are a great chef and baker Natasha.
I hope you enjoy! Let me know how it turns out. 😊.
Adding to my New Years list! It's me and my daughter so we are going to make some veggie lo mein and maybe teriyaki chicken and definitely these.
Can't forget that amazing cream cheese ball spread 😋
Sounds like a great plan. You both have a great time and Happy New Year!
Thanks so much for sharing
That's a summer roll----no frying...these are awesome!!!
Looks absolutely delicious. I'll try the peanut sauce this weekend. Can't wait.
I hope you’ll love it!
Wow can't wait for this recipe ! Yr videos are always stunning:)

This is absolutely fantastic. TY. I will do half/half with shrimp and chicken.
Orange mint is what i love to add ❤thank you for sharing ❤️
Love those spring rolls 🤗
Thanks for making it so easy, that even I can make them 🤔will definitely make them soon 👍🏼 , Rachel in Texas
I hope you do 😊
One of my favorite side dishes at Vietnamese or thai food spots. They always make them sooo bland recently, I’ve stopped getting them places. Definitely can’t wait to try your recipe! You made it so easy to follow.
I hope it becomes your new favorite recipe.❤️
Love love spring rolls 👍🏻
This is the food my country. I love it. I love you.
Instantly hungry. Looks so fresh and delish!
Great recipe! I've never made fresh spring roles. This recipe seems simple enough for me to do.
You can do it 😊
My mouth is watering
So glad I found this! Can’t wait to try!!!
Mint. Gotta have mint for a proper spring roll. You can add both cilantro and mint or other herbs like Thai basil (my family only used Thai basil for our pho, though). But always gotta have fresh mint. :)
Looks delicious 👌🏻 Greetings from Scotland 😊 Have a wonderful day everyone 🌻
thank you for watching from Scotland 👏🏻
I love this
Thanks for all the great tips and ingredients list. I made this today and my spouse and I just loved them! I used a sweet chili dipping sauce I made with xylitol and tapioca starch instead of sugar and corn starch for a healthier sweet chili sauce.
Wonderful!
Great advice to cut the shrimp in half, they look beautiful. I live in a small town and I finally found wraps! Now I live on these things. And actually eat some veggies which I am not real fond of usually. I use jicama, mushrooms, yellow peppers, sometimes fried maifun and avocados as well. Thank You!
I'm so glad you enjoyed the recipe.😊.
Just add as many kinds of veg as you can find. Everything will work together with that traditional sweet and sour sauce.
It's much easier to eat veggies when eating Vietnamese food...you can toss it in the noodle bowls (bun thit nuoung, which is usually charcoal grilled pork, but there are versions with different meats), all kinds of salads (i.e. the Vietnamese cabbage and carrot salads...also a version that uses unripe papaya, mango, etc.), Vietnamese sizzling crepes (banh xeo), banh khot, fried shrimp and sweet potato fritters, and so on and so forth. We wrap so many foods in lettuce or some kind of green with herbs and dip it in a special sauce (there are a million different iterations of sauces to go with each dish, too).
I love spring rolls, but I am allergic to seafood,so I make mine with grilled chicken slices. I love the idea of that peanut sauce with the ginger dressing. I am definitely gonna try it.
If you are allergic to seafood, you can try boiled pork belly, fried egg, grill beef, fried tofu (if you wanna try making vegan style),... Just slice all ingredians into the roll size and wrap them. That's all.
I’m sorry and I’ll be really upset if I was allergic to seafood I love it and I was born on an island fish everywhere it would me sucked, 😊 you can make different stuffing the chicken sounds good
Thank you for sharing ❤️❤️
Spring Rolls are one of my favorite things to order when we eat out. Thanks for sharing how we can make them at home!
Pls. Visit my home. Need support. Thank you so much
This is how I make my spring rolls! But I don’t like that brand of wrapper. Try using the ‘Three lady brand’ or sunlee wrapper.
I never ever tried something like this before , I am definitely going to be trying this
enjoy the video and I hope you'll give this recipe a try 😀

So delicious “ spring rolls “
Green onions would be a nice touch. 😊
this is another recipes and I'm hope to try for this is, SPRING ROLLS I am from the Manila Philippines 🇵🇭🇵🇭
Very nice explication. Thanks
Fast and neat. Thanks
hahaha my fav part...Diana...you all are adorable...dabbing with your kids...love it! This is my husbands favorite food of all times...i made them the other day and i think i let the wraps sit too long in the water for they ripped on me and very difficult to handle. I also made them with pork, what i had on hand, instead of shrimp. Much prefer the shrimp so i will make your verson next. Thank you Natasha for the great video.
Sounds good, I hope he will lovw this version too. 😊
Traditionally they're made with thinly sliced pork belly and shrimp, but you can put all kinds of protein in there. Viets have versions with flavored baked/broiled fish like salmon. We do butter shrimp and beef (cooked on a flat top electric griddle) as a fun interactive group meal and everyone wraps their own while the shrimp and thinly sliced beef are cooked in the butter. You can do chicken and other seafood in the butter, too. It's all good, but please add mint with the cilantro. To me, mint is what makes a spring roll great and cilantro is the sidekick. :)
@@doodahgurlie sounds great! I will try that! 👍
