    I've been doing your workouts for four years now, and my last check up at my sports medicine doctor was that I have more mobility and strength than EVER before! Your videos are helping me reverse the aging process, and I've never felt better! THANK YOU!!!

    This has been one of the best at home programs I’ve done. I gained muscles while losing inches. Heather, thank you for putting together such a phenomenal program. I loved all of the workouts and I loved the diversity of each movements. I’ll will definitely be looking out for the next one. 😊😊

      I agree. During the pandemic, I worked out with another online program and it was okay, but it just didn't resonate with me, for what I was used to when I attended classes at the gym. Now that I've been working out with Heather since mid-2021, I am so glad I did not renew my gym membership.

    This has been one of the best programs of yours I’ve done. Loved the balance of training styles and the progressive challenge in weight load! I hope you consider doing another program similar to this in the future. Thank you so much Heather! You have changed my life!     I just absolutely love all of your programmes, but this one is on another level. For me, it's a perfect combination of strength and cardio, stretch and mobility. I feel stronger and more flexible. And what is more, I has helped me not only physically, but mentally, as well. So, thank you for this, Heather... Looking forward to the last day ☺❤

    Heather, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for putting together this AMAZING 12-week program and although we have one more day before final completion it has been a very fulfilling and exhilarating experience for me personally. I Loved this Pilates work out. It was just what I needed today😊. As mentioned in a previous comment I work out 6-7 days a week. In my 20's I was a fitness instructor and once my career took off although I wasn't in that space in my career I continued to work out. I took up running and fell in love with it to the point where I have run a few marathons. Back in January of this year 2024 I incurred a sciatic nerve issue which put me down as far as running but I was able to do other things while going through PT a couple a times a week for a month. It was your program that kept me going! My PT (Jessica Perez) mentioned your UA-cam channel to me during one of our chats and I told her I was very familiar with your channel that I occasionally do your workouts but that since I was having the sciatic nerve issue that I was doing your 12-week program in which she approved. As I approach my 65th born day (in June) I've decided to be a little bit gentler with my body by focusing on doing a lot more Pilates and weight training, throwing in some walking. Although I've enjoyed running over the years I've decided to take a step back from it. After all, over 40 years of running has served me well as far as longevity goes! 😊I will continue to follow you on UA-cam and fit your AMAZING work outs into my rotation. Again, thank you for bringing it and not disappointing! Be blessed my friend. 🏃‍♀🏋‍♀🦾🦾🦾😇💗💗💗

    Heather, I wanna thank you, I suffer from arthritis and some days can get pretty hard, but with you I always find somehow my motivation to not skip my daily workout and that's what keeps me going 🙏 🔥

    I really appreciate the inclusion of these power pilates session in the program. I agree that they are (often very) challenging in a different way to cardio/strength sessions. Thank you HR!! SO SO good.

    this was a great program. my husband has been watching me perform each session and decides to do the met con with me last night. literally dying he wouldn’t pick up smaller weights lol.
    i’d love a series called “Road to Pull ups”. that is the one fitness goal that seems beyond my reach.

    I absolutely adore this program and Pilates/ barre movements that use weights and bands
    I would love a future series with more advanced movements, like Anna Van Sambeck’s fluid planks with handweights

    Done&Done!! Back story: I’m on holiday, did day 60 the day before leaving because I knew I wouldn’t have all the weights here. Arrived, took a day to rest. Yesterday, I was lucky enough to have new weights and a mat bought for me. So my day 60 was this Pilates workout. Boy did I sweat! I am SOO Happy and Grateful that I made it to the end. FINALLY! Thank you so much Heather for these workouts, my life has not been the same since 2020 when I started following you. Even when holidaying, I don’t feel right if there’s no HR workout to start the day! Much love🔥🙌🏽💞🏋🏽‍♀️💃🏽🤩🌟😎

    I have loved your Power Pilates workouts. They really hit the spot for me during pregnancy and now that I am resuming training after delivering my 4th kiddo. They were a more gentle fit for pregnancy compared to the HIIT stuff, heavier weights, and running workouts I more typically do when I'm not pregnant. And I felt like I could keep some core strength without hurting myself. I had to make a few mods when pregnant, but that was easy to do. Now that I'm postpartum, they are again a nice, more gentle but still challenging workout to put in the week as I get myself back to my normal levels of fitness. I like the Power Pilates workouts without weights too, but the ones you've done with weights have been my favorites. :) Thank you!

    Wanted to express, as have many how grateful I am. Consistency is key! I have now finished (tomorrow) two 12 week programs in a row! I do love the pilates at the end of the week. The workouts help with imbalances and alll the tiny micro movements help our bodies stay challenged and help with other muscle recruitments! loving it!

    I really hope you continue with this format for the next program, you doing the workouts along with us felt less repetitive and it let you do more combos which were awesome. Also I was always surprised by one exercise or two in all videos, this program is your best one yet🎉

    OMG Heather, a change of pace is always good for me. This one reminds me of one of the many things I have learned from you. And that is that I don't always have to be working with heavy weights to get an amazing workout! Whether it's yoga or pilates inspired or using bands, you still give us a fun and challenging workout!!! I just can't thank you enough!!!

    This felt amazing, it was a pilates mood day. Im having a lil nick soreness/pain so switched up 58 for 59. Team 4.0 we can see the finish line and HR you lead the way. Thank you

    Love the compound movements. I work with seniors and read a lot about ways prevent cognitive decline, and exercises that not only keep you physically fit, but engage the brain as well are key. Day 59 done! One more to go.
