This is definitely my top 3 favorite workout at this point. Loved it!!!! Combo moves and challenge was spot on!
We are just close to the finish line and I’m 😢 I truly enjoyed the program and it was great fun with so many new moves where had to balance and sometimes tumbling down but stayed safe 🤣🤣🤣

Hey Heather, saved! Love the compound moves! (hope I can actually do the crab kick; my balance isn't the best 😅) Small request: I think your cool downs and stretches are great, but I would personally like to have a timer for those as well. I think it would be just a bit easier to know how long you have before you move on to the next stretch ❤
