    We are just close to the finish line and I’m 😢 I truly enjoyed the program and it was great fun with so many new moves where had to balance and sometimes tumbling down but stayed safe 🤣🤣🤣
    I just previewed this Final METCON has lovely new moves and so grateful for all the work you do for us dearest Heather

    A VERY Nice one ! With a lot of new exercices ! The sweat was intense ! Metcon workouts are my favorite : the perfect combination of a pumping heart, a serious sweat and a toned body ❤

    You introduced me to MetCon and now I'm seriously loving its format and the obvious results I'm receiving. I wonder if there's a HR MetCon series in store somewhere in the near future?!?!!     Wow wow WOw, that felt great. Glad I was able to switch the pilates yesterday and do this today with less neck pain. Can't believe we are here! Feels amazing! Im so proud of all of us.

    Great workout Heather! I had to modify a tad on the le g lift with opposite have touching on mat as I have a shoulder which is wanting to freeze but I’m working it. Thanks for this focused MetCon workout ❤❤❤

    Hey Heather, saved! Love the compound moves! (hope I can actually do the crab kick; my balance isn't the best 😅) Small request: I think your cool downs and stretches are great, but I would personally like to have a timer for those as well. I think it would be just a bit easier to know how long you have before you move on to the next stretch ❤
