I've only been doing your workouts for 2 weeks now and I am loving it. I am an avid runner and biker. On track to run 1000 miles next year and bike 3000 miles. After just two weeks with your workouts I am already measurably faster on my bike and running, plus I feel stronger in my core and back and I can already tell that my upper back is taking less of a beating on the mountain bike. This is the best pilates class I’ve ever taken, even compared to in person ones. Strongly recommend, just brilliant all around¡¡¡
It was hard to believe that this workout was actually 40 minutes. Even though there were some pretty challenging exercises the time just flew by. I love the variety in each of Nicole's workouts. Each one is both enjoyable and challenging. I'm so grateful to Nicole for her wonderful workouts.
