    The brilliance of this workout is that just when your legs are going to give out, Heather switches to arms. Arms ready to fall off? Back to legs. PERFECTION!

    I love your workouts they are easy to follow and very challenging for this 53 yr old!!! I sometimes just use a 12 lb weighted vest and do your workouts. Thank you for all the different combos!

    This was an amazing workout, absolutely loved everything about it including the pace, the music and that there wasn't too much intense cardio. :) I am watching my cortisol levels and this was just perfect. More like this please.:)

    Great workout, is my second time with this one. I
    would love a strength challenging workout for the deloading stage. Because, I train at home and sometimes I want to keep my strength and at the same time give my body a little rest of dumbells but still get the feeling of a great effort.

    Hey Heather! I love love love all of your videos and use them exclusively for online workout content. Sometimes I will put on a 30 minute cardio followed by a 30 minute strength to mimic what I would do in a gym setting. I wonder if you have any videos like that or could do something along those lines?
