Great workout, is my second time with this one. I
would love a strength challenging workout for the deloading stage. Because, I train at home and sometimes I want to keep my strength and at the same time give my body a little rest of dumbells but still get the feeling of a great effort.

Hey Heather! I love love love all of your videos and use them exclusively for online workout content. Sometimes I will put on a 30 minute cardio followed by a 30 minute strength to mimic what I would do in a gym setting. I wonder if you have any videos like that or could do something along those lines?
