Hi Heather, I am SO glad this is literally all standing with no head down as I just went through a major eye surgery on Tuesday - a vitrectomy (long ago I had other ones plus more in eyes) - and cannot under any circumstances have my head down at all… no plank, no inchworm, definitely no burpees, nothing with head down and nothing laying on stomach OR on back (so no good ab work unless it’s standing). All Standing is all I can do for a full month. This was a very sensitive and crucial surgery and I’ve had many but this was the most extensive yet in eye. So I’m searching your workouts for all standing. I can always change the impact to low but must not lower head at all (including sleeping, which I know how to do so I’m used to this). Thanks for this one! ❤❤❤❤
One of my favorite ways to squeeze in a good workout when I don't feel motivated is to do your shorter workouts. Often by the end of one I'll add on a mini one like this! Today I did your 20 min no repeats HIIT workout and by the end knew I felt up to some standing abs! Thanks Heather! 🎉
Great standing abs workout! The weight added extra resistance, which is always great! The workout also challenged my balance. Thank you for posting this video, Heather! 👍
Heather, Awesome workout!!! I'll put this one in my todo list as I'm not quite there with the weights....I'm here doing strength with weights chest back and all the biceps and triceps as my abs are still in recovery mode. When they cut you open you have to give those muscles time to mend and recovery... But this one will be completed as soon as I can do ab workouts...

I loved this All Standing workout Heather! Thanks! And… Is there any chance you could create some All Standing (literally no head down at all) cardio and toning workouts? I can modify the cardio to lower impact but head must be kept elevated. I don’t want to stop the calendar workouts but I think I must stop for a while as every one of your cardio and even toning and strength workouts involve “on the back” or inchworm and burpees. All of these have the head down. I’ve done your calendars for over a year now. I’ll do all standing arm and standing abs routines if not; and this will just have to do for a while. I can always modify a bit but cannot do any “on back, head down” etc. for weeks to come. I love plank but this is not permitted for a long time 😞. I’m just curious. A new program could be an All Standing one maybe? Just to keep in mind for future? I searched your workouts on UA-cam for All Standing and there are only arm and ab ones which are All Standing. xxx
