To meet Paul McCartney would be fantastic. To work with him, or for him would be the dream of a life time. He fascinates me. Yes I am awe struck, but could you imagine what you would learn from him? The list would go on, and on! What an incredible man.
Amazing to see how great musicians of today talk about what it was like to meet Paul McCartney and then hearing Paul talk about what it was like to meet Elvis.
6:55 - has Paul honestly forgotten that he did Sgt Pepper - not the reprise but the album opener - on the entire Flowers in the Dirt Tour?! He sang it every night live for a year! I must concede finally that perhaps his memory isn't as lucid as I once believed.
That made me sad to hear as that version he rocked out with from 89-93 with his phenomenal band at the time was one of my favorites. Trading fours with Robbie McIntosh.
Can't be since he didn't play together with U2 then but he did do it together with them on the most recent live aid, or live8, or whatever it was called.
