Good and bad advice. Some apps might not need updating frequently, tools like Things 3 are good examples. But good advice if they are subscription services.
@@toolfinderhq good point! I take the amendment. I just assume that developers who are enthusiastic about their app will frequently update it but that could be inaccurate.
what's the goal of doing many videos about all the apps? I don't think you reach the same audience, as most people keep using the same app ( there is a transition cost). so each video like it, is for new viewers? ------------- I would perfer how-to s videos that show my how to use each tool and when. e.g use it for tracking house chore or a shared calendar with a spouse or maybe how to plan my day. or maybe how to do a night routine or play a vacation. help me live a better life with the tools I have, not just learning about many tools.
More for new viewers. We're working on new how-to content, but many people discover us via Tool Finder or tool discovery sites. But this is help Elad! Always good to know what people want to see.

Remember the Milk!--the first todo app that I loved. If you're looking for an app that looks like it's from 2010, this is the one.
yea it hasn't been refreshed in forever.
Thanks for the mention!
So so pleased to see you review Remember the milk and GTD!
Perhaps cover the one included in Odoo?
I am using Notion for to do list. It has "@remind date" feature send notification and can be customized like remind me "x time" earlier
Always the best information. Thanks for keeping us informed!!
Remeber the Milk mobile app has GeoFencing for triggering prompts for task completion
Zenkit is next level
It'sa pitty that Taskheat is only for Mac :(
When considering a task app look at the update history. If it hasn't been updated for 3-6 months proceed with caution. 8 months to a year, avoid.
