Goodness - this has to be staggeringly helpful to anyone looking to launch into this space and who continues to sit on the fence because they are overawed by the volume of what’s out there (and realises that it’s getting harder to get started with every day’s delay) - thankyou so much!
Really appreciate this deep dive into AI tools-it's incredible to see how they streamline our daily tasks and boost productivity. Thanks for sharing your insights and making it all seem so accessible!
You are both comprehensive, very organized and most importantly can prioritize the important aspects much better than most people. You are a fine educator as well so you are my go to youtube channel because I can trust you will not add any fluff or exaggeration. Thank you so much for every video you create! You are a gem! Thanks so much!
Not an NPC comment like everyone else. I used to get caught up in everthing productivity but it's just a big waste of time creating and managing this instead of doing something actually productive.
You’re suggesting that all of the AI automation and assistance on daily tasks, absolutely did not increase your productivity? Or are you saying you got too deep into optimizing systems that you didn’t actually activate anything? Just asking for clarity on the insight you’re providing
I can definitely see what you’re saying. I think the learning curve is steep and can be overwhelming. But once you learn to use AI as the tool it is. It’s a huge boost to QUALITY productivity and workflow.
I guess it depends on what you've found that you'd label "Productivity" I've learned more about Excel Pivot Tables, formulas, and VBA since I started my job. Many tasks that took me a long time before take me less than 1/5th the time now
Awesome breakdown! 🚀There’s so much noise with AI tools these days, so it’s refreshing to see someone cut through the hype and focus on what really works.
Man, this video was Soooo USEFUL!! Thank you for it. You explain clearly and are fast-paced, too. The content is quite engaging in the way it was created. You really lived what you preach. Question: waht software have you used to create this video?
Wow TY! I don't know how you do it... you certainly cram a lot into every video! Everything is always very concisely demonstrated.... I sometimes watch videos at faster speeds... But never on this channel!! 😁
This is really good and I appreciate your work. I will be watching a lot of your videos and liking them. I've never subscribed to a youtube channel before, but if I did, this one would be tempting.
It's great to watch these AI technologies at work! The productivity advantages from these tools can be improved and automated with the use of smythOS. #Efficiency #SmythOS #AI
@@futurepedia_io yeah, i use opera gx which is really nice. i tried arc and i like it, but i can't get used to the tabs being on the side, even though it looks really clean. Keep up the great work! love your videos (and futurepedia)
I like your productivity tech stack. Consider include go2mail extension into your workflow. Might replace some of your tools in stack and be better and simpler replacement. 🙃
Love the Mind, Machine, Method breakdown. Exploring multi-agent AI like SmythOS is next level. Anyone tried it? Let's chat productivity! 🚀 #AI #productivity #SmythOS
Oh, these are very good tools well I am using the other tools along with them and getting the best cutting-edge productivity if anyone using the other AI tools or agents just let me know.
Great content! Thank you for this video, it was very helpful! Especially the arc + perplexity combo. I have way too many windows and tabs open and this is exactly what I needed. Do you have any video on using AI tools for time management specifically. I am looking for good solutions to integrate with multiple calendars and that can help me organize and plan my days so that I can get in deep focus time without constantly being distracted and losing time to context switching.
Hi, I'm trying to deploy 25 aiagent s this week and 4975 more by September. Been assigning their roles in the corporate structure... I have an Idea for one to watch your vids, write a nice comment, then make new agents to do all the stuff you show us. :) Not sure I explained it well, but look out for a commentor that writes really fast in Sept. :)
Will look into them. It's hard to switch note-taking apps once you've already been using one for such a long time. The description of heptabase definitely sounds interesting

Fantastic roundup of AI tools that are reshaping productivity landscapes! Integrating such tools effectively into daily routines can drastically reduce time spent on mundane tasks, allowing professionals to focus on higher-level strategies and creative work. 👍
Why didn't you include extension like monica or merlin? They're extremely useful and very underated since you can highlight text and process it through a prompt and have the answer appear on the same page.
To be honest: Every one has a subscription fee, if I want to do my work based on AI, I have to pay around 300€ every month. And most Subscription has even a Counter, so maybe after 20 days I cant even use the AI Tool until starting the new month
I think you should add the detail of what platform you are using whichever app on, and which platforms it is available on. You introduce Arc but don’t explain whether you’re using it on PC or Mac and you don’t say where else it is available. I mean, does the PC version of Arc currently have the same features of the Mac version that you seem to be using, for instance?
That's definitely good input. I saw that it's available on Windows, but don't have a PC to test it on. I could have read some reviews on it though to gather others' experience
@@futurepedia_io As great as Arc is, I'd say none of it's killer features are part of the Windows beta. It's still neat but as it is, it does little more than any other browsers ^^
I've tried just about every note taking/project management app I can get my computer on. Do you know of any app that meets all of this criteria? I can think of one but that's about it. Microsoft Edge literally does the split screen and UA-cam PIP, so someone had thought about it, it’s nothing new.
Exactly. It also has side tabs, automatically sorts tabs into categories and so on. There is nothing new in the browser section here.
Copilot is also integrated and uses RAG for the web too. It’s also free. I don’t understand why the Microsoft tools get so little attention
Exactly 😂they all feel like extra steps to something that already exists
I don’t know but ai is gonna take a while
