Summary:
7 free ai productivity tools I use every day to get more done, plus 5 bonus ai tools that are great for productivity, but may not apply to everyone. I introduce the Mind, Machine, and Method productivity system with ai tools as the machines with a method to get them into the mind aka second brain. I use Notion as the second brain / mind in this system. AI tools have made huge leaps and can help to greatly increase productivity, but there are so many tools launching trying to capitalize on the AI hype, but are overpriced and not useful. I cut through the noise with the 7 AI productivity tools I actually use to save time.

Goodness - this has to be staggeringly helpful to anyone looking to launch into this space and who continues to sit on the fence because they are overawed by the volume of what’s out there (and realises that it’s getting harder to get started with every day’s delay) - thankyou so much!
Glad I could help!
@@futurepedia_io Thank you for the videos!
You just made my evening with these productivity AI tools.
Thanks alot for sharing.
I’ve been delving into ai this ENTIRE weekend and so glad I came across this post. Thanks for sharing!
Not an NPC comment like everyone else. I used to get caught up in productivity thing but it's just a big waste of time create and managing of this instead of doing something actually productive.
You’re suggesting that all of the AI automation and assistance on daily tasks, absolutely did not increase your productivity?
Or are you saying you got too deep into optimizing systems that you didn’t actually activate anything? Just asking for clarity on the insight you’re providing
I can definitely see what you’re saying. I think the learning curve is steep and can be overwhelming. But once you learn to use AI as the tool it is. It’s a huge boost to QUALITY productivity and workflow.
I don't usually comment on videos but I currently watching this video in ARC browser this is amazing man
THANKS, you give the best a.i tools for use
You Sir, have earned a subscriber. It's the single most productive video, I have watched today!
Thank you Sir for this comment.
Fantastic info! Thank you! 🙏
Wow, lot of good stuff there; I'll definitely jump in and test that stuff out. Thanks very much!
These videos are great, thanks!
awesome as usual. thanks
Another informative video. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Thanks for including us 😊
This is an awesome overview and I've learned loads. Keep up the good work!
😮 Just the picture in picture alone at 2:00 finally sold me to try arc.
Super awesome video thank u def fave tools and easier to send info overview w ur video to hubby time saver than explaining each tool lol
Great content! Thank you for this video, it was very helpful! Especially the arc + perplexity combo. I have way too many windows and tabs open and this is exactly what I needed.
Do you have any video on using AI tools for time management specifically. I am looking for good solutions to integrate with multiple calendars and that can help me organize and plan my days so that I can get in deep focus time without constantly being distracted and losing time to context switching.
Great info, thank you
thank you so much
Wow TY! I don't know how you do it... you certainly cram a lot into every video! Everything is always very concisely demonstrated.... I sometimes watch videos at faster speeds... But never on this channel!! 😁
Thanks man, a lot of good stuff for me in this one.
Glad to hear it!
Does the Arc browser offer the same level of privacy protection as browsers like Firefox or Brave?
As always - excellent informative video. Still only channel that when filler is included, it's still valuable. The gamma suggestion looks really good.
Much appreciated!
Ingenious daily use tools
I wish that every video I watch in the future will be as beneficial as this one. Thank you for sharing.
Glad it was helpful!
Looks really interesting, I'll have to check it out!
Thanks for informatic video
You’re welcome 🙏
Try Beeper in place of Texts?
this is making my head spin
Microsoft Edge literally does the split screen and UA-cam PIP, so someone had thought about it, it’s nothing new.
Exactly. It also has side tabs, automatically sorts tabs into categories and so on. There is nothing new in the browser section here.
Hi
Thanks a lot for your work. What about privacy please. I am using Brave, and I would appreciate a fair comparison.
@futurepedia do you know when arc browser will be adapted to ipad? It’s awful at the moment :)
is arc browser ready for android user?
2:06 Opera has had picture in picture for years...
Nice, I never tried Opera out
@@futurepedia_io yeah, i use opera gx which is really nice. i tried arc and i like it, but i can't get used to the tabs being on the side, even though it looks really clean. Keep up the great work! love your videos (and futurepedia)
You can get picture in picture feature on any browser just by installing a free extension.
do a video on optimising co-pilot
What is a good AI program for reviewing massive amount of documents? Make a timeline?
Well...Thank you
"Heres 7 tools i use to simplify my life" is kinda funny in an ironic way.
Thanks for the informative video, too bad Arc Browser is not available for windows 10 yet :(
Can you use this on your phone too?
thank you so much for all the help. I'm so lost in this AI world and completely being left behind. lol
AI tools for avoiding addiction?
😂
So I'm thinking I need something more than just a phone to best utilize these?
I was so excited to see arc for iOS. Until I opened it up on my iPad Pro.😢 dang it.
Fantastic roundup of AI tools that are reshaping productivity landscapes! Integrating such tools effectively into daily routines can drastically reduce time spent on mundane tasks, allowing professionals to focus on higher-level strategies and creative work. 👍
How do I add perplexity to arc?
My problem with notion is that it still blocks internal/local links, no idea why they do it. It doesn't work as an information hub for me if I can't reference local information.
one thats free , no idle chatter and on a technical level
I think you should add the detail of what platform you are using whichever app on, and which platforms it is available on.
You introduce Arc but don’t explain whether you’re using it on PC or Mac and you don’t say where else it is available.
I mean, does the PC version of Arc currently have the same features of the Mac version that you seem to be using, for instance?
And is it available on Windows 10, or Windows 11, etc.
That's definitely good input. I saw that it's available on Windows, but don't have a PC to test it on. I could have read some reviews on it though to gather others' experience
@@futurepedia_io As great as Arc is, I'd say none of it's killer features are part of the Windows beta. It's still neat but as it is, it does little more than any other browsers ^^
As someone already said, Edge has had most if not all the features listed here as Arc's killer features for some time already.
Look at a productivity tool called tana and use for 2 days and prep 2 have your mind blown..also heptabase
Will look into them. It's hard to switch note-taking apps once you've already been using one for such a long time. The description of heptabase definitely sounds interesting
@@futurepedia_io (Thanks for the Arc browser intro, so cool, finally got a chance to try it,also was going to cancel perplexity, never used it but the new sonar llama 3 responses are absolutely insanely good right now, best ive seen and up to date to end april, use it every day now. Nothing provides as good responses on online data, helping with a new app or git, anything)
(Back to reply)Absolutely yeah I hear you, Tana was just so good though that a dropped notion i really liked (but had gotten overloaded and confusing thats the problem) right away as Tana was so instantly intuitive and efficient and ultra fast it felt so natural and in sync with my mind, i could save stuff and not hate it or have it take long and also be organised in 3 seconds, while making 1 note on 1 today screen and in a few extra key presses organizes it pefectly into supertags, projects, links, tasks and references to build the KB in seconds for later reference, all from 1 single sentence and only the keyboard without changing screens, nothing takes useful notes this fast its so cool.
Tana sounds meh when you look at it info or site, seems like other stuff, it has to be experienced to understand, more of a click with your brain, whats special cant be described, hepta however the uniqueness and value can be seen instantly, nothing else like it out there, learning things like AI so fast piecing cards together on whiteboard, nested whiteboards, visually and the best part is seeing where the gaps are, what info on the cards go unanswered and require further research, such massive uncertainty killer, you know where you stand and what you need next, confidence. Awesome. Anyway sorry not trying to shill but never had such a productivity boom in my life before, like compelled to share ike a stupid fanboi. Anyway love the videos and channel, much respect and love and good wishes
Undetectable AI is the one that will make ur content undetected, so u better use this wisely
Love the video! Any chance you can upload your content creation template for Notion? :)
With the way I work, I absolutely need offline access. Back to Trello and Joplin for me
Forms AI looks nice but does not allow me even to create one form for free to see if it fits my needs... It right away nags me to pay...
vertical tabs are an option on most browsers
The only one that felt like an interesting upgrade was Perplexity.
There is another video talking against the Arc browser causing a hack.
Can I have your bookmark ?
Arc has only a handful of settings on windows as apposed to mac version, a little disappointing
Provide automatically gernet videos example noise discode server this typ Provide video brother
Notion sure likes to call itself a “free” AI productivity tool, but the AI part isn't exactly free, is it? Cool sponsor though.
Isn't the Ask AI option free?
@@rajarshibhattacharya5192 $8-10 USD a month depending on your plan - it's got a whole section on the pricing page. Though they give you a handful of runs for free before you're required to purchase. "First one's free" should sound familiar here.
Did you…make this video purely for notion collaboration?
OMG. Your pitch is endless and endless. Your cadence and rhythm is endless toom
Honestly, not quite sure I understand what you mean by endless
@@futurepedia_io a lot of rambling. Not getting to the point. So much about you. Try using "you" way more and "I" a lot less
GIRLS. Did you hear this one ? “OPEN A.I. MY SUGAR PAPI !”. A flashing mulatta PEACHY da Whuupi seems to be well connected . Heard on Spotify and You Tube music. So you think YOU could apply too ?
I muted the video and understood all the information here through just your hand movements.
Haha, noted
I absolutely LOATHE hidden features in ANY software. Things that disappear and you have to remember where they are. The pretentious reason for it being to have a “clean” look.
Too low audio volume. Hard to hear you. And should advice be explicit mentioning which window you are moving from/to, as you do, since that all are in black (dark) and its hard to depict exactly what was done. Putting these critics aside, great video. Thank you ps: too low audio volume ;)
Any1 in May ¿
Arc is extremely buggy in Windows.
Good to know, only tried it on Mac and am hooked
Bro use ark just because can't use other brousers normally 🌚
not many of these are truly free tho
Must be more productive to satisfy the protestant work ethic and buy my way into heaven with good deeds. Otherwise, who am I?
Arc browser is a waste of time, why should I create an account to use a browser? Stupid idea.
For sync, and for rate limiting the AI features
@@ramysami Who cares? Let people use it first and then decide if it's worth registering.
"7 free ai productivity tools I use every day to get more done"
Notion is not free that is why you use a affiliate code for people to sign up... smh
You can do a massive amount under the free plan. There are paid upgrades available too, but I used the free plan for over a year before I upgraded. Also, that’s just a tracking link, not an affiliate link.
Great video @futurepedia ! Out of topic, but Huberman is a clown, 0 knowledge and speaking about topics he has no idea about, i would advise you kindly not to promote unintentionnaly his scam content :)
Bad tools
Arc is NOT FREE. If an App mandates an email address/real name, and does Not work without it, it's not FREE! You are the product. Firefox is FREE because you don't need to give them your data for the App to work. Chrome is free until you login to a google account..
You can't say Arc is Free just because you don't need to pay money. You still pay for it, but with your valuable "email address/real name" information.. so, it is NOT FREE. The title is misleading.
Generate an alias address and use a fake name then. Boom, free.
@@toonix You are missing the point. Did you even read the ToS? Cheating is Not equal to free.
Using your way of thinking, most games/software are also free, because you can download them from pirate sites: Boom, free lol
@@master_f You're the one missing the point. Obviously when someone says "free" they mean you don't have to spend money. By your philosophical logic literally nothing in the world is free because you have to spend time/attention benefiting from the "free" thing.
@@kirbylover37 When something is free, there's no obligation for an exchange. Like using Firefox - you just install it and use it. No exchange. Now with Arc, IF you don't provide your part of the deal (your true information, as it's written in the ToS) you can't even use the app. They will not allow you to use the App until you paid for it, with your true information. If it was FREE, the "payment" part (your personal data) would be optional.
@@master_f Well, if you think crying about it is the better approach, go for it! I'd rather use the better product.
🖐️
Anyone who invested in humane AI pin is not worth a single thought😂
I mean, it sounds cool as a concept. Terrible in reality though
@@futurepedia_io that's the thing, everything sounds good in concept. Materialisation matters. It is by far the worst tech product out there. This is really a very dangerous trend, that companies have now started releasing products that are not even worth alpha testing directly to the public. Ultimately, consumers are fooled by the fake advertising
I could appreciate the concept if it actually worked
