For the last 4 attempts to make this PP Pav, my wife failed then we called it dagad pav and finished it anyway ! But, this time I will try it myself, if we fail again we quit this PP Pav for the rest of the life. May God Bless you.

i tried to make bread today....the yeast rose but the froth was very less...the batter did not rise when kept for 2 hour...plz let me know what could possibly gone wrong..Also the yeast froth has little smell

Yes Neha, you can use the yeast for preparing pizza and other breads. But you cannot use it for making cakes.
Hello madam I have tried to prepare yeast as you shown in the vedio, froth is formed good but the very punjunt smell is observerd. It seems to be hazard one. Any precautions to be taken to avoid smell in yeast preparation.
The timing is very important. You will have to try this recipe more times to judge the exact time for fermentation. But you can go ahead with the baking. No problem. All the best.
Do you have to wash Chana daal and potato before using?
You don't have to wash chana daal, but potato you can to get rid of any mud or dust.
Kalpana please advise how to bake this pav without oven.
In olden days, they used to take a big vessel, place sand in it & keep the cake container in it. Cover with another vessel and place it on the stove. You can replace sand with salt too. We later used the electric round oven with a glass top.
Aunty the batter when kept to set for 1 hour ...should it be covered or not?

The yeast will take more than 12 hours to ferment. In the month of may, it may take less time. Thanks for your feedback.
