Palm oil is popularly used for Ewa Agoyin sauce but I chose to use Sunflower oil (Ororo) in this video because I do not like palm so much. You can substitute the ororo part of the video with Palm oil.

Meaning of Ewa Agonyin - Beans by the Agonyins
'Agonyin' is a tribe from Togo. Some of them migrated and settled in Lagos State Nigeria. They are called Agonyin people and this recipe is acclaimed to have originated from amongst them.
    Very good tutorial. Well demonstrated

Ewa is beans in yoruba but the original owner of this meal are togolese and Beninese. Ewa agoyin are used to describe the type of beans prepared by these people of togolese and Beninese origins. The mean was later adopted by the yoruba tribe in Nigeria.

I have never used pressure pot before but I guess Yes, you can use it. I will recommend you transfer to normal pot/stove when the bean is completely soft, you can complete the remaining procedure on the stove.
