  • Is your Agonyi sauce tasting bitter? Do you want to get that gritty, nicely flavored and irresistible aromatic Agonyi sauce made in your kitchen? Does your onion always get burnt when you try to make your ewa Agonyi sauce? If you say yes to any of these questions, look no further for the fixes as this video gives you a very detailed step by step process of getting to that promised land.
Agonyi Sauce is a very oily but really great sauce that requires some basic ingredients you can get in your pantry. I love how very basic this Ewa agonyi sauce recipe is to make. It stores very well just in a cool dry place(no refrigerator needed). A little sauce goes a long way and every bit of the ingredient use builds a unique flavor profile.
    Full Ingredient list Guide
    Handful of Dried shombo pepper
1/4 cup of dried cayenne pepper
1/8 cup of dried Cameroon pepper
    ~1/4 teaspoon salt(or to taste)
    ~3cups of palm oil

Cooking taste is subjective.but I will say it will not be the authentic agoyin sauce flavor

There will be salt in your beans or yam, so it not compulsory in the sauce.
