    As a student , I'm planning on opening my own bread and ewa agoyin kiosk in my university , but I don't know how to make the sauce , till I found your channel , Glory to God , it's so easy and I know I will make it oo

      You can use the fresh also but add very little amount of water when blending. If you have a food processor that’s a better option

      Yes you can use Fresh pepper, just don’t add too much water when blending

      Thank you, it’s dried red bell pepper. You can also dry it in your oven if you don’t have access to the dried ones

      Maybe the dried Chilli was a lot. Dried bell pepper isn’t that spicy, next time just reduce the Chilli

      Lol, the time for cooking the beans depends on the quantity you’re making. Just cook till it’s Very soft.
      Medium heat is to reduce the gas temperature to medium, not too high not too low.
      You don’t need to bleach the palm oil for agoyin, just let it get hot, ensure your pot is dry before adding the oil that way there’s no water inside and it wouldn’t splash.
