    I joined the aerobic exercise 4 days ago now im burning before weight is 57 now my weight is 55,,😘🥺 i feeling good 👍👍 and i hope I will keep going in this

    Maybe you should put the 3 min medals or any time medal at the top left of the screen like the mini versions of the medal to remind the people their achievements XD.

    Today I completed this entire workout .., full 17:40 min

      Yes it could be, Hend! I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising!❤️💪

    I,m starting this challenge for 21 days and i also start with this 5k to 10k step InshaAllah after 21 days i,ll show u results guys my weight is 61.5 now
    Day1: ex done 10k steps done eat home made food portion Ctrl✅
    Day2: ex ✅ 10k steps ✅
    Day3: ex ✅ 7k steps ✅ today i feel sick n tired thats why i just walked around 7k step but InshaAllah tomorrow I'll recover it
    Day 4: ex ✅ 7k steps ✅ today wait is 60.4
    Day 5: ex ✅ 5k steps ✅
    Day6: ex ✅ 6k steps ✅
    Day 7: ex ✅ 5k steps ✅

    I like how you give rest time. Learning that i may have symptoms of pcos i learn its had to losee wait with a low intensity your suppose to give your body a break because of the hormones spike.

      Wow, thank you. What I meant to say is I learned it's hard to lose weight with pcos, and low intensity workouts are good and breaks because of hormone levels spike. when high intensity workouts, which may cause women with pcos to look like they still have weight on them. 😑😊

      Even by doing 12 surya namaskar per day for 3 weeks, you can lose your fat.

      Anurag, weight loss depends on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. On average, our body can lose 3-7kg in a month by doing just any workout you can find on our channel. You may need to train harder and do some major changes in your lifestyle and diet. It's important to stay active and to eat healthy--stay away from grains and sugar. Good luck and keep exercising to see results!❤️💪

      @@anuragdeepkaur2054 yes. Eat greens and add ginger tea in your diet. Then have warm water throughout the day, and in the morning add one lemon in it as well (on an empty stomach). And keep up with these exercises.
