Yes it could be, Hend! I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising!❤️💪

I like how you give rest time. Learning that i may have symptoms of pcos i learn its had to losee wait with a low intensity your suppose to give your body a break because of the hormones spike.

Wow, thank you. What I meant to say is I learned it's hard to lose weight with pcos, and low intensity workouts are good and breaks because of hormone levels spike. when high intensity workouts, which may cause women with pcos to look like they still have weight on them. 😑😊
