    i've done this before for about 3-4 months and my weight change from 65kg to 57kg!! i'm suprised because i don't do it regularly but i still losed weight and now i'm doing this again to reach my goal and for those who are doing the workout don't quit y'all can do it

    I am a teenager and I wanna get my life together and be the best version of myself so I am gonna do this workout for 12 days straight........
    DAY 1- as obvious it was kinda hard but still I made it to the end.....I am gonna continue doing this workout....
    Last day (12th day)- I saw huge results....my belly and waist became really tiny....I have a toned yet feminine body.....I am really happy with my body...I love myself 🥰🥰✨✨

    Today I did this workout...
    Day 1: done..lets see what happens..weight 58 kg..
    Goal 50 kg in 2 months😁
    Day 2: done
    Day 3:done(57.7 kg)
    I was not able to do exercise regularly as I was so busy but active
    Today I did this again..I will try not to skip exercising..lets count today as day 4
    Day 4:after exercise 57.4 kg
    Day 5:done (57.0 kg)😊
    Day 6:done

      @@commentsong7174 just think that if you want to look skinny fast do it every morning or it depends on you if you're busy you can do it anytime but not so late in the evening🤣.. just do it everyday and you'll get the result i started doing these exercise in 30 days so i got the result by 7 weeks

    So today I did this at home and I stopped at 7:40 because of my weight. I am 103 kgs and obese (of course) and I am going to do this everyday and will keep updating the results every week. Hopefully I achieve my goals:)
    Update: I have been doing this exercise everyday now (Entirely completing it) I am happy from inside and yes because you can't lose weight suddenly in just 1 week you can really feel and see the difference:)

      @@bangstan5497you can do it once per day, or twice per day it depends if you want to do it or not, for me I do twice a day I don't eat over 500 calories, example In general, if you cut 500 to 1,000 calories a day from your typical diet, you'll lose about 1 pound (0.5 kilogram) a week. It sounds simple. However, it's more complex because when you lose weight, you usually lose a combination of fat, lean tissue and water. -According to Google.

    I'm like 14.5yrs and I am a football(soccer) player, I am not some professional but I do play for my school team and have gone to many matches, during 2020 I became lazy and lost my physique totally, I regret it now a lot. My belly, thighs,calves,arms etc are soo fat and thick! So I decided to exercise and get my body back! I think these exercises are gonna help me, will update u after a month

    I can say it proudly that I have reduced 5 kg in 13 days i used to do this exercise at bed time and also I do gym for 40 minutes with 15 minutes of running at 9 speed and also a proper diet I avoid all sugar containing food items my weight was 80 know it is 70

    I’m trying to lose weight and I’ll do this daily to see if I would see any results. I’ll try to update but pls keep reminding me and every like I get would motivate me to keep going on.

    I watched this yesterday I thought it was soo easy and promised myself to do it today.... It wasn't as easy as I saw it...... But I did finish it though with few lies here and there am doing it for 2 weeks I hope by the time am through with two weeks al do it perfectly without any struggle so help me God!

    I'll do this until I don't reach my goal. My Weight is 65 and I'm only 18 . I want to reduce weight . And I found this video its very nice and comfotable steps to do . i like it and i will continue it . thanks😄😄😄

    Day 1: did it but was struggling alot!!
    Day 2: getting better but legs were hurting!
    Day 3: excited and proud of myself
    Day 4 : doing good and still proud of myself!
    Day 5: I didn't do it for a whole 6 days and I'm back
    Day 6: finally back and skipped like 2 weeks
    Day 7: doing good and happy that I started to do it agin after a 2 week break
    day 8: back agin and skipped 2 months and legs were hurting for a day
    day 9: skipped two days and doing good legs were still hurting but some changes

    I was 90 kg doing this everyday intensively for 3weeks am now got the body I wanted and am 38 year old my weight is now 65kg and all tone N flat abs thank to you guys

      @Sunnat Bilal I did just this excercise morning and night I ate my regular way and every morning b4 doing the excercise I drink 16 oz of celery juice on empty stomach and wait 30 mins b4 I do excercise

    Ive been working out for four to five months. Amd at first I tryed multiple workouts for a while. And I saw small results but nothing big. Ive done this for a week amd my stomach is flat, my fave is thinning, and my thigh gap it wider than ever. For anyone out there doing this work out. Your gourgious.

    Day 3: 20 min upper body ..... Wt 131.6 lbs
    Day 4: This workout + 15 min lower body.....wt 132.4 lbs
    Day 5: Rest day
    Day 6: This workout..... Wt 131.8 lbs
    Day 7: skipped
    Day 8: skipped
    Day 9: this workout.... Wt 132 lbs
    My observation: Believe me guys this is an amazing workout... When I skipped I tend to gain wt.. But if I'm consistent my wt is also reducing gradually

    Almost a month for doing this exercise. I have no weight scale in my house. But i feel i lost weight. I eat only rice once 1 day in a big portion... The rest is coffee and bread... Hopefully i well continued this exercise .

    I am alternating between 3 day workout and this one for variety. 3 days and alternate to the other(7th day for rest or light stretch). I have done my 1st 6 days of the 3 day workout and rested yesterday (7th day)
    Day 1: done and I completed all the sets. I am happy that I am stillchallenged and sweating. My concern was not to drip the intensity of the exercise.

    I m 13 years old girl...and my weight is 60kg....I was having very tension that my weight is too much..then I seen this video..and downloaded it...now, I daily to these exercises in the Evening....these excercises are too difficult to do...but still I m doing these all...
