@@commentsong7174 just think that if you want to look skinny fast do it every morning or it depends on you if you're busy you can do it anytime but not so late in the evening🤣.. just do it everyday and you'll get the result i started doing these exercise in 30 days so i got the result by 7 weeks

So today I did this at home and I stopped at 7:40 because of my weight. I am 103 kgs and obese (of course) and I am going to do this everyday and will keep updating the results every week. Hopefully I achieve my goals:) Update: I have been doing this exercise everyday now (Entirely completing it) I am happy from inside and yes because you can't lose weight suddenly in just 1 week you can really feel and see the difference:)

It sounds simple. However, it's more complex because when you lose weight, you usually lose a combination of fat, lean tissue and water. -According to Google.
OMG! I lost 4kg in 44 days. My waist lost 10cm . also my belly lost 10cm too . It took me two hours everyday to do it. . I am so much happy now. Thank you so much.

I'm like 14.5yrs and I am a football(soccer) player, I am not some professional but I do play for my school team and have gone to many matches, during 2020 I became lazy and lost my physique totally, I regret it now a lot. I can say it proudly that I have reduced 5 kg in 13 days i used to do this exercise at bed time and also I do gym for 40 minutes with 15 minutes of running at 9 speed and also a proper diet I avoid all sugar containing food items my weight was 80 know it is 70

I watched this yesterday I thought it was soo easy and promised myself to do it today.... It wasn't as easy as I saw it...... But I did finish it though with few lies here and there am doing it for 2 weeks I hope by the time am through with two weeks al do it perfectly without any struggle so help me God!

Day 1: did it but was struggling alot!! Day 2: getting better but legs were hurting! Day 3: excited and proud of myself Day 4 : doing good and still proud of myself! Day 5: I didn't do it for a whole 6 days and I'm back Day 6: finally back and skipped like 2 weeks Day 7: doing good and happy that I started to do it agin after a 2 week break day 8: back agin and skipped 2 months and legs were hurting for a day day 9: skipped two days and doing good legs were still hurting but some changes

Ive been working out for four to five months. Amd at first I tryed multiple workouts for a while. And I saw small results but nothing big. Ive done this for a week amd my stomach is flat, my fave is thinning, and my thigh gap it wider than ever. For anyone out there doing this work out. Your gourgious.

I am alternating between 3 day workout and this one for variety. 3 days and alternate to the other(7th day for rest or light stretch). I have done my 1st 6 days of the 3 day workout and rested yesterday (7th day) Day 1: done and I completed all the sets. I am happy that I am stillchallenged and sweating. My concern was not to drip the intensity of the exercise.

I'm like 14.5yrs and I am a football(soccer) player, I am not some professional but I do play for my school team and have gone to many matches, during 2020 I became lazy and lost my physique totally, I regret it now a lot. My belly, thighs,calves,arms etc are soo fat and thick! So I decided to exercise and get my body back! I think these exercises are gonna help me, will update u after a month

I can say it proudly that I have reduced 5 kg in 13 days i used to do this exercise at bed time and also I do gym for 40 minutes with 15 minutes of running at 9 speed and also a proper diet I avoid all sugar containing food items my weight was 80 know it is 70

I watched this yesterday I thought it was soo easy and promised myself to do it today.... It wasn't as easy as I saw it...... But I did finish it though with few lies here and there am doing it for 2 weeks I hope by the time am through with two weeks al do it perfectly without any struggle so help me God!

Ive been working out for four to five months. Amd at first I tryed multiple workouts for a while. And I saw small results but nothing big. Ive done this for a week amd my stomach is flat, my fave is thinning, and my thigh gap it wider than ever. For anyone out there doing this work out. Your gourgious.

Almost a month for doing this exercise. I have no weight scale in my house. But i feel i lost weight. I eat only rice once 1 day in a big portion... The rest is coffee and bread... Hopefully i well continued this exercise .

I am alternating between 3 day workout and this one for variety. 3 days and alternate to the other(7th day for rest or light stretch). I have done my 1st 6 days of the 3 day workout and rested yesterday (7th day)
Day 1: done and I completed all the sets. I am happy that I am stillchallenged and sweating. My concern was not to drip the intensity of the exercise.
