I have completed this workout, the night time workout, plus 50 squats, and not eating so much. I have lost 10 pounds. I was 210 now I’m at 200. I will keep doing this. I love it and it’s easy too.
Great job today, Christine Lumbaning! I am glad to know that you decided to start doing the workout. Feel free to share your progress here. We can't wait to hear more progress and your results after you do this work out. Keep going and keep exercising. See you here again tomorrow! Good luck and Happy workout! 💪
I’ve only been doing this workout for 4 days but I have to say it’s amazing! I’ve already lost 1 pound without any dieting , it’s a simple yet enjoyable workout that is actually made for beginners
@@sharononeill5056 I totally forgot about this (oops 😅) but it’s a great workout! I do this workout along with another I’m not sure how much weight I’ve lost but one of my tighter shirts is now loose on me
For people who are like "you cant lose weight from this" well you can as long as your body is moving and your burning more calories then you consume you will lose weight. Depending on how you move your body and how often and how long will affect how many cals were burned but as long as theres a cal deficit there will be weight loss. If you just spend half an hour of your time each day doing at least 1 heathey exercise you can see results within a week or a month. Weight loss isnt hard or easy its just the commitment and motivation to do it
@worshipthroughmusic412 I've been doing this workout each day for a while now but once summer break started I kinda stopped. I did notice changes in my body though and my ability to do the exercises. Keep up the work your doing great so far. I find it easier if I'm watching something well doing the workout or listening to music and I like to do it early in the morning but whatever works for you is great
I've been trying "beginners" exercises now and then and I am really having a hard time copying those because some are just not so "beginners" friendly, but this one made me do all of the exciting and felt good after, thank you so much for this! Will do this everyday as much as possible.
You got this rossyv.4396! If you find the routines hard to do I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising! 💪
This is really great! Its been 7 years i havent exercised! I quit drinking 7 months ago and its time to get exercising again. I have high blood pressure and pre-diabetic but i got this. This is easy in tye body and i will do this daily! Im doing free weights as well!!! Thank you!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Starting with these stats Age:16 Weight: 116 kg Height: 166 cm 40-41 on the BMI chart (severely obese) Need to start a new lifestyle but I felt limited with what I found on the internet. I can see I might be too young to think about losing weight and viewing my body but I can assure you all that I am confident with how I look, I just want to avoid other medical issues that might come up later on in life since my family is really prone to diabetes and blood related diseases which being over weight would only enhance. Other than that I feel like I would be a bit happier if I was just 2 sizes smaller so I could wear all the fashion clothes and shoes which I can't find in my size currently. Its really heartbreaking to find a cute top, dress or a pair of shoes and realise they don't go up to your size, so you're stuck with old people's clothes when you're only 16. I'll keep you updated everyday and if I ever go down a size or two. Planning to start a gym in a few weeks time and when my mum gets a bit better (she's recovering from something rn) I'll go shopping with her for the ingredients and products I need to follow a diet plan I bought from a nutritionist. Other than that, I'll edit this everyday with how I find the workouts. If anyone is interested in reading all of them I suggest you read them in accordance to your days, so if for example this is day 5 of your workout then read the day five journal and keep moving on with that day by day, honestly just wanted to motivate people to let them know they're not alone! Day 1: I was not prepared to be humbled by a beginners workout like this. I could do most of them but the crunches with the legs afloat and the pushups were really tough, hopefully I'll get a bit better in a week's time Day 2: Was a bit sore from yesterday but it wasn't too bad, I got in all of the pushups (although I did need a tiny break to hype myself up in between each one) and made some messy crunches, which I couldn't do all of them mind you (not even calling myself a pussy worked) but it was better than yesterday for sure. I couldn't get many steps during the day since I was inside doing house work while my mum recovers, but once I start working I'll hopefully get much more. Really happy with today although I did do worse with the squats (but I did like 20 yesterday just to test something which for me is in fact a lot). Day 3: Feeling a lot better doing the workout, although I'm still a bit sore from the past two days, mostly in my thighs. I did all the knee pushups and could do about three of the crunches in correct form until I had to do a little adjustments to continue doing some crunches, but still a struggle towards 10. Overall did way better then the first day, Im constantly pushing myself to that extra bit so I can do the exercises, and its working. Also with the soreness, I found the bridges much harder to do, but I still managed to somewhat get them all in. Day 4: I skipped a day between day 3 and day 4 because I was sore and had gone to sleep without even realising I missed my workout, so I tried to be even stricter with this workout. I managed to do almost everything in good form, got in all of the knee pushups and almost all of the crunches (although I could not keep my legs together for the life of me, but I still managed to get them in). Really proud of the progress so far. I have a prom coming up next Wednesday and my dress was just a little bit too tight (I have backups tho don't worry) so I'll update you next Wednesday when I try it on again and maybe it's a bit less tight. Other than that I'm insanely proud of the work I'm putting in and hopefully this motivates others to start too. My day already feels empty if I don't put in the 17 minutes of work before I sleep (I try to do it at like 11pm when everyone's asleep) and it's such a fulfilling feeling to finish a workout. Day 5: Today's workout was amazing, so incredibly proud. I did almost everything in perfect form, except of course the crunches but we are working our way there! Even the pushups aren't as much of a struggle anymore, although still hard, but I get them all done. For the crunches, I'm still keeping the feet together thighs apart sort of form so at least I can get all of them in a sort of different form. Also the amount of energy I had for today was amazing, in these past five days I haven't done a workout so easily, I was glancing just a bit off of the screen and not even noticing I had to stop where as before I waited for the green rest screen to come so badly. Overall feeling amazing, again the satisfaction you get after finishing it is amazing to say the least and I look forward to it! Besides this, for anyone interested, I'm reading a chapter from a book before I sleep and putting on a motivating playlist so I'm more in the self improvement zone, and it's working! Day 6: Today's workout was good, nothing different from yesterday but I can definitely see the difference from the first day I started. Form is even better and I'm able to put in more effort and work into some of the workouts to make them just a tiny bit harder. Overall I feel amazing. Day 7: We made it to day 7, thats one week down! Today was a bit different than the other days, I found the pushups harder to complete then before, and overall I'm feeling more tired compared to the last 2 days, but maybe its because i did the workout at 2.30 am when I should have been asleep 😂. On the plus side I found the squats much easier to complete then the other days and the jumping jacks are messing with my calfs way less. Overall a good day, always one step towards ny goal. Tomorrow I'm having that prom I was talking about, and its highly unlikely I fit into the dress I mentioned, but I found another really pretty dress and Ill probably wear that. Also Im considering changing workouts once I find this one bit easy, but it seems like we have a long way to get there. Either way, I'm proud of the fact I kept this commitment and that I'm making some sort of progress. Day 8: I missed a day between day 7 and today since it was prom night and I was exhausted when I came home at around 2am, I just went to sleep with all the sweat from all the dancing and the July heat, but I'm better today. I felt less motivated then I usually am since I skipped the day before but I still did it, and I'm really glad. During prom I realised how incredibly flexible and how my mobility has increased since I was squatting left and right to take my friend's perfect Instagram photo, and I was just doing western squats with heels and a full length dress, and the best part was, I was getting up without any help. Like. What. I've never been able to do a proper squat in all my life, let alone a western squat, in a dress, without any help and actually pretty good mobility. I'm still impressed. To add to the good news, today's workout was amazing. I did everything in decent form, although I still found the pushups hard to complete, but the crunches... I actually did a pretty good number of them in perfect form, which is ... Omg, what! Really happy with today, hopefully this continued on days to come! Day 9: Today was quite the opposite of yesterday. Although I was still proud with this new found mobility, I felt really insecure with myself and found it really hard to look at myself in the mirror without crying. Before the workout, I did have a little cry session, and made a promise to myself that I won't stop working out till I can finally look at myself and be happy. It was mostly triggered due to the fact that a holiday is coming up, and we have access to a pool, so I have to wear a bathing suit. Never in all my summers did I feel this insecure, and it's scary. I'm hoping I keep this pledge to myself, and these sort of public journal entries keep me motivated, even though nobody probably reads them, it's like I have a commitment to keep whoever might just be reading updated. Anyways, I found today's workout harder to do since I'm absolutely exhausted and I just want to sleep, but I needed to wait for everyone to sleep so I can start. I found the pushups really hard and the crunches as well, I couldn't do what I did yesterday. But the fact that even though I was tired I did the workout after basically almost crying myself to sleep is already enough. Day 10: Don't think I forgot about the workout guys, I had a 2 week vacation so I stopped doing it for the time being, which meant I lost almost all my progress, but the vacation was fun! I kept thinking how I'd get home and start the workout again and finally I did. Safe to say I'm definitely not the same as I was the previous days, it's like I was on day 1, but I somehow did not feel discouraged at all. Besides this my mum got better! I went shopping for all the ingredients and now I'm on a diet, it's not too bad tho, I got it from a dietitian company in America for like €25 and the meals are actually catered to your liking, easy to cook and delicious (Not advertised or anything, they're just really good!). Anyways, back to getting myself back on track. I also got a summer job and doing lessons online for some subjects I want to try the state's exam for this September, so hopefully I can do all of this! But I'm hopeful, I hopeful I'll have work success, educational success and health success. Wishing that to you all too! Day 11: Today was amazing! I managed to get in all the crunches in somewhat good form, which is definitely a first, and the pushups (although a struggle) on a hard floor instead of my thin mattress. Had a lot of energy overall and I'm really happy! Day 12: Really just the same as yesterday, I'm managing to keep my legs high during running even more, can get in all the jumping jacks without feeling as tired and managed to do all the crunches in somewhat perfect form. All I need to do is improve on the pushups and I'm good to go! I can't be happier
I couldn't write on the original comment anymore lmao , here's day 12 Day 12: Today's workout was brilliant. I managed to, besides do everything as good a possible and having energy along the way, I managed to get the pushups, although with a little struggle at the end, as well as the crunches, although the last two, again, required that few seconds of struggle to get them in. I feel so fulfilled with myself. Knowing I'm trying to work on myself is already enough to make me feel better mentally, emotionally and physically when I look at myself.

Not too hard. Not too easy. Love it Day 2: Not too bad. Little easier than day 1. Getting better at jumping jacks. Not as hard as day 1. Ski hops are little more easier than day 1. I think I'm improving

24 year old female, I’ve been over 200 lbs for longer than I can remember. I just can’t figure out a way that I can lose weight (and see results quickly) before I get burnt out on food diets. Currently weighing 245, I started another video like this for about 3 days, then stopped for about 3 days, and came back to it today. I did the beginning workout for obese beginners AND this video today, and I’m feeling great! A little tired and my knees feel a little crunchy, but overall feeling good about it! 💪🏻 thank you so much for these videos!

This is the first workout I've completed so far. This is indeed "beginner friendly". I'm going to use that as my daily workout until I have a better option. Thank you! (17 yo, 87kg, 171cm)
Starting Weight: 310 lbs Day 1 - was really nice to get my body moving more than normal! it wasn't too hard. the ones that challenged me the most were the ski jumps, the reach through, and the knee tuck crunch. the jumping jacks were only hard because i dont think i was wearing the proper bra and it hurt my chest quite a bit! I am going to complete this one, as well as another 20 minute workout since i want to do 40 minutes each day. my goal is currently to be able to do a full sit up, as well as working on losing weight. this is the start of a new health journey for me. i am deleting apps like doordash, instacart, and all the fast food apps, as well as beginning calorie counting. I hope in a few weeks I can look back on this comment and share some progress!

I was giving myself a pep talk about getting back into working out (haven’t really worked out since May/June) because I gained quite a bit of weight and feeling tired all the time. Found this workout for beginners and today was day 1. I’m going to do this workout for 15 days to get my body use to movement again and I’ll update on here if anyone is interested. Current weight - 150 Goal weight - 140 Height - 5’7 Day 1 - Just finished and feel good! Love that this is truly a workout for beginners. Day 2 - Woke up feeling my workout, but completed day 2. 💪 Day 3 - Skipped due to getting to sleep in for once. Day 4 - Another skip with it being the weekend. 🤦🏻♀️ Day 5 - Completed 👍 no real change to document. Day 6 - Body was tight this morning, but got it done. Day 7 - Skipped. No excuse just didn’t feel like working out 😟 Day 8 - Workout done will probably do again today to make up for yesterday. Day 9-11 - Skipped 🤦🏻♀️ busy weekend with the family. Day 12 - ☑️ Day 13-15 - finished Finished this and actually gained weight, but I need to do the workout and clean the ingredients in my kitchen.

I've lately gained weight and have started feeling quite insecure about it so I decided to find a beginner friendly workout to not just lose some of the weight but also gain more stamina in order to be able to do more advanced workouts in the future. I will try to do it daily or at least every other day if I'm too sore/tired to do it every day. Day 1: Completed! Day 2: I took a break because my legs sre still quite sore. Day 3 and 4: I wasn't able to do the workout on day 3 because my muscles still were very sore, day 4 was better but due to a busy day I didn't manage to squeeze it in. I took walks both days. Day 5: Completed! I feel like it went a little better than day 1, didn't get tired as quickly. We'll see what the muscle situation will be like in the next 2-3 days. Day 6: Completed! I was able to do the workout without any rest days. My muscles almost haven't bothered me at all after yesterday, maybe just a tiny bit. We'll see what 2 consecutive days of workout will do to me. So far I am very proud of myself for being able to stick to this at least somewhat. Day 7: I skipped the workout. Day 8: Completed! I fel like this is getting a little easier each time. Day 9: Completed! Day 10 and 11: I missed the workout. Day 11: Completed!

Getting back on track after gaining 8 kgs in over a year or so. Quickly searched for Roberta's gym workouts to see if there are any beginners' workouts and I was not disappointed. Had been a follower of your channel, fan of the 30-day weightloss challenge video since it helped me to lose over 10 kgs back in 2018 and 2020. However, I got lazy and stopped working out, ate junk, and now I am here, back from where I started all those years ago. But I hope I will be able to get back on track, though I have less motivation and will this time but my dream is to see a flat belly and more confident me (since I was 12 or something) Day 1- wasn't tough at all. I was skipping rope before truning on this video and thought I might gonna get screwed but no, it was easy. Honsetly, I had to skip breaks because it was too easy and I needed to just get it over with. One break part that I didn't skip was after the 2nd jumping jack rep, I was doing doing ankle touches the whole time. After completing the workout, I sure felt tension in my core. Waited a couple of minutes and wrote this comment and did plank (45 secs). It was good to see that I am not struggling after months of no physical activity. This means, I have still it in me.

Starting this at 260 on day 1! Hopefully gonna do this everyday! It’s been a week and this is my third time! I got a free gym membership with my new job so hopefully gonna be going there too! Day 4: I weighed myself this morning and somehow gained weight?! Whatever it’s ok! I’ll get there. I now have a gym membership and a whole at home routine as well! I’m trying to eat better as well!
Let's go, alyssamary06! Thank you for checking this video. Hope you had fun working out today! Just keep going and keep exercising - don't give up! Good luck! 💪
Im going to record my progress here because it will hold me accountable and I will have a reason to come back even if I don't feel like it. Plus I think it motivates beginners alot when they see someone getting results from these videos. Just a few notes before I begin. I do 30 min brisk walk in morning and evening. After those 30 min I take a small break and then do this workout routine in the morning and another one of the same channel (30 day challenge something) in the evening after the evening 30 min walk. I have lessen my intake especially at night because our metabolism slows down at night which makes it harder for calories to break. I am eating everything just in lesser portion (the only thing im truly staying away from is fizzy drinks). Remember you can eat anything you just need to burn them so they dont store in your body. I will let you know my weight progress of on every monday. Day 1 - 30 min walk (morning) - This workout completed (feeling energized) - 30 min walk (evening) - another workout completed Day 2 - 30 min walk (morning) - This workout completed - 30 min walk (evening) - another workout completed Day 3 - 30 min walk (morning) - This workout completed Day 4 - 30 min walk (morning) - This workout completed - 30 min walk (evening) - another workout completed Day 5 - 30 min walk (morning) - This workout completed - 30 min walk (evening) - another workout completed Day 6 - 30 min walk (morning) - This workout completed - 30 min walk (evening) Day 7 -Break Lost 2 kgs in first week Day 8 - 30 min walk (morning) - This workout completed
Maham Fatima you are awesome! Thank you so much for your comment and for telling us all about your schedule and the reasoning behind it. It’s a huge motivation for everyone reading the comments! Please keep going and keep exercising regularly everyday, just don’t stop! If you need to do your 30min walk but it’s raining then I have a walking channel you can check out too. Keep up the good work! 💪
I’m going from about 7 years of a sedentary lifestyle to needing to change it up. I’m starting this workout two times a day right now. So far this is day 1 and honestly, looking at the workout I thought it would be easy, since the last time I was more active this would’ve been. Unfortunately it’s not as easy as I thought since I’ve been so inactive, but it’s also not making me gasp for air to keep up with the workout. Thank you so much for such a great beginner friendly workout that targets the whole body and core!
Good job on your Day 1, @akahana308! The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. One that will not burn you out and make you dread working out and I bet this one's perfect for you. Good luck and I hope you do exercise! Don't forget to share your daily progress here!💪
I'm neither fat nor skinny but I'm doing these workouts to remain fit and healthy. Hope for the best results! DAY 1 : completed the workout, feels okay.
Let's go, Sky! Congratulations on completing your day one! Just stay focused and disciplined. Remember, every time you work out, you're one step closer to becoming the best version of yourself. Keep pushing yourself and your body will thank you for it. 💪

Hi, @xiporo8854! It takes time to see noticeable changes, especially if you're new to working out. Weight loss varies based on factors like your starting weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and the intensity of your workouts. You can't shed excess body fat overnight; it's neither healthy nor realistic. Consistent exercise and mindful eating are key to reaching your goals. With dedication, you might start seeing results in 3-4 weeks of sticking to your routine. Keep at it! 💪
I am feeling good and confident after this workout.... I didn't all all of them same as you but I replaced some still I'm feeling really good after completing it❤
Day 3 🎉,my day 1 I'll be honest that I can't finish all the push up and other exercises, but on day 3,i can completely finish everything i hope on my my day 5 it will be more easy for me 💪

Weight loss isnt hard or easy its just the commitment and motivation to do it
First time trying this exercise for beginners, 1 day done 😅
@worshipthroughmusic412 I've been doing this workout each day for a while now but once summer break started I kinda stopped. I did notice changes in my body though and my ability to do the exercises. Keep up the work your doing great so far. 💪

Hey
Reminder
Hiiii, you can do it!
Starting with these stats
Age:16
Weight: 116 kg
Height: 166 cm
40-41 on the BMI chart (severely obese)
Need to start a new lifestyle but I felt limited with what I found on the internet.
I could do most of them but the crunches with the legs afloat and the pushups were really tough, hopefully I'll get a bit better in a week's time
Day 2: Was a bit sore from yesterday but it wasn't too bad, I got in all of the pushups (although I did need a tiny break to hype myself up in between each one) and made some messy crunches, which I couldn't do all of them mind you (not even calling myself a pussy worked) but it was better than yesterday for sure.

@@RobertasGymthank you!!
I couldn't write on the original comment anymore lmao , here's day 12
Day 12: Today's workout was brilliant.

Day 1 - was really nice to get my body moving more than normal! it wasn't too hard. the ones that challenged me the most were the ski jumps, the reach through, and the knee tuck crunch. the jumping jacks were only hard because i dont think i was wearing the proper bra and it hurt my chest quite a bit!

But I hope I will be able to get back on track, though I have less motivation and will this time but my dream is to see a flat belly and more confident me (since I was 12 or something)
Day 1- wasn't tough at all.

I’m going from about 7 years of a sedentary lifestyle to needing to change it up. I’m starting this workout two times a day right now. So far this is day 1 and honestly, looking at the workout I thought it would be easy, since the last time I was more active this would’ve been. Day 2: today was a tiring day but I still pushed through and worked out🎉 another day done :) I’m proud of myself for not giving up!! Also thank you to the person that responded, means a lot!! Anyways see you tomorrow :D
Day 3: i went on a one hour walk today which tired my legs out a bit but I pushed through !! I was pretty tired after school today since I took a six hour test but I made it happen 💪💪 I hope tomorrow is a better, brighter day!! See you tomorrow:)
Day 4: yesterday’s walk was a bit of a weak choice lmao, I ended up feeling really nauseous today throughout school but I pushed through and ended up ok 💪I didn’t go on a walk today since it was very hot but I did complete the workout and I’m staying consistent thankfully :) oh and I got vitamins! My body is very weak since I’m recovering slowly from an eating disorder so I’m taking some vitamins now which should help :D if anyone’s reading this, you got this! Keep it up :) see you tomorrow🎉
Day 5: LETS GOOO I’m pumped right now, I took a quick speed walk earlier and I just finished todays workout. Day 6: just got done!! My girlfriend joined me today and we had a lot of fun :)) I cooked a very healthy meal for my grandma and I today! Needless to say I’m feeling a lot more energized and healthy:) thanks for this vid again and I’ll see you tomorrow!!🎉

I am here for an update buddy
I’ve been doing thjs workout for about a week and I’m not seeing changes but I’m feeling them! I feel more energetic and y’all should totally do this like it’s crazy good! (Btw! If the break times are too short for you please pause the video! I swear it helps !)
Keep at it! 💪
Day 1 is successfully completed
I am feeling good and confident after this workout.... I didn't all all of them same as you but I replaced some still I'm feeling really good after completing it❤
Day 2 successfully completed 😀
Day 3 🎉,my day 1 I'll be honest that I can't finish all the push up and other exercises, but on day 3,i can completely finish everything i hope on my my day 5 it will be more easy for me 💪
