    Lengthen, strengthen, and energize your body with this 45 minute dance fitness total body workout! This 45 minute routine fuses low impact dance inspired cardio with floorwork sculpting to leave you feeling amazing. Done consistently, this video will allow you to build a foundation of fitness for healthier posture, improved body alignment, increased balance, development of join strength, and precise control of the body. You don't need to be a prima ballerina or have dance experience to do this workout, it is accessible to everyBODY to feel graceful, elegant, and strong. 20 min standing and 20 min of floor work - This is a high energy workout will keep you moving, motivated, and mentally focused.     This workout flowed so smoothly that I didn't even know when it was winding down into the cool down section! I am feeling stronger and more flexible... Sticking to Caroline's workouts has enabled me not to aggravate my bad feet and bad knees, while continuing to stay healthy and strong! In fact, I have gotten stronger on my feet to do planks on my feet again.

    Caroline! You have saved me from the brink! I admit to being an overdoer- I was running 10-12 miles a day with longer runs (15-16 miles) on the weekend with no rest days. Of course, you know where I am heading with that - straight to a stress fracture of my right foot. I found your hurt foot chair cardio and floor exercises after I quit feeling sorry for myself. I had the mindset that if I wasn't logging miles, many many miles, it was not worht doing. I neglected so many other important areas of fitness in my pursuit of miles logged and calories burned. Your chair cardio and floor workouts kicked my butt! I now know very well the muscles I have been neglecting. Going on three weeks with you and I now have defined arms, a stronger back, and flat abs! Thank you for helping me get to a new mindset. I can't wait to try this standing - dance low impact workout! I am focusing on returning to the road in a much healthier, stronger place - body and mind. Thank you so much for this gift of health!!!

    After spending two months away on a long vacation, it was nice to get back to this dance fitness routine. Caroline, your exercise routines are a favorite part of my daily routine. Certainly, on my climbs overseas, I could sense that my strengthened hip, butt, and abs were helping me to make it uphill, despite no longer having no cartilage in either of my knees. Thank you.

    Hi Caroline. I found your videos several years ago when I was recovering from a foot surgery but continue to do your pilates and barre videos because I like your attitude and style. This video was challenging but I felt great afterwards. And, like may others, I appreciated the low-impact, apartment friendly cardio!

    Adding a follow-on comment from two months ago - I've been doing a wide range of your videos consistently since then and I can now run again and kneel pain-free while gardening. I am feeling great. Keep up the good work. I think you are just as knowledgeable as my best physical therapists. You are awesome. I appreciate the more challenging videos so I look forward to more intermediate/advanced programming!

    Congratulations Caroline Jordan ! After hunting through many fitness programs I settled for yours because
    1. Your ‘good for the elderly’ exercises like touch elbows to knees-I’m 63
    2. Your workouts are more focused with explanations
    3. You don’t play random background music which is distracting

    As an avid participant in so many of your videos (and one of your "patreons)" I don't know how I didn't see this video until today. I started with you a few years ago when I had foot surgery and I've never stopped returning to work out with you. I'm now nursing pain in my knee which is preventing me from running and I'm finding that your workouts are better than physical therapy for my knee and lower back. And it wasn't until doing your standing leg workouts that I realized how unstable my ankle and feet are which are probably contributing to the knee pain. I'm passing on Crossfit for now and sticking with you Caroline and I think I'll feel just as fit and look longer and leaner as a result. Thank you for your awesomeness.

    Powerful workout - I’m 67 and was able to keep up most of the time. The ab workout section slowed me down as I was only able to do part of the second routine. I’m sure with time and practice I will be able to find my balance and have stronger abs. Great workout.

    Would love to see more like this. My foot is now much stronger, so more of the standing dance inspired exercises where we have to stand on one foot would be great for this stage in recovery.

    Thank you, Caroline! I'm so glad I found your channel after a foot injury. The road to recovery has been so enjoyable and your videos are helping me to rediscover dance and cardio fitness. I never thought I would enjoy a dance, floor barre workout after years of ballet lessons, but this was everything I loved about ballet minus the stress of ballet perfectionism.

    Love the standing and floor combination and the cool down with stretches at the end. The dance moves were quite coordinated and will require quite a bit of practice but they added an element of fun. Thanks Caroline. Keep up the amazing work!     Great workout!! Don't do much working out on the feet or in standing these days, mostly just your chair cardio but this was a nice standing low impact exercises without so much lunging or stressing on the sesamoid as many other "low impact" workouts on UA-cam have. Thank you!

    That was both the best and worst workout. Best because it was hard and made me feel so strong and good afterwards. Worst because it worked my body in ways I didn’t know existed! My hips, butt, legs, ache but in a good way. Can’t wait to keep doing this video to get stronger and super glad it is low impact! Super helpful if you have a foot injury!

    very good workout - harder than usual- had to pause several times during standing part to catch my breath and some balance issues and on mat roll ups are difficult for me (;I need to put knees up and hands behind knees) but gives me things to work towards improving ... Thanks so much !!!

    OMG 😆 during this 45 minutes I felt every emotion a human being can have … 😅
    It was hard in such a great, positive way and I’m in love with it.
    Really have to work on my stability (ankle stability) and on form, but today I was happy to survive …😂😂 I was not able to smile 😃, despite the fact that it helps..
    In the few weeks I workout with your videos I have gained more strength than I have in 20 years of working out.
    You are the personal trainer I missed so many years ❤️
    And I’m in love ❤️ with this type of workout that combines ballet and strength.
    This workout is “CARO - FABULOUS” ❤️

    Holy moly Caroline! That was awesome. My arms were so tired during the rib cage translations; I had to do hands on hips for that. My other modification was for the reverse tabletop leg lifts- because I have a bit of hyper extension in my knees, I kept my legs a little bent. Felt a bit of gripping in my hamstrings on that, so if you have a different suggestion I’d be happy to hear it!
    Definitely was tough and awesome workout! The quick pace made it feel like dancing all the more. And my legs LOVED the reaching lunge stretch at the end!

    When this one popped up in my UA-cam feed, I knew I just had to try it. I really liked it, even though it was tougher than I expected! When we were on the floor and you started repeating the abs exercises, I was seriously afraid that you were also going to make us do the hip/glute exercises again! I honestly didn't think I could repeat them after that crazy burn, but thankfully, I didn't have to. This is one I can see doing often. Thank you!

    I have nerve damage in my left knee and exercise can be really tuff but I found this work out to be great it caused a but of pain but I like how I can still get a good work out even at a speed thats great for me.

    I still feel like a beginner but I do my best with these moves. I love the challenge. I keep doing other ab workouts bc I still can't do a roll up without using my lower back, well, even using my lower back I can't but I know enough moves from your other videos to be able to modify.     This is an amazing video. You never fail to impress me with the creative ways to use my body to make it work and feel good at the same time. As a runner in my early 40’s I have begun to realize that I need to do other exercise in order to stay healthy enough to keep running. I have never been into dancing, so I was a little skeptical of this video. But after having done it once, it is definitely saved to my “Caroline Jordan Favs” folder. I can’t Thank you enough for helping me find interesting and effective ways to stay healthy during COVID restrictions.

    This was great Caroline! It kicked my butt in the best possible way😅the forearm brush ab exercises were so tough, not quite there yet, but I will definitely be adding this one in to my rotation with some of your other floor barre workouts. I found your channel when I hurt my foot a few months back, and now that I’m mostly recovered I keep coming back to these workouts because they have strengthened my abs so much and I feel amazing and accomplished afterwards. Thank you 🙏🏼
