I was stressful for many years. Lately, i had watched caroline Jordan 's videos. Now, I stress has vanished. She has spent great deal of her time for the sake of people's health. Magnificent!

@@tahirhussain1504 watch her video and do the exercise. It is for your entire body tonic. You will notice the change of everything after some days. You will love the sport. This is what I have experienced.
I was struggling a year ago with high blood pressure - I’m talking 150/160 over 90’s. Changing my diet helped to some extent, but the ONLY thing that got it down consistently and daily to a healthy level (120’s over 70/80) without medication is daily exercise. And I’m not talking intensive sweaty exercise, just a light to moderate cardio for about 10-15 minutes EVERY day (repeat, EVERY day). And if you split that up to 5-10 minutes several times throughout the day, the results are even better. I can attest to this, because it worked for me and I avoided BP medication. Thanks also to my doctor for asking me to work on my lifestyle before just automatically putting me on a medication! (Rare for a doctor these days.) Thank you so much for this exercise routine! 🙏 Adding it to my daily routine.
For reals I was on high blood pressure meds and cholesterol meds with bad side effects and I was only took them for a a couple weeks .

so good!I have blood pressure 179/103 last month but when I apply this exercise together diet balanced thanks God now my blood pressure 130/90

I tried this on my 65th birthday and I love it! I already alternate between your 10 minute lower your blood pressure and walking after eating videos. They are all wonderful low impact exercises that get me moving in the morning. One little thing… I am nonviolent, and I don’t want to punch anything or anyone. I wish you (and other fitness instructors) could rename them to something else. Thank you for helping so many of us to better fitness! 🥰
This is brilliant after I got high bp reading started doing this once a day now up to twice a day and my blood pressure has come down . 🙏❤️✨ changed my diet only eating blood pressure friendly food and the occasional treat . Amazing 🙏❤️🙏✨

Last Jul. 18, 2022 my fasting blood sugar was 390mg/dl the Dr adviced me to take a metformin tab. and last Aug. 20, 2022 my HbA1C was 13.3 and just today my fbs was 140.4mg/dl hope and pray that my blood sugar will be back to normal permanently thank you Lord, again thank you Ms. Caroline for your excellent exercise love it, God bless you more😊🙏💖

Been doing my annual checkup for four years now and the cadiologists always end with the same advice, keep moving, stay active. Then I discover this video and has been using it ever since. On lazy days when I don't feel like it, this particular set always fired me up. I even use it as warm up before I go mountainbiking, running or hiking 😀 Thanks Caroline 😁
OMG. My bp is high for a week now then since my doctor said I do not have heart ailment I decided to try this. I am starting to get frustrated because my bp is no longer listening to my meds. I started with 153/93, exercised, after 10 mins my bp is 132/91. I will subscribe and sign up with my fitness pal. You're amazing.

im 17 and im trying to improve my life, i kinda have high blood pressure because my parents have too and im trying to lower it so i can live longer, im pretty sedentary and this cardio gets my heart to the 160's bpm!! my average blood pressure is 135 90, my goal is to get it to 110 70 at least, wish me luck hehe

So I just stumble unto this video this morning. For the first time in my life I heard a bad news of having high BP 181/113.
I checked my bp this morning and it was 154/103. After the ten minutes exercise I checked again and it's had dropped to 135/98. This is so helpful. Thanks. You just earned a subscriber

Thank you caroline for this effective cardio exercise in lowering bp. I came across to this video last jan 31/2023. I tried it and observed that my bp doesnt dramatically shoot up in the evening. Before my bp rose to as high as 180/103 even i take the prescribed meds by my cardio! I am 63 years old now and i am praying to the lord that i can exercise continuously and consistently so that my bp will normalize permanently. God bless you ms caroline!

I enjoy these workouts Caroline. I'm new to doing daily cardio. My BP has been elevated due to work stress and the need to exercise more frequently than a 3 hour walk on the weekends. Seen positive results, need to be consistent every day. Added light yoga and breathing before bed is helping. Getting there, only been 2 weeks.

my bp is high up to 160/100, even up to 180/100 at doctors office. I follow your work out, it drops, the lowest 118/78, but not stable yet, it fluctuates from 118/78- 148/98.

I recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure after my mother passed from COVID19... that was in January it's been up in the 130's and 140's ... I'm not on meds ... but I will do this daily and hope it helps me with my blood pressure along with clean eating ♡

Hi mam how are you? Thank you so much for u gave me hope, power,new energetic life with much more strength because i inspired by u with your exercise,when I saw your exercise then i tryed to do exercise everyday 2 times day then i got my blood pressure its slow down before was 170 /90 like that suddenly i got first time my bp high,its my first experience for the bp,i was feared,im 42 years old.now my bp 130/89 some times 125/80 so now im filling good,thank you so much ,god bless you ❤
