Thanks so much Brandi I'm a noob at decoupage and all of your tips and tricks have helped me tremendously. I really appreciate all of your time. We say around here that pet hair is a condiment. 😉
Wow wow wow…thanks for doing that…I’m so glad I never paid alot, I’ll just continue stick to my Modge Podge…was gonna try that dishwasher safe one to see how good it is…great info!
I like glue the best. Clear or a color that dries clear. Bought on clearance at school starts, of course. I almost always use that poly thickly on top of the finished product. Don’t you think you could make some smiling or laughing pop up Brandi’s? Dog hair is just a side product of living a life. Those napkins are gorgeous. Now make something with all those squares please. TFS. You are the best.
Destry... if you knew the morning I had... I was going g to make new pop ups!! I do every year for my channel anniversary. Along with merch and things just did not go as planned. But, I am confident we will see some in August
Mod Podge is my go-to, but I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the glue did. Very impressive! Thank you for trying all of these out for us. You Rock!
ANXIOUSLY WAITING, GOT MY NOTIFICATION ON!! I LEARN SO MUCH FROM YOU BRANDI & APPRECIATE YOUR WILLINGNESS TO TEACH US THING'S ESPECIALLY FOR THE CRAFTER THAT IS JUST STARTING OUT & KNOWS HARDLY ANYTHING, LIKE MYSELF! I EVEN HAVE A BOARD ON PINTEREST THAT I SHARE ALL YOUR VIDEO'S SO I CAN GO BACK TO THEM WHEN IM READY TO BEGIN DOING ANY DIY'S WHICH I HAVEN'T YET, IM TRYING TO BUY CRAFT SUPPLIES ON A FIXED INCOME SO THANK GOODNESS FIR ALL THE DOLLAR TREE STORES!!
Hi, i just discovered your videos, they are great! Thank you for testing all these mediums. I live in Canada and hadseen on a few UA-cam videos that the "deco art for napkins" was the bext . I dont think it is better than modge podge. I found it thicker, a bit harder to put on as well it was really hard to clean off your fingers. It also cost me $23! For 8oz. I think ill stick ( no pun intended 😂) to modge podge.
I love watching your videos....they are very informative and interesting/funny! You crack me up (in a really good way) with your incredible sense of humor!! Thank you for sharing your tips & tricks and crafting knowledge in general!!
Thanks for sharing this Brandi, I’ve only tried working with a napkin once, in a candle and while it worked (cant remember what I used to put it on, it could have been a lot better. It was great to see you try everything that you did cos it gives us a lot more of an idea what and what not to use. I have a lot of things here that I’m waiting to decoupage but wasn’t sure really what to use so thanks heaps for your video. Have a great week.
Thank you for doing this. I find it interesting that people don't seem to discuss Elmer's glue vs Elmer's School Glue. They are not quite the same thing but I don't know how the formula differs.
@@lateknightcreations Fair enough! I found a few articles and posts. The differences seem to be: ESG is more wet and runny. It dries slowly and is more flexible once dried. It can be washed off of surfaces and out of clothing even when dried. EG is thicker, faster drying, and less flexible once dry. You may have to scrape it off surfaces once dry, and don't count on it easily coming out of clothing.
Beacon, huh? Wow, whoda thunk? I do junk journals and use FabriTac, FabriFix, and/or Three-in-One (if there's a difference between the three I sure can't find it)all the time - its like cool hot glue (what??!?) in that it sets up pretty fast with just a little wiggle room before my project stays stuck forever. I like the Mod Podge too as well as the glue/water mixture, especially when I want wrinkles. Thanks Brittany, this was fun. Hugs from the Southern California desert, MK 🤗🏜🤗
Brandi please put the link to browse with you I can’t find the channel. Thank you 💕 Sarah in Johnson City Tennessee. PS I absolutely love watching you . Your personality is amazing and funny always uplifting.
Hey you! I have not posted on there frequently recently. life has gotten hectic!! But here it is!!www.youtube.com/@browsewithbrandi Thanks so much for enjoying hanging out with me!!

Nothing wrong with never getting anything accomplished..lol I have deff tinkled myself having some good belly laughs with my friends!! Thats what its all about!!! Love talking to you Elice!!!
I laugh when I hear the glass breaking And I use mod podge alot it works me And I really like those napkins They are beautiful Thanks again Brandi for your diy video 💙
I've been using the tacky glue I think it's called from Dollar Tree. And I was pleasantly surprised by it. I think I like it better than any of the other glues
@@thediystruggle I also used some sort of a gel medium today that my mom had from over 20 years ago or maybe it was more like 30 years ago. But it was still good in the jar. I like how that works a lot better than the Mod Podge. I'm going to have to look at it again to see what it's called but I don't think they even make it anymore
Brandi, love that you did this comparison video! I’m pretty much a Mod Podge ho (hope I’m allowed to say that lol) but I’ve wondered about other kinds. I was really shocked by how well the glue worked! Wow! And isn’t it typical that the most expensive thing sucked?! 😡 Hope you are doing well! I just love you and your videos, girl!

Thank you for taking one for the team 🤣... I'm pretty sure that one bottle was supposed to have the paper sealing the bottle and not "glued" inside the cap much like DTs bottle 🤨🤣. I still haven't tried the heat application for mod podge but I'm intrigued... TYFS 🥰
Hey Brandi, I have only used Mod Podge and Glue stick. I am not surprised by the glue because that is basically what Mod Podge is! You know what plain Elmer’s/white schools glue is great to crackle your paint and so much less expensive than using a crackle medium. Watch Yvonne at “Ginger Chic Rehab” she has used it numerous times in her videos and the results are the same as mine. Thanks as always Brandi for helping with The Struggle😉
I have a dislocated thumb and rather horrible hand strength to begin with. Watching you struggle with the ridiculous safety seals on the various products made me see red. I can't even imagine how difficult it must be for someone with arthritis or worse. I shouldn't have to keep needlenose pliers in my kitchen to open the new peanut butter, but I do. Apparently I'll need it for all of this too.
Lol....DOG GLITTER Love it. I have 3 dogs so I wear glitter daily. Also I (have no idea why I'm admitting this buuutttt) I would rather find a dog hair in my food than a human hair just sayin
