To center something on the glass, place the glass face down. Take a ruler and a dry erase marker and draw a diagonal line from a corner to the opposite corner. Repeat with the other corner. The center of the glass is where the lines meet in the center! Flip it over and stick your sticker down perfectly centered. Once you're done just rub the dry erase lines off.
They are all so unique and beautiful. I think the transfer was my favorite. I love the way that turned out! The last one would be interesting to see without any color.
Lady bug if I'm lying I'm flying by the end of your video I was laughing crying. My husband & I have 6 kids (3 girls/3 boys) and I tell them all the time I'm gonna learn you cause you gonna learn today lol!! And then I see you ironing the flowers on the book well lord have mercy I'm dying because I am not going to pull out the ironing board to iron anything!! I will iron on the dining table, the foot locker, the end table, heck I'll iron on a towel on the floor!! I love you so much you make my day and that is for real!! 😂😂😂stay blessed beautiful
LOL, Thats why I say it because my kids, be testing me girl. lol. Right, who needs an ironing board. Just get it done..lol (big hugs) thanks so much Amanda! Enjoy the rest of your week my friend!
You are my favorite UA-camr. I love everything you do. I will watch your video no matter how long or short they are. I enjoy your boo boo, your pop up and your comments. Be bless.
Love, love, love, your humor addressing these serious projects!😂 I’m a minimalist so I think less embellishment is more….to each it’s own. BUBBLES: I have a long candle lighter that I run over the bubbled areas to pop them….DO NOT USE TO CLOSE TO GLASS! Just waive flame over area about 5-6” away or it’ll break! . It should pop the bubbles, use BEORE IT DRYS!!! Just my 2 cents & A SUGGESTION! Thanks you for information. Enjoy !
I just love’em all, but I think the food coloring is my favorite!! Thank you oh so much for sharing your talent. I’m not very creative, and I actually learn a lot from you!! Will definitely be trying these if I can find those frames!! God bless!! ❤️🙏
Loved this tutorial! I've never seen this technique before. It really looks like swirled glass used in stained glass. Even the small bubbles are fine cuz you see those in stained glass too. Really cool. Thanks Professor Brandi! ❤
I love them!! I was worried that my food coloring suggestion wouldn't work. I didn't know if it would react differently with the mod podge. You nailed it beautifully! Thank you for doing that! They are awesome!!!! When i try to center shit on glass i put it on my fabric cutting mat because I can't eyeball stuff for nothing these days! Loves you!!!!!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
It worked like a charm my friend. This is why I love the comments. People have amazing ideas. I love sharing the differences and hope it saves you all time and money!
You kill me with your humor! I really enjoyed the different techniques, I’m gonna give the glass painting a try, I’ve always wanted to try it, you make it seem really easy…thanks for the inspiration🥰
I loved they all but my favorite was the food color. I will definitely be doing some of these. BTW...my farmhouse sketchbook arrived today. Oh my goodness Brandi! Thanks for sharing your creativity with us.
You can draw lines with black paint and glue or modge podge, (try to get it kinda thick) then fill in with food coloring and clear glue and it looks like stained glass. ❤ thanks for the video. 😊
Awww (hugs) thanks you so much Katherine! I hope you still feel like that 5 years from now. Let me know if my talent starts slacking!!! I love seeing the comments with people I know who have been around since I started! They have the most inspiring comments and help me grow!
I loved how these all turned out! I can't wait to try doing a few of these! I appreciate you goiing step by step, it really helps me as I am not talented and still learning a lot! Thank you Brandi! ♥♥
Girl (big hugs) Always! And, this is why this series is so important because if you check these comments in the playlist for these tutorials there are sooo many this helps, or some just like having a crafting friend. It really does help and there is an audience for it!
We have a ton of them now. 2 sizes. And our DT finally got the metal ribbon in! I had been looking for a couple years for it. I bought the whole box. Lol
I really liked the food coloring!! Glass paint was not a favorite. Silk flower one wasn't bad, just didn't like the hole in the middle of the silk flowers, so maybe dried flowers would be better. Love your Tuesday projects!
I definitely liked you using the two coats of MP. Big difference from last time with one coat. I like the stencil one against the wall. I would've liked to have seen the others against the wall too. I love the idea of using transfers. All pretty and would make nice gifts. I was putting in an order from Temu yesterday and bought dried flowers and paper cut outs of lacey leaves, windows and butterflies. They would be great to use with this technique.😄 OMG my head is swimming.🥴 Thank you and blessings.🤗🌼
I love all of the projects. My favorite though is the one using the food coloring. The colors you mixed turned out beautiful. I guess if you have a laundry room with a window, you could use that wash and dry transfer. Might make laundry more fun. Let me know I have extras of the wash and dry transfer. 😂 As always, thank you Brandi.
Hahahaha! I thought the same thing when I saw that “Wash and Dry” mixed with the flowers at my Dollar Tree! What were they thinking?? 😆laughin’ with ya!
Hey lady! I know how you talk about gloves being so expensive so I have a inexpensive alternative for you. Get a $6-$7 box of 30 finger cots. That way you can save your gloves but still keep your prints off the projects and can finger paint away or finger modpodge away with all the food coloring you want and not be stained not to mention you can still keep bubbles from forming on the glass from using a brush etc. p.s. always excited to watch what cha are posting.
I think the last 3 would have looked better if you would have made small swirls like in the first ones. I agree the one with the paint looks incredible on the wall.
3 dollar trees and $60 later the only frame I could find was a 4x4, guess I will have to do a smaller version! Gonna try the rub on transfer one. Thank you for the awsome tutorial!
I love your tutorials. You've taught me lots. Can you do a tutorial about different ways to use mica powders. I just bought some. Not sure how to use them. Thank you for what you do.
Brandi, you are a hoot! I love when you have conversations with yourself! You always come up with great decisions after the conversation~~!!!! OMG I'm laughing!!! I sympathize with you and the food coloring hands! My grandsons wanted to do sand art. Well, Mamie thought she could just color sand no problem!! HA HA I used food coloring but the sand did not get a saturated color, so I added paint the next day....Now 3 days later we tried to put it in the bottle but it is too wet and clumpy. UGH We have 2 more days til Mom and Dad come home from work conference, I am not sure we will get sand art finished LOL. I went in DT today and they had tons of bags of colored sand I was NOT HAPPY! LOL I went to Walmart and bought a 30 LB bag of play sand for $4.44 but holy cow this has not been as easy as I thought! Oh well back to swirling! Yours turned out great. Love the stickers you used. Have a great day!
Hey girl it’s been a minute since I have been able to watch. But I just have to say these are pretty cool. I like this idea. I am also pretty sure I have a stack of those floating frames in my stash. 😂Thank you for sharing and trying out these ideas. God Bless you and family 🙏🏼
God I love this video. First thing I’m laughing agreeing with you on the transfer thing. I thought the same thing as I’m sure a lot of us did. What Why? Yep dollar Tree. Gotta love it. Thanks for taking your time to show us and everything else you do. Most certainly one of my favorites and look forward to every video. 😁
To center something on the glass, place the glass face down. Take a ruler and a dry erase marker and draw a diagonal line from a corner to the opposite corner. Repeat with the other corner. Nice tip!! I need to use this in a hack video
My favorite is the food coloring. Thanks for giving us a comparison.
It really is beautiful
I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought that about the wash and dry. Thanks Brandi.
haha, right?? Its so random!
I love them all. My favorite was the food coloring picture.
"We gone learn today...!" I am so done 🤣😂🙃
Lol... I say it all the time... These kids test me...haha
@@thediystruggle yes indeed, I feel you on that!!
I ,myself would have put paint in the first one that had the wave effect 😊 But they all Purdy 😂 yes'um.
From me Kaye and Molly Brown
Just when I had grounded myself from Dollar Tree, here you come with something else for me to try! Gee thanks pal !! Still my favorite though !!
Lol, I'm just keeping you busy...lol
@@thediystruggle, girl, I have enough projects to keep me busy for two years, thanks to my Temu addiction. Grounded myself from Temu also.
HAHA.. Oh my gosh this made me LOL
I loved the colored one with the gardening !
I love your "slow down" videos; I have learned so much from you. Thank you.
I really like the last one.
They are all so unique and beautiful. I think the transfer was my favorite. I love the way that turned out! The last one would be interesting to see without any color.
Loved the sword look. I've never seen it before. My favorites were the first 2. They are awesome!

I loved them all. You did a great job. I haven't seen anything like this done before. Thank you!
Old glass often has bubbles, so don't fret about imprefections, I think they actually add to the look.
(hugs)
They all turned out nice really love the last 1 an multi color food stain 1 t4s
I just love’em all, but I think the food coloring is my favorite!! Thank you oh so much for sharing your talent. I’m not very creative, and I actually learn a lot from you!! Will definitely be trying these if I can find those frames!! God bless!! ❤️🙏
I love how these turned out! I loved the food coloring project best. Thank you for all your efforts!
Girl you are the bomb, period. Genuinely unique and it's beautiful to see. God bless you, and thank you for these long videos, lol!!
Aww thank you very very much my friend!
@@thediystruggle Yw!
Thanks for sharing this with us! My favorite is the fresh flower transfer one!
These are beautiful, the food color one is my favorite. I'll be giving this craft a try.
Hey , I really liked them all . The farm fresh sticker was my favorite. But I loved them all !
I am speechless!
Wow, the food color one is definitely my favorite! Love it! Thank you!
I will try that this morning. I have it mostly off except my thumb around the cuticles, thank you!
Great job. Love the flowers they were really pretty.
Loved this tutorial! I've never seen this technique before. It really looks like swirled glass used in stained glass. Even the small bubbles are fine cuz you see those in stained glass too. Really cool. Thanks Professor Brandi! ❤
I agree! Thank you so much Amanda!
I had never seen this process before. It's very interesting. Can't wait to try it!

Good choice!
I never knew you could any of this with glass and mod podge wow! Love these!

You can draw lines with black paint and glue or modge podge, (try to get it kinda thick) then fill in with food coloring and clear glue and it looks like stained glass. ❤ thanks for the video. 😊
I love that idea Stormi! My friend Angela Jones used a puffy paint in a recent video! That looked awesome too
I love the food color one and I love your tutorial. I LEARNED SOMETHING TODAY😂😂😂

These are great. My son sent me some dried flowers from prison. I'm going to do this with them.
These are lovely, Brandi. Thanks again for another great tutorial.
You can use the frame for centering it if you line it up on top of frame.
Thank you for the interest my friend!!! I will write you down to check in with you for next year!!! Thank you for letting me know your interested!
I got some of the pressed flowers from temu and they work perfectly in the floating frames from DT.
Now I have to try some mod podge behind them
Oh, That is gonna be so pretty!
The wash and dry could go on a small plaque and below you could add folding optional or folding 25 cents per item or something to sell.
Thank you so much for showing this I love it
