Aaron! I just made this recipe for tonight’s dinner! My teenage son and daughter loved it ( even though it had mushrooms and they don’t really like it)! It was a beautiful dish and, aside from the garlic chives, I had all ingredients on hand! I followed the recipe from the book ( gift for myself) and it is so easy to assemble and make! Thank you and I can’t wait to make more recipes!
Can i use pad Thai noodles? 😢
Aaron's "don't worry about it" constantly plays in my head whenever something goes wrong 😂
Don't Worry Bout It! 🤣
For me is "more green onions, more delicious" and of course the moment to taste "Claire" 😁😊
For me too! 😅
Both phrases should be merch! Maybe with an A&C logo of some type too.
(hands) "don't worry about it" 🤘🏻
"Hello from Seoul!"
"Don't worry 'bout it."
"I'm not responsible."
"Hangry Claire..."
"More green onion, more delicious."
"Bring some kimchi!"
Wow! 6 out of 7 in one video. Only thing missing was "Bring some beer!"
Yeah I wondered if she was gonna ask for beer hehe.
😍😍

"for your information..."
@@ididntknowtheyhadwifiinhell Good catch! I missed that one.
OK, today i've ordered Japche from a korean Restaurant, and asked myself: "Hm, how would Aaron make this?" Voila: Here we go! I love this Channel!
I knew that's gonna happen!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I always really love this channel because it always feels like a really accessible way to learn about dishes from Korea. It’s really laid back and it’s really nice he always suggests possible substitutions that may be harder for people to get.
I'm so glad to hear that! Thanks!😍😍😍
@@AaronandClaire MSG ADVERTISING IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCATBALE ! IT RUINS MANY PEOPLE HEALTH! DID NOT YOU READ ABOUT IT?
Claire: Bring Some Kimchi ; Aaron: cuts the video
“more green onion more delicious” aaron never lets us down 😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
#GreenOnions4Life
The first few times I made Japchae, they were too oily and the veggies were mushy. Also I couldn't get the taste to my liking. After trying this recipe, it turned out really good! It doesn't taste so oily, the veggies still have a nice little crunch to them, and the flavour is amazing (I included the msg hehe). Thank you!!
Awesome! So glad you liked it! 😁🙌
Aaron, you know jjajangmyeon has a special place in my heart. Please don’t make me choose
🤣🤣🤣
Choose them all ^_^
The 6-minute noodle cooking tip is everything. Just tried making this today. Even though it was a more than 15 minute affair, the result was delicious. If you want to make this and don't have all the ingredients, don't hesitate. I didn't have bell pepper or shitake mushrooms, but I had tricolor carrots, cabbage and button mushrooms. All turned out well.
Agreed! Use whatever fridge veggies you have and this recipe still turns out incredible!
My favorite Korean restaurant was closed six years ago, till I started watching Aaron and Claire for the recipes and lessons on how to make these wonderful dishes I have gone without.
Thank you Aaron and Claire
HOW THE HELL DID YOU MAKE THIS IN 15 MINUTES!!??!!?!??!???!!???!???!!!? IT TOOK ME 3 HOURS bruh you are actually the literal best cook ever
I made this last night because I've been CRAVING Japchae and this was exactly the very thing I needed. My noodles did take a bit longer to cook but I also didn't soak them and they still turned out very springy and chewy and were perfect. I used what I had but I used a pork chop and cut the bone off and thinly sliced it and it was super easy as well. The fact that the sauce is so easy and simple is what's so crazy to me you'd think something like that would have so much more to it. Thank you Aaron!
To be honest I don’t like glass noodles. I tuned in to hear Aaron say “Don’t worry about it.” And to hear hangry Claire say “mmmm.”
Don't worry Bout It 🤣🤣🤣
@@AaronandClaire I can’t decide if you are a former chef or a former comedian
@@irener1111 same. Or currently. Do tell @Aaron and Claire. I’ve been wondering a long time! Do a backstory vlog, don’t forget to include how you met and your courtship.
Thank you I was wondering if I can make it with spaghetti 😂 but then don't worry about it kicked in!
Korean potato starch glass noodle taste better than Mung bean glass noodle.
This channel is saving my life. I have to cook for my korean boyfriend (I’m not korean), because he only eats korean food, so it’s not easy for me but I’m trying and he really appreciates it 🥰
one thing i really like about this channel is whenever aaron cooks for claire she does the dishes. theyre a great exacmple for a healthy relationship where both give 50/50
Oh Claire and her love of kimchi.
She waved at the camera after washing the dishes!
😘😘😘
Thank you Aaron and Claire. Had this for dinner last night and it was delicious! Thank you for the easy ‘don’t worry about it’ instructions👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I love glass noodles! Love this simple but restaurant style recipe! Thanks, Aaron! Thanks, Claire for making it yummier! Love your simple living room.
Thank you for the upload and Aaron I do like watching you cook, Claire I wish I could sample the dishes too *stay safe and thank you for entertaining me*
This is the first recipe I’ve ever tried and it came out amazing 👍🏻👍🏻
My family and I have recently moved to a small town after living in a large Canadian city for years. As this town doesn't have a Korean restaurant, we have been suffering until my husband found your channel. I believe you have saved our marriage ;) thank you!
So happy to hear that, Rhonda!!! Thanks 😍
My small Canadian town has a Western Cuisine restaurant that is run by Koreans. Over the years, the menu has evolved to include more Asian offerings. The best Japchae I have ever had and I didn't have to travel!
Thank you! I am so excited with how this turned out tonight. I’ve never had japchae before (it just sounded good), so I was nervous not knowing what it should taste like. I messed up and added too many noodles, but I tried not to worry about it 😃
Aaron you're tremendous on all your recipes 👏. TANKS
I made this for dinner and boy IT WAS GOOOOOOD! It was gone in an instant! thanks for this recipe Aaron! sooo delicious!!
This recipe is perfect, the sauce is *chef's kiss* balanced!
I like you are clean. Your space. You're handling of ingredients and your tools. Thank you 😊
Wow! Aaron, i tried this recipe and the outcome was delicious! Thank you! Hello to Claire! 👋💕🤙
I made this following your recipe for my family last night AND EVERYONE LOVED IT 😆 thank you!!!!
I followed your recipe and wowed my family with my homemade japchae! Thanks Aaron and Claire!
I really enjoy this specific channel as it is full of so many delicious dishes & Aaron gives really good cooking tips & alternatives throughout the cooking process. Overall results are more than likely to be stunning & the couple are just amazing & funny😊👍🏽🥂
I ate Japchae one time 8 years ago, and never forgot about it, it was so good! I'm definitely trying this recipe
Wow - delicious looking dishes, but I’m so happy Claire described so much in English! You’re both great!
I love your happy and easy guide to cooking Korean dishes. And how you serve it to Claire. When she eats and appreciates your cooking, it's delightful! ❤❤ I am cooking this japchae tomorrow. I have to go get the ingredients today! 😂
I always look forward watching Claire washing dishes. Like a satisfying closure/ending
Delicious 😍
Made this tonight with a couple variations due to lack of ingredients in London.
Amoy Udon noodles, chestnut mushrooms, Pak choy instead of chives all from my local shop.
Brother and mother loved it too.
Thanks Aaron 👍
Thank you Aaron! I was looking for an easy-to-follow recipe for Japchae and this is a great one!
this is so good and love the side details, appreciate it!
just found your channel and I LOVE you and Claire already! I love Korean food and your recipes look easy to follow. Greetings from Washington state!
I tried this and everybody in my household loved it. Thank you so much Aaron and Claire! ❤️❤️❤️
You're very welcome! So happy for you guys! 😊👍
I'm so into Korean food now thanks to you Aaron! Your guides help me succeed at first try! I'm gonna make this for my son tomorrow, he likes the texture of this noodle :)
Made this today and it was super yummy!! Thank you so much for these videos :)
I made both of the dishes and they were so delicious. Thanks Team!
yessss
the highlight of my week: the notification of your new video😁
So happy to hear that! Thank Ellie!😍
You two are adorable, funny, and always make me hungry!!!! Nicely done
I love the additional.recipe for left over japcjae. Thank you Aaron. 😊
What a delicious recipe! Thank You for making it so easy to follow.
i love the chives as substitute! my husband hates spinach so this recipe actually works in our favor!
I finally got to try this today! It is so much better than the other japchae recipes that I've tried. A must try! Thank you for this Aaron!
I was waiting for Claire to ask for kimchi😂😂💜
😍😍
I love how these videos always have a bonus recipe!
Japchae is one of my favorite dishes, period. SO GOOD.
😍😍
You two are going to put some korean restaurants out of business at this rate x D
🤫🤫🤫
The nearest one to me is an hour away. They aren't trying very hard to be in business.
Jjapchae was the first proper Korean dish I learned to make and it's much easier to make than I had initially thought. It's so delicious 😋
Made this twice for my family and everyone loved it!!!
I really really really live for Aaron & Claire love for FOOD❤❤❤❤❤❤........makes me hungry every time I see Aaron's cooking😊.....
Hi Aaron! Hi Claire! I literally wanted to eat this for lunch today, and was looking it up!! Thanks Aaron, for your mind reading abilities!!😄
🧙🧙🧙🧙🧙
Ok I watched your ramen video and I am totally addicted now! I’ve been making my own all week. I even went and got Korean chilie. It’s so good! Thank you for sharing your talent!
Aaron, you give me the courage to cook your recipes. Just wish I had my own Claire to taste test and critique
I tried this and it came out surprisingly good. It turned out a bit more on the sweet side since I don't have some of the ingredients but it's still so good. thanks for the easy recipes, as always!
Ur the only UA-camr who doesn’t make ads and sponsors annoying. Also the most relatable home cook by giving us substitutes and just use what’s at home and longer lasting recipes (by subbing spinach for chives)
Also u and Claire’s relationship is so cute ❤
These videos are so comforting
I make japchae a lot, family loves it so we seldom have any leftovers. Just wanted to add, it is also delicious cold! I've been known to eat it for breakfast if there are any leftovers. I am obsessed with this channel since I found it a few days ago, these two are adorable!! I am so jealous of Claire at the tasting bit 🤤
Aaron’s chopping skill is awesome! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
You and Claire are so great. I've tried the rice and overeasy eggs with sesame oil and soy. It was great
I like the whole style, things they say. Love it!
Delicious! Thank you very much. Simple ingredients bold flavor and easy to follow. For me it was little sweet so next time 1T sugar is good! My daughter is enjoying right now!! 😋
THANK YOU AARON & CLAIRE for this easy to follow recipe, I fell in love with this and have seen other vids but yours is really easy to follow and when I order out from the only Korean restaurant near me, the charge is $20 !!!! Just for one order. !!!! Shocking??? I can't afford to pay that much for one dish. So I can make at home and save myself some hefty cashola.
LOVE YOU GUYS.
Thanks Aaron, I will try cooking it tonight.
Oh I love Japchae so much❣️ Thank you for sharing I’m so gonna make it this weekend 🥰❤️
Thanks for sharing! I’ve made japchae before and couldn’t get that nice color so this is so helpful! I’ll attempt making this again using your methods.
Yooo Japchae is in my top 5 favorite foods of all time. I’ve made it a bunch of times. Thanks for this quick version guys
Please let us know how it was! 😍😍
Dude, your knife skills are on point. You went through that onion crazy quick. Love your channel and your attitude. I just made the garlic gochujang noodles tonight and it turned out great! I didn't "worry about it." Thank you for all your hard work!
Yayyy tonight's dinner is set 🎉🎉 Thankyou for the amazing recipes!!
Thank you!!! I just made this last week for the first time and used the old method. Lots of work and more dishes/pans. Trying this version soon. 👍🏽
You're gonna love this simple version 😍
I've gotten them once at H-Mart, and that bit you've explained about spinach not being in there really made me learn something! I'll pay more attention to the dish when I can get them again!
😍
When I am sad these videos make my day! Thank you so much Aaron and Claire, you also make me want to try cooking too! It doesn't look so scary in your videos!
Don't Worry Bout It! Everything's gonna be alright! 😍😍
Aaron Love all your recipes. They're great👍simple .
Claire you're so fortunate. 😊
She should see your comment 🤣🤣
I use Korean Glass Noodles all the time because I'm Paleo. This recipe looks like a winner to me with only a few minor adjustments. Thanks! 😋
Thank you! I've made Japchae several times but your veg cutting tips will improve my recipe I think. Goin all Aaron&Claire on my next try
Hi Aaron and Claire!
I just finished making your Japchae recipe and it is soooo delicious! Thank you for your channel!
My pleasure! So glad to hear it! 😁🙌
I just made and it was a hit! My hubby highly approved it and my children too! Thanks for this easy recipe 😉
Woah!! Thank you for the recipe 🙌🏼🥰💖
I must say, i really enjoyed it. It was fast and less complicated steps to run through. And the most satisfying was the super delicious taste.
Always excited to see a new Aaron and Claire video! Japchae is one of my favorites. And so true about the spinach, it starts going bad quick. I usually freeze it, but will have to try the chives even though I don't like chives. I will do it because Aaron said so!
Hahaha 😂😂Hope you like it! 😍
Thank you so much for this great video.....I love japchae but never tried to make it myself. It was perfect & so delicious that I'll be making this regularly now.
Made this as well.. so good & easy! Tastes like the authentic japchae ❤️❤️❤️
I'm so happy this was at the top of my page! You two are amazing, and the tips are thoughtful- thank you Aaron! Please consider doing a video on how you prepare your vegetables before chopping! I always chop cabbage, green onion, etc after tearing it apart to wash off the dirt and soil, so I can't ever chop as beautifully as you do! Please and thank you and stay happy and awesome! 🥰
If it helps, you only ever have to wash a cabbage's external surface! It grows bunched up and from the inside, that the risk of it getting kinda 'dirty' is almost only on the outside.
What we do is peel off maybe the two outermost layers (or more, if it's visibly dirty), then wash the head of cabbage with running water.
You did it again Aaron. Looks so good and really easy too. You won Claire's approval. Love you channel
😍
You are such an inspiration!!!! Thank you! 🙌🙌🙌
I love these noodles. Now I know how to make the recipe. Thank you so much. Very good tutorial.
I love them!! They are so funny and I really enjoy watching them. I learn so much about Korean cooking eith Aaron.
Thanks Avian!😍
Hi Aaron and Claire. I’ve waited so long for a video. I absolutely love your recipes. I can’t wait for your next video. Sending love from America ❤️
Thank you for saying that😍😍
I enjoy your presentation so much. I have learned so much and am now a regular at my (not so local) H-mart
