“Paprika” will confuse many of your followers, it’s capsicum or red/ yellow/green bell pepper. Btw, your recipe is simpler. It taste just as good compared to the multiple steps done by others.
In this recipe I think they’d be interchangeable. Yes, she’s using bell peppers, but both kinds of peppers come in a wide variety of colors like red, yellow, orange, purple, and more.

I think I cooked the noodles for about 7 minutes. I recommend to follow the package instruction. : )

Yes, they need to be soaked in warm water to soften, then squeeze all the water out, and sliced thinly.
