Not to mention the production quality of their videos. The recipes, as always, look delicious. Keep going Aaron and Claire! These videos are fantastic, some of my favorite FoodTube content.

Welp, made this just now and it was awesome! The tweaks I did to make it LA-style were to include a seeded/minced serrano chile with the aromatics, served with lime wedges instead of black vinegar, and also fresh cilantro with the tops of the green onions. And the Taiwanese knife-cut noodles were a great recommendation, which I was able to find at H-Mart. This is going on the rotation!

I made this for dinner tonight and it was great! It was similar to another recipe I use, but this version was both easier and more delicious. The bok choy really brings it together. Now I'm going to make this all the time.

I just made this. It was excellent! It was certainly spicy, but I wouldn’t consider it hot. The sugar gives a balance to the spicy, and the oyster sauce, and Gochugaru flakes gives it a unique “Asian” flavor that makes it stand out from your typical western chili noodles. I was so excited I forgot to give it a splash of black vinegar. Thanks, Aaron!

I made this today and it was amazing!! I added crispy tofu instead of pork for a vegetarian twist! But here’s a warning… if you use common crushed red pepper, use WAY less than he uses. I didn’t realize how much spicier they are compared to Korean chili flakes. I used 1tbs and it was still reallllllllyyyy spicy. I would suggest going down to 1tsp of chili pepper for it to be more enjoyable.

I just made these noodles last night, and they were incredibly tasting and satisfying! I tried other recipes before, but this one was the one with the perfect spiciness! Thank you so much for the recipe!

As an Asian all of this stuff is already in my cabinet, these are extremely common sauces and spices for us.
I got lazy and started not doing the whole meat portion, just noodles and sauce. Still really good ngl

Made this recipe and it was amazing, even with the substitutions I had to make in a pinch - hoisin for oyster sauce, garlic chili past for the Korean chili flakes, sherry cooking wine for the good stuff, Thai rice noodles for my fav flat wide rice noodles, and it was still crazy good! Thanks for this, will order the correct ingredients and make it once a week for the next year to master it. Thanks again!

Knife cut Noodles needs more publicity! They are my favorite type of noodles. fettuccine close second. Try dandan noodles with it. It's amazing!
Edit: the saucy dandan noods. Not the soup dandan noods

Claire is a freaking treasure, and YES, Aaron, ALWAYS more garlic. These noodles are the stuff my food dreams are made of. I use ground chicken (if using chicken always add a little oil for the fat the chicken doesn't have) but yeah, this is fantastic stuff!
