Instead of fighting about which style or developer is better, we should see all of them for what they bring to the table, This series is extremely flexible and I commend all of the people who have brought their ideas together. The tokyo team games are sandboxes that give you many tools and toys to beat your enimies on the head with, while keeping it balanced and fair. the command deck promotes exploration because all of the best commands are in spots that require you to see the worlds for yourself, and putting together the ultimate deck makes fights feel great. The card system rewards collection and knowing each sleight will reward you heavily while also needing you to concentrate on enemy cards and counters. In the end, please don't fight, nobody shouldn't be the enemy for liking a particular game, and we should agree to have opinions and accept them

I do think that KH1 needs to some changes, not on the gameplay department(Through most "resonable" one i heard is to make it less clunky... But that's the point it's Sora's beginning). But more of make the rooms a bit bigger so they aren't as clustrophobic as they can be, improve the camera and make some triggers more obvious and less obtuse
Agreed, being such an old game there've been many refinements to camera controls and level design for guiding the player. It doesn't need to be linear like KH2 is - I'd actually prefer a bit more of KH1's openness in KH2's design. It's ironic that Sora is much more powerful and maneuverable in KH2, yet he has far less to use those abilities on in that game. KH1, in contrast, really shows its age with the Destiny Islands section, the clunky swimming, some of the platforming being pretty jank feeling...

@@ultimateshadeofwar Yeah, particularly in the earlier worlds of Tarzan and Alice in Wonderland need to be less mazelike/narrow in scope - I'd like the jungle of Tarzan to be really cool and open rather than just a bunch of platforms with confusing vertical layouts. Not to mention that KH1 Sora having a few more early movement options might be nice.

Speaking about the KH1 Remake topic
Honestly, the only things I’d change is the HUD, and the Pause Menu.
I don’t know why those aspects have always bothered me, other than that KH1 is fine as is.
What about those bothers you? They seem pretty similar to me with the other kh games
@@jexusdomel5194 I can't exactly explain it, I guess it's just the little things, like the Party Members being on the topright edge of the screen, the HP Bar having a limited number of colors as layers to overlap instead of HP beads, and the menu in general just having weird text alignment?

I'd really like if the camera was less zoomed in. I feel like the camera's dragging across the ground if it's even slightly angled up.
God am I so fucking tired of this r/gaming crowd with this baby mentality that want a remaster of literally every fucking game ever every 5 years. It is, literally, one of the things killing the gaming industry just alongside the crunch and pre-ordering bullshit. Want X game to feel more like Y game? Guess what, Y game is sitting right there for you and you probably would be better off either replaying it or playing something new
