3:21 So I ran this through CrazyCatz00's string mapper to try to match it to the Japanese character set, but the thunder/Hercules font characters aren't included in that set. The output I got from ìÜ▼d* is this: スイい! Which, in Romaji, is this: Suii! And with the missing letters marked with an underscore, is this: スイ_い_!/Sui_i_! *It's entirely possible that "▼" isn't correct, as there's a line behind it in the video.
I will never get over how good the chests look in this game! While the ones in the second console game use a different texture for each world, I like both the structural differences and slight texture variations. Still, there are good outliers in the second console game, such as the fruit-like chests in the Pride Lands.
some of the kh designs make me wonder how they did all of this in such a short time. it’s insane how creative they were even with the most minute details
@@agorel It is my opinion that the first console game has the most attention to details. The puzzles and places Sora could interact with really make the game for me!
i agree, we’re still finding new things to do in the game 20 years later. i consider it a masterpiece of this art form simply because of how much content they packed into it haha
honestly, you’re likely right. it’d make the most sense. maybe that has some meaning as to why some chests have items and some don’t. i think it sounds like a fair assumption

you’re a legend. i’m gonna try to look at the script for the item and see if it does anything this week but i’m very grateful for the insight

think the boxes are for like, easy copy/paste for other boxes in the level?
