I made these today, I used fresh garlic cloves and 2 T was a bit too much for me, the garlic was overpowering. I didn't add the sweetener to the cream cheese because I don't like sweets and I think I put in 3 T salt and they were way too salty. BUT. They were still so good. I ate one and stayed full for hours. Great recipe, the creaminess of the cream cheese filling is scrumptious. I'll make it again and adapt to my own tastes. Thank you for such a fabulous idea!
In the video, it shows how to make a sweet cream cheese filling for the rolls, but the title and the recipe in the description show the savory garlicky recipe for the rolls - that's a versatile recipe! Thank you for sharing!
This is a great recipe! The bread is so delicious. As in the recipe for the Garlic Sauce, I also found the amount of Salt to overpowering. I would recommend using 3-4 tsp Salt instead of 3-4 TBL. Still so delicious. Thank You
These look sooooo good! Thanks. Plus, the sweet ones would be great for breakfast, and for the dinner, you could leave out the sugar. Thanks for the garlic sauce recipe. Does it always need to be used right away?
At the description box, I mentioned that I used self ground Erythritol. But you can also use Lakanto or any keto friendly sweetener. It's easy to grind them until powdery. Or for convenience you can just buy the ready-made powdered sweetener but I feel that they are expensive
I thought sweetener taste will make it taste terrible! It did not do, The recipe has made me crazy :( it is so delicious I like it. Next time I am thinking adding some cooked spiced chicken with cheese filling; will keep you updated about the results too. Thank you for being in my life
Psyllium husk is the best natural replacement for gluten. It holds everything together and provides elasticity to shape the dough Without it, the bread will be crumbly with cake-like texture. Yeast is a leavening agent so the function is different.
Not for this recipe but I have over 60 keto bread recipes (Vegan and non-vegan) which you can use to make this recipe. Do check out the Playlist at the top of the main page of my channel.
I know! It’s awful just terrible! I could hardly stand to watch him mix it, brings back very very bad memories from my early keto days. I now use a very awesome, wonderful yeast raised bun recipe with no nut flours or psyllium husks that has the taste and texture very close to normal buns and only 2 carbs. Perhaps I’ll use that one instead. Psyllium husk bread seems a bit archaic now. 😂
You could use zanthum gum but you would need less than the psyllium husk but not sure of the amount. I’m going to try making them today so I will let you know how they turn out.

Thanks! You can chill or freeze the garlic sauce for later use
Going to have to make these but will leave the sweetener out. Prefer my garlic bread savoury.
Can you tell me what kind of sweetener pouder did you use?

OMG! Cutting the bun while holding it with your bare hand!
We love your recipes, but my wife and I both hate the taste/texture of psyllium husk. Is there a substitute for the psyllium?

Sounds like this would work with sunflower seed flour.
Yes you could use ground sunflower seed for this recipe at the same ratio.
Ung s psyllium husk po ung 3tbsp n sukat ground n po un or ung whole p po? So pag ground n po ggmitin magiging 1 1/2 tbsp n po tama po b?
The whole psyllium husks must be ground until half its original volume then only weigh it for 27 g or 3 tbsp.
measurement please
Please see the full written recipe (with weights & measurements) at the description box below the video 🙏
