Okay....I confess. I've lost count of how many times I've made this...my way...since I don't have an oven and I don't trust my toaster oven not to burn this....I make this in my waffle iron! (Thanks to someone's comment below that I can't find now but whoever you are...THANKS!!)
I make the "dough" (and I've tried several cheese combinations---love them all!) and shape it into a long roll. Then I slice off 4 "medallions" that fit into each waffle section and wait.........until they're nice and crispy and browned a bit on the edges. They taste great hot or cold and I usually burn my mouth on the first one.
I can only eat one "waffle" a day before I'm "cheesed-out" so I just wrap the roll and put it in the fridge. I get 5 waffles from the roll. I've mixed and matched a variety of cheeses include the original recipe, cheddar, provolone, and a few more odds and ends. I also change up the spices so each loaf tastes unique. This is a great recipe for a "cheesehead" like me! Thanks for sharing!!

I'm glad you wrote this. I was thinking you could do this as pizza crust, as chaffles, as waffles or even buns. We're going to do it for the first time tonight.
Made it yesterday - also added a tbsp of almond flour, crispy bacon and a bit of xanathan gum to the batter. It came out great, it also works in a toaster the next day, thank you for the inspiration.

Okay! So, I'm not the only one that don't trust the flours. I have started and stopped "keto" so many times because I was trying to follow the popular recipes. Never lost a pound. I dont trust the nuts in none of the recipes. When I start again, I'm going for as close to no carb as possible!

@@relaxlove.3678 try to limit cheese(and other milk products) as well a bit, for perfect results. I lost 35kg and slowly getting shredded, but trying to imitate typical carb recipes is not the way to go.
I would stick to unprocessed foods, just cook some minced beef or sliced chicken , add a bit of cheese, onions, half an avocado, wrap it in letucce and eat as a sendvich.
Fish, salads, eggs, bacon, meat+ broccoli work miracles as well. Try to go for less fatty meat and add high quality cold pressed olive oil when the food is done. Or Cook on avocado oil.
Keep it meditarrean and you'll be very happy with the results .

This recipe could also be use as a noodle replacement in lasagna! All you have to do is bake it on a large flat baking pan making it a little flatter and then cut into lasagna noodles 😋

Yes!!! We made this awesome bread!!! Fabulous in every way...super easy to make for those of us new to making breads...plus it’s the kind of bread that stays pliable and fresh bread even a day or two later in plastic wrap. I added also some crushed red pepper flakes...sooo yummy! Thanks ❤️
Preheat oven to 350F
Crack 2 large eggs into a bowl, whisk
Add 2c or 225g of mozzarella to eggs
Add 1 1/2c or 145g parmersan
Add 1/2 tsp onion powder, garlic powder and Italian seasoning to the cheese mix
Mix to combine, make a ball
11x7 tray to bake the bread in
Add water to secure parchment paper
Coat with non stick baking spray
Add cheese dough ball to pan, spread evenly across pan
Bake for 25mins
Should come out golden

All fun and games till i eat that whole thing
Then even more fun and games because there is no grain weighing you down

I chopped up 0 carb Hormel sliced pepperoni in v small pieces...baked them mixed into the dough..then dipped in Rau's pizza sauce...ate the whole thing...3 carbs cuz of the sauce!! Really great recipe.👍👍🤗🤗😷
I've made it twice this week. Quick and easy. Really cheesy! Lasts in fridge about 2 days. You can have it on day 3 but better if you have it sooner. Definitely gonna be a regular in my food prep. Stays in fridge for a week and reheats for about 30secs in microwave. Still tastes good

I made this last night for the first time, I did not have parmesan so I skipped that one and added half a scoop of protein powder instead. It turned out sOOOOOooooo GOOOOD!

I just made this and quite frankly Joe, it is bloody lovely!!! I had to buy onion powder and garlic powder and they added a lovely taste to it, although next time i may add diced onions to it, and believe me, there will be a next time. Wow.. made it and so yum! But used 3 blend cheese (colby, parm, mozza). No microwave, no hands, no ball.. just mixed and spread lumpy mix on paper on tray.. turned out perfectly. Thanks

I doubled this; baked in 9 x 13 longer than 25 mins. I would guess 35 but t just took it out when it browned on top. I used preshredded mozzarella and preshredded parmesan. Mixed but did not knead so cohesive as he did. Turned out wonderful. I panfried leftovers in butter which were better than they were initially. Also did not use parchment, just greased my glass baking dish.

Made this several days ago and my wife and family and I loved it. I made another one today. I'll probably bake it quite often. The longest part of the recipe is flattening it in the baking dish.
I made it again a couple of day ago and we had it for dinner with goat cheese with green onions and tomato and herbs. It was great.

If you want the game changer though....take some melted salted butter and melt it....put some garlic powder in it....mix it...brush that on top, then hit it with some grated parmasean and Romano cheese on top.
