What you can do is compute mo lang kung magkano ang bili mo sa mga ingredients then minus mo lang sa sukat. Estimate lang din naman ang ginagawa ng iba at prices isa iba-iba din naman kung saan mo bibilhin ang ingredients. Mas maliit ang packaging mas mahal in the long run.
Hindi naman nasunog ang sa akin. Actually crispy ang nasa ilalim but hindi sunog. Unless too long sa oven sa second baking. Kung ayaw mo may sauce sa ilalim, let it drip muna sa rack then saka mo lagay sa baking pan.

Yes double the ingredients. For the yeast, here's the tip, 2-1/4 tsp yeast can be used up to 4 cups flour. More than 4 cups you need to double.

can i use lukewarm milk instead of water for the yeast mixture
I suggest to use water when blooming yeast and don't forget to add sugar to feed the yeast. I blooms better.
