No matter how much these companies use recycled parts and components and adopt green initiatives, they are still not enough to convince me that they removed chargers from boxes for the sake of their profits and not for the environment.
If the chargers followed the same logic as the other eco-stuff, then surely, it would be sufficient to make the charger 10% smaller. No need to remove it entirely.
Well its actually a new screen almost same as the iphone 14 one just with different settings. The nits are just set lower but it can handle it for much longer than the iphone screen. Its officially said in one podcast with guy from Samsung in our country.
@@uncrustable9923 He already bashes apple for not innovating, now he's bashing Samsung for doing the exact same thing, not innovating. Don't be mad lol
@@CrizzyCrazy And if this phone had some major new feature it would be called a gimmick and most likely Samsung would be bashed by UA-camrs either way. In case you didn't notice, UA-camrs make way more money from being critical and cynical, than being positive. Cynicism in this video was especially weird considering that Samsung is basically single handedly developing foldable phone niche, rather successfully too. Having said all that we had smartphone innovations for nearly 2 decades now. We know what works and what didn't work. This phone is just a culmination of all of that.
@@Glotttis you don’t know jerry then? He has never critiqued any of Samsungs features even the gimmicks. This is his first time doing such. And idc if Samsung is making foldable phones, to me it’s stupid. I’d hate it just as much if apple did it. What’s the point of going from amazing phones that are water resistant and can handle damage to a folding phone that breaks with water, gets dust and has a plastic screen that scratches easily
@@CrizzyCrazy dude do watch Samsung's fold videos on the same channel, you will know that Samsung's foldable is more stronger than 1+ 10, Asus ROG, Lenovo Legion...so on...Also, Samsung's foldables are water & dust resistant. I know S23 Ultra is an incremental upgrade but & I'm not so happy because they kept the same design. But they are marvellous on durebility & reliability than any other Android Smartphone brands & it's a fact.
Just hit over 3 years with my current iPhone 11 Pro Max, before that I lasted 4 years with a 6S Plus and would've kept it for longer had the rear camera not decided to give up the ghost. I think new smartphones are cool and all but they're not different enough every year for me to justify an upgrade that often. I'll probably upgrade this one when something significant decides to break like I did with the last.
Just got my S23 Ultra as an upgrade for my older S10 and definitely feels like an update. Though I'm not used to the heavier weight and bigger screen as of yet.
I think Samsung and all of the other big names in the industry should stop launching phones every year. Because nothing changes, minimal changes in design, the processing power increases by 20% or so, you add a 1 to last year's model and that's it, nothing new. If you want to see a big difference you need to wait a couple years. They just release phones every year to fill up their pockets and to generate a sense of urge to upgrade. Btw, I think the 10 series is the best of Samsung, the S10 was groundbreaking and the Note 10 is the best looking phone ever
@@baxter5024 Well Jerry was bashing on this phone, but right now, it's by far the best phone when it comes to taking any kind if pictures and videos. It completely dethroned the iPhone
@@baxter5024 I get the point and I somewhat agree with that. But maybe there is someone with an S20 out there who wants to wait a year and maybe upgrade his phone next year and it wouldn't feel as good knowing that the latest phone is already over a year old. Ane it would damage the brand loyalty since many would just upgrade to whatever is the latest phone. The cycle is key here. When I got my S10 in march after 2 years when my contract ends in march, I can 100% be sure that that is the time when a new Samsung phone launches making it more appealing for me to stay with Samsung. So when someone elese gets the latest iPhone as an early on, it will be really hard to get him off that cycle. But sure. It's a company, they want to make money, but I'm fine with that as long as we get some value for the money spend. Sometimes you'll get bigger jumps and sometimes minor improvements, and sometimes you'll hold back the improvements just to sell them the next year like Apple does.
I TRULY appreciate how you remain a strong proponent of using our phones for years. I honestly believe rather than constant innovation in features, companies should invest in better R&D to make phones long-lasting for the long-haul.
You do know they intentionally make the phone last for short period right? Even if the phone works fine they release software updates to make them slow
Realistically they cannot do that because that's almost 'against' their business model. The best they can do is provide a charger, case and a headphone jack.
Going from the Note 10+ to a S23 Ultra was definitely a massive upgrade. I haven't found much that I don't like. However, had I not dropped my Note 10+ and broke the screen a few months ago, I wouldn't have upgraded.
If it ain't broke, don't change it. Using a phone (or anything else) for more years is more environment friendly than using recycled materials on a new one. Love your videos Zack!
This is why they employ planned obsolescence and stop updates after a few years. Google essentially brick older Pixel models, apparently. Good luck using an iPhone 4 in the US in 2023.
Exactly! I have been using my phone for 7 years! still haven’t thought about upgrading, as long as it lasts most of the day, can text, call, and play music, I won’t be upgrading!!

Why? Is it some type of sin to a religious fanatic that if you purchase a new phone every year you will be sent to hades and smell burning phones for eternity. Is there something wrong if a person has the money and want to purchase a new phone every year? My S23Ultra is on order, my S22U will be sent back to Samsung. And some bald headed millionaire living outside of Salt Lake City does not encourage me to do a damn thing. Get a life dudette.
I just came from an S20+. Even 3 generations and a bump to a better phone isn't a huge difference. The cameras are a better but not night and day better. The fresh battery and its associated battery life is nice... Missing the s pen and a great carrier deal are what convinced me to upgrade, otherwise I would still be rocking the s20+..
@@AdvicesquadI personally do a lot of annotations on the Samsung Note app. I use it for making our schedule and writing down my budget month to month makes such a huge difference. It helps transition back and forth my Samsung tablet (also with a stylus) so much smoother

I also have a Note 10 plus like mister Jerry, and i got the S23 ultra 6 days ago.. I regret it so badly, the note 10 is amazing, and i honestly cant feel the difference in the upgrade except the screen which is a little more crispy and the camera which is just a tad sharper... NOT worth the 1500 bucks it costs here:)) Edit; IKNOW the chip is better and there is more ram yadayada, but day to day you REALLY dont feel the difference. I own a Fold 4 in part because of your teardown and durability videos. It helped, however, that Samsung steered some of their marketing dollars my way and offered me the Fold for $800. I had a two-year old Note 20 Ultra (which I loved), but Samsung offered me $900 to trade it, doubled the physical memory on the Fold to 500 GB, and gave me one of their $80 phone cases (with S-Pen) in the bargain. It was ultimately worth it.
Love my note 20 ultra trading it in for the s23 ultra mainly cause I'm getting $1000 off for my trade in and also getting the free upgrade to the 512 gb for the pre-order special. So only costing me $200 for the s23 or I would have happily kept my note 20
Companies with brain dead clout can now do such shit and get away with it bcs there'll be atleast 10 ppl that would give their life to make anything seem just

@@jonathanoxlade4252 You think a Note20 Ultra would be worth upgrading? Or are you just saying the standard model? I can't find anything besides the 200mp cam worth upgrading from an Ultra.
Hey Jerry, I love your consistent durability testing methodology for each new phone that releases. If possible, I'd love to see you test out the nuanced differences between all the different variants of gorilla glass. I'm seeing reports of these more recent victus glasses getting micro scratches a lot more easily. Would love to see you test them all to see if there is merit to these reports!
I know this is just anecdotal data but I can say that my S23 Ultra is way more susceptible to micro scratches than my S22 Ultra was. I had it for a week before I put on my screen protector and in that time it managed to get small scratches all over the screen that you could see when held in the light just from being in my pocket and used as normal.
@@mugabugaYT yep, thanks for the info! I was terrified of that myself so I immediately bought a screen protector and case for when I picked it up from bestbuy.
I was using a beat up s8 for the last 6-7 years and I gotta say, the s23 plus I just bought is a super nice upgrade. I didn't get the Ultra because it just seems like overkill and the size is getting to that point where I can barely hold onto it. I have issues with the plus already and I don't want to push my luck with an even bigger phone. The camera and s-pen are cool features, but I'd probably use the s-pen like twice before forgetting about it and the camera maybe three times before forgetting about it. Beyond the occasional nature picture, DnD monster statblock pic, or landscape, I basically never take pictures with my phone. The only issue I have with the s23 plus is that they didn't give it the same UHD screen the Ultra has. Not sure why they didn't but you won't even notice it either way honestly. It's more of a nerdy braggadocious thing than a practical add. I also think the s23 plus gets better battery life because it has the 1080 screen over the 1440.
I'm using a fold 2 and you don't know how much you're missing. I do feel sorry for you. It's just a live demo unit, but I don't think being behind with the times is anything to be proud of.
Man how do you live with that? I got one for free and it was genuinely unusable. Android 8 just doesn’t work anymore. Can’t install a custom rom because Samsung loves bending over for carriers.
@Mr Selivestove he never said to but one he said your missing out which he is because the difference is astronomical he should upgrade but if he doesn't want to he doesn't have to no one is trying to make someone buy something

The sad thing is Samsung is innovating more than any other company but it's funny how he says Samsung doesn't innovate but never to apple the least innovative company he just tears them down he doesn't use them so he doesn't know if they did innovate he is 25 percent accurate on what he says

Man, I almost felt guilty buying this device after this test! Then I remembered well you got it for about $200 after trading in my Galaxy S4 and switching carriers. I'm sure this will last long enough for me. The advertising didn't sell me, it was that I just needed a new phone.
If you got this phone for 200 you absolutely cannot complain lmao. Also to add on, this phone is absolutely worth the upgrade!!! This video was pretty biased but if you want to go more into detail I highly recommend searching up videos dedicated to breaking down how good the phone is, trust me its worth every dollar!! The biggest things I can tell you off the bat is the battery life and the future updates/how long it will last you!
Are you for real? Your current phone is the S4? Dang dude! True MVP. I currently have the s8+ and it's been 6 years. Does that mean you have had your phone for 10 years?
As others have said, are you really saying you were using a non-LTE phone and somehow got ANY trade in value for it? Also, you're likely not getting the phone for $200 (maybe $200 up front?), I'm sure if you read your contract you're paying a portion of your monthly bill for the device. In Canada, they are forced to delineate and show you exactly how much is for the service, and how much for the device, and can only do contracts of up to two years. Also, all phones must be sold SIM unlocked, these are somewhat new rules the CRTC put into place.
@Alfred Shawn S4 was a back up to my Note 8 but AT&T said they would take the S4 and give the same credit as the Note 8. I think you have me beat since the Note line came out after the regular S series. 😆

If ‘going green’ wasn’t lining their pocket most of these companies wouldn’t be doing it. But thanks to the good guys amongst us who actually go out of their way and investigate these companies’ claims, they are forced to do a little.
They don't do it anyway lmao, what, eco friendly paint and recycled glass? Please, that battery is a Li-ion battery which uses slave labor from foreign countries who are all the more willing to destroy their ecosystems. The production of these batteries pollutes the air 70% more than normal vehicles. Hell, just to extract one ton of Lithium consumes 500,000 gallons of water, this stuff literally creates toxic rain when reintroduced into the environment. It can even create radioactive uranium byproduct, not forgetting lime and magnesium contamination. That's not even mentioning the fact it destroys entire forests because the brine created kills tree roots, farms and entire forests have to be shut down and cleared away from these mines because the damage is too extensive, and it destroys fertile land. I've always been against companies who go *"green,"* it's a marketing scam. They don't care about the environment, they're the first to destroy it. Then what? The government punishes people like you and I, telling us we're using too much water or the vehicles we drive actively harm the environment. People are fools if they think the government, or these companies care about the environment. I'm not even an environmentalist, my views are considered right leaning. I keep telling people, if you want change get up and do it yourself. Stop putting your hopes and dreams in other people, because they will let you down; you got a problem with environment damage get into the sciences and come up with a solution.
The difference in tone between a non-sponsored video like this one and a sponsored video, like the Honor Fold teardown video, is quite amusing. It's especially funny that corporations that don't advertise on this channel are criticized for spending advertising dollars, while corporations who sponsor content are roundly praised. And I say all this as a big fan of this channel.
Honor did have a more impressive folding phone than Samsung's folding phones though. Having no gap when closed isn't much innovation, but it's more innovation than Samsung's done since they first launched folding phones. And then looking how they haven't done anything new with standard phones in forever... Yeah they deserve to get roasted for focusing on advertising instead of focusing on making a worthwhile new phone that people would actually want to buy. The entire phone market is so stagnant, Nothing was able to be the most innovative by putting some LEDs on the back. Come on phone companies. Either do something new, or stop putting out new phones every year.

Recycling consumer used glass is a lot harder then you think. Worked in a glass factory. Majority of glass is dyed for tent like brown or green glass bottles. You can only recycle glass to about 20-25% or it will have defects in the glass. Laminated glass can't be recycled either.
Still holding onto my Note10+ as well. I might upgrade to the Galaxy 23 Ultra, but most likely I'll save my money for Samsungs new QD-OLED this year TV.
I have an S21 Ultra and it works perfectly fine, I love it to bits. Other than the built in S-pen and the now upgraded main camera it is practically the same as the S23 Ultra. If my phone breaks I will definitely upgrade to an S23 ultra because it has a number of small features that I would love to have but until then I probably won't spend so much money on a phone that is barely any more capable than my 2 year old one.
I have a S21 ultra and the photo is not that good. Macro mode is working 1 in 10 times. If you crop a 100 megapixel photo you loose a lot of details. Nightmode sucks.
the S21 and S22 suck cause their chips were manufactured by Samsung instead of TSMC. S23 is a major upgrade in terms of power efficiency, overheating, and performance throttling because Qualcomm went back to TSMC after the S21 and S22's awful performance
Still rocking my S10e. Still working besides the battery life. Definitely need a new battery this year. Maybe a new phone at the end of the year or next year when they stop receiving security updates. Going to trade it in or leave it as a backup since I don't play with Custom Roms for years now. 99,99% of people don't need to upgrade more than every two years or so. Doesn't matter if you are made of money. Even most reviewers these days don't upgrade every year. It is very rare in this market that a single year upgrade brings enough changes to make you want to upgrade besides pure brainwashed consumerism to fill the void.
I have my s23 ultra 1tb ordered, it is good to see multiple color options on the Ultra being a thing. My S21 ultra only came in black and it sucked.. Ill get the teardown skin from D-brand, I had that on my s21 ultra too. Love the look.

I imagine after this year, phones will be so good people won't upgrade because they have made prices too steep.
I've upgraded from my note 8 to S23 Ultra, and yeah at that point you get to see all the camera upgrades and screen improvements. Even though I've upgraded I think that I could of used the note 8 at least 3 more years if I didn't want all of the other cameras. I cant wait for the tear down video. I'm still rocking a Note 9 that I was thinking about finally replacing, mainly for a better camera. I'd have to unlearn unlocking from the rear sensor though.
When you take into consideration the cost of a gaming pc vs a small handheld device that is fairly limited, I was really scratching my head where the pricing is coming from.
Phones have reached a point where innovation is extremely difficult and at this point its just about refining and optimizing the same thing every year to be the best it can be
Interested in seeing the teardown. You went hard on calling them out last year about recyclability of their phones. They are advertising it like crazy this year, hope they actually put some thought into it. Also the fingerprint sensor seems to feel much larger to me interested in seeing if that is real or just in my head. Cheers !
I upgraded from the 10 plus to this phone. Had it for 2 days now. Bought it for the camera alone and I’m not disappointed. The pix are much better, particularly in a dark setting. As someone who takes multiple pix daily for my art work, the camera is key and worth the investment. And for the record my 10 plus was pretty darn tough. That phone was dropped more times than it should have been. The front glass never broke though the corners of the back glass are cracked. I’m glad they got rid of the back glass. This is my fourth in the note line. They are the best phones going. Worth every penny. Well ok maybe they could be cheaper.
The s21 ultra was my first proper flagship experience from the practically free phone offered from some carriers, without trade-in. I really like it but see no need to upgrade especially sense I never use my phone to the fullest. And they downgraded the ram for some reason starting with the s22, property because people weren't using gaming labtopquantities of ram of their phone. I'll upgrade when I consider it to be worth it, witch won't be any time soon.
I used to upgrade every 2 years, but this will be my first upgrade since the Note 9. The battery life has gotten terrible, the software is getting buggy, but it still works, which is more than I can say for my previous phones after as much time.
Danke, for always providing us such nicely done videos! One short remark, according to the display. While having the same brightness and resolution, it's supposed to be more energy efficient. According to Samsung, a new type of organic material is used to reduce power consumption while improving brightness. Samsung Display does this by increasing the rate of electron transfer in the organic layers. According to official figures, the power consumption of the new panel is reduced by 13% to 16% to achieve the same brightness. Besides the new SOC, this probably contributes to the remarkably better battery life my wife experiences with her S23 Ultra.
He keeps them in a rack for later videos. After a durability video, there's always a teardown video later on, then durability awards at the end of the year, the decade, etc
No matter how much these companies use recycled parts and components and adopt green initiatives, they are still not enough to convince me that they removed chargers from boxes for the sake of their profits and not for the environment.

Same here but coming from S9+. We'll get use to it pretty quickly 🤞
@misku I upgraded to S22 ultra in 2023 from S2 2011 lol how's that!! 😆 I could have bought S23 but I love the colour of Burgundy
That's exactly what they're avoiding
You do know they intentionally make the phone last for short period right? Even if the phone works fine they release software updates to make them slow
Realistically they cannot do that because that's almost 'against' their business model.
The best they can do is provide a charger, case and a headphone jack.

If ‘going green’ wasn’t lining their pocket most of these companies wouldn’t be doing it. But thanks to the good guys amongst us who actually go out of their way and investigate these companies’ claims, they are forced to do a little.
Haha nice
The only problem is sometimes these companies “going green” actually just amounts to being really good at lying about it.
I don't think it is always a lie.. they would do a mixture of lies and reality or truth with things..
That's how they confuse people

@@elementredx3682 When is launch? Bought one in the store today. It has been out for at least one day here...maybe longer.
I upgraded to this S23 Ultra from a Note 3 after a decade. I hope it's worth it. 🥺
Still having an S8 plus, can't afford to upgrade, and seeing phones getting destroyed here just hurts, BTW, big fan
Love it bro! Amazing video like usual.....I finally bit the bullet this year and went ahead and upgraded from my note 9! First new phone in 6 years so I'm sure i'll be happy with it! I've been waiting for them to go back to flat glass on the flagship option because I HATE the curved screens, but I've used the Note since the Note 2 and refuse to go away from the SPen.....this year it the year I finally bit the bullet
I'm in the same boat...gutted they dont offer trade in on the note 9...
@@cater4anytink45 they do bro lol... Im trading mine in. It's $130 for cracked and like $190 for good condition.
Did you not change the battery in between?
@@dev77799 nah man.. Still gn on the same original battery. It's not too terrible either, but Im a below average user lol I don't have Facebook n shit so Im far from a heavy user. Plus my phone sits on thr charger on my work bench all day long while I work listening to my Spotify podcast.
@cater4anytink I traded in my S4's with AT&T. Mind you I switched carriers but they gave me $1000 off purchase price for the ultra. Could've gotten the basic S23 for free (with bill credits).
5:18 your mom got some mad rhymes
I always look forward to your durability tests and teardowns
Oh, I was expecting a drop test, some water resistence test, etc... but its good to know that a knive will... well, actually scratch and danify the screen and the metal parts, great job mate. Keep up with the amazing work.
Why would you expect something different than every other test Jerry does?
Your message of keeping your phone until it dies is truly inspiring.
5:30 Damn. Samsung S23 Ultra is the first mobile that didn't survive the burn test.
You mean did?
The iPhone 13 Pro Max from last year did but ok
"Didn't "???
Cant wait for s24 ultra durability
x2
i've upgraded s22 to s23 and even though it's basically the same phone, the SOC makes a world of difference. Coming from Exynos to SD makes a huge difference.
How do you feel about the selfie cam being downgraded from the 40mp in the 22?
@@sjetsakai7772 don't use it, don't care
@@qwer55555555 indeed haha i even go s20 ultra (snapdragon from Canada) from note 9 (exynos in Singapore) and that alone is the huge difference hahahaha
@@sjetsakai7772 it's an upgrade, that 40 mp camera had colour nd focus issues, this new 12 mb has a lot better contrast nd night mode, focus issues have been fixed too.
@Manu Saraswat even tho Samsung tries to have more quantity with quality, they still nail quality with much less quantity, get what I'm saying?
I Have a Note 20 Ultra 5G and just bought the S23 Ultra. But I am trading in my phone and with that and the other discount, it was $830 off the price. So Im paying less than $500 for the S23 Ultra. Very worth the upgrade in my opinion. Especially now that I became a Semi Truck Driver, I use my phone for GPS and the screen has alot of burn in from having the GPS open many hours a day.
yeah with att you get 1000 off the ultra with any trade in worth more than 35 dollara
Hi there just been waiting for this beast to be tested 😳 💕
Moral of the story the s23 ultra passed my durability test👌
Recycling consumer used glass is a lot harder then you think. Worked in a glass factory. Majority of glass is dyed for tent like brown or green glass bottles. You can only recycle glass to about 20-25% or it will have defects in the glass. Laminated glass can't be recycled either.
Still holding onto my Note10+ as well. I might upgrade to the Galaxy 23 Ultra, but most likely I'll save my money for Samsungs new QD-OLED this year TV.
2:16 time on watch says it all😂
I have an S21 Ultra and it works perfectly fine, I love it to bits.
S21 Ultra still the best phone after 2 years..👌
I have a S21 ultra and the photo is not that good.
Nah bugging it's definitely an update
I switched from s21 ultra to 23 ultra there is a big difference in terms of video shooting and battery life and the display is better.
It's like watching Dexter calmly narrating as he proceeds to murder his target😂
Still rocking my S10e. Still working besides the battery life. Definitely need a new battery this year. Maybe a new phone at the end of the year or next year when they stop receiving security updates. Going to trade it in or leave it as a backup since I don't play with Custom Roms for years now.
99,99% of people don't need to upgrade more than every two years or so. Doesn't matter if you are made of money. Even most reviewers these days don't upgrade every year.
It is very rare in this market that a single year upgrade brings enough changes to make you want to upgrade besides pure brainwashed consumerism to fill the void.
Thanks for watching 💙☝️
Tele_gram me I have a surprise packages🎁for you
5:56 I have youtube premium 🗿🗿.
I have my s23 ultra 1tb ordered, it is good to see multiple color options on the Ultra being a thing. My S21 ultra only came in black and it sucked.. Ill get the teardown skin from D-brand, I had that on my s21 ultra too. Love the look.
I will buy your last phone
what you have done with that S pen Will haunt me for the rest of my days
This was painful to watch when mine hasn't even arrived yet 😱
S23 ultra will be first upgrade in nearly 5 years so plenty of new stuff for me i hope.
What phone did you had?
@@LazerB. currently have Note 9, still difficult to beat (outside cameras) but looking forward to a new phone
@@MarlonKingShow I'm here with a Samsung S8+ I will try to wait to the S24
@@LazerB. ha, good going. Guess you have to ask yourself what you are looking to upgrade. Outside of cameras, my note 9 is still fast enough to do everything rapid, still get a day battery also. Only downsides is screen is starting to creak a little, could do with a dash faster charge. But thats it really.
I was comparing the S23 Ultra with a cannon M50 for what you get at the kinda same price and the phone made more sense
This phone doesn't release for 2 more days. How'd you get it?

I cant wait for the tear down video. I'm still rocking a Note 9 that I was thinking about finally replacing, mainly for a better camera. I'd have to unlearn unlocking from the rear sensor though.

When you take into consideration the cost of a gaming pc vs a small handheld device that is fairly limited, I was really scratching my head where the pricing is coming from.
Phones have reached a point where innovation is extremely difficult and at this point its just about refining and optimizing the same thing every year to be the best it can be
We haven't seen the refined underdisplay camera yet
@@slimshady7625 bro, under display cameras are available in fold phones go check it out-

Interested in seeing the teardown. You went hard on calling them out last year about recyclability of their phones. They are advertising it like crazy this year, hope they actually put some thought into it. Also the fingerprint sensor seems to feel much larger to me interested in seeing if that is real or just in my head. Cheers !
Jerry is too quick in rigging smartphones....
What you mean?
*Zack
If companies are using recycled materials in their products then they shouldn't cost diamonds 😂😂
They didn't get rid of any back glass, they just changed it from glossy to matte is all.
The backs are still glass 100%
The s21 ultra was my first proper flagship experience from the practically free phone offered from some carriers, without trade-in. I really like it but see no need to upgrade especially sense I never use my phone to the fullest. And they downgraded the ram for some reason starting with the s22, property because people weren't using gaming labtopquantities of ram of their phone. I'll upgrade when I consider it to be worth it, witch won't be any time soon.
Not much of an upgrade tbh, u r right.
I used to upgrade every 2 years, but this will be my first upgrade since the Note 9. The battery life has gotten terrible, the software is getting buggy, but it still works, which is more than I can say for my previous phones after as much time.
I'm coming from note 8 myself. Excited to getting this phone.
I use to but I really like my note 20.
upgrading this year as well, my note 9 has served me well but it is overdue for an upgrade I think
Not gonna lie i could tell a huge difference between the 2 selfies even tho u said we cant lol
Isn't the bend test kind of unfair because Zack gets stronger every year ? 🤔
6:18 where in earth is this phone gonna be half price in 1 year ?
It's normal at least in my country

Jerry should low key do durability tests on smartwatches 🤣
He did, atleast on the Apple and Galaxy watches
Just got this phone on Amazon black friday for $899 for the 256gb version. Definitely worth it for me at that price. I'll use the phone for 5+ years.
Bro you can't say that it makes Samsung seem like they innovate
@Peachy Milk Haha, I didn't use the word "innovate". But at least they improved it.
Speaking of Recycling, what does Zach do with the phones he does the durability tests with?
Am Also curious about this
He keeps them in a rack for later videos. After a durability video, there's always a teardown video later on, then durability awards at the end of the year, the decade, etc
yeah, damaging a phone on purpose is SO ecologic...
