Where are the forgings stamped, machined and polished? A lot of talk about how they are built, but basically this is final assembly, mostly of non-oem parts. Not a whole lot of secrecy in assembly.
Any truth to a rumor that PXGs forgings are done FOR them by PING, and then delivered to them for this assembly? Interesting that they are HQ'd in Scottsdale, as are PING.
For 400 per club I'd expect a taper or parallel bore depending on shaft, not a freaking shim that takes up the extra space because pxg wants to save some money by only stocking parallel bores. Wtf?
Interesting, no spine aligning or flat line oscillation FLO. I’m learning about club building some say you should spine and FLO some say it makes no difference. All videos I’ve seen of factory builds don’t bother.
I own the 0311 GEN1. 3-P irons 50,56,60 0311 wedges. Best clubs I have ever played, the feel is awesome!
How is the distance ?....is it on par with a G700 ..or i500 hollow head ?
How are they made though? This is how they were assembled. I have a PXG driver. I'd like to see how the irons are actually made.
See exactly how they glue their heads to a shaft
