Totally agree. I hate all the opinions they spout for 10 mins at the beginning! I just want to see the recipes to get ideas.
I love that in one day you reuse several ingredients. It frustrates me when I watch " what I eat in a day" and they don't have ONE overlapping ingredient for any of the meals. I live in a city with limited storage and fridge space so the idea of having 100 ingredients (and keeping them fresh long enough) just doesn't vibe with my lifestyle. The reuse of onions, tomatoes, lettuce eggs etc is really nice.

Those tacos made out of romaine lettuce were fantastic, I made them exactly the way you did right down to having both grilled and raw onions, which is also something I've never thought of doing. They were so good and I didn't miss the tortilla at all.

I recently found your videos and you are great. You’re the only keto UA-camr who doesn’t count carbs and I love that. Most videos I watch they eat 20 grams or less of total carbs. Thank you for doing this♥️
Most people who eat keto or just lower carb don't eat 3 meals a day. I am never hungry enough to eat more than 1 or 2 meals and NEVER eat between meals. Your dinner is a lot like my "taco" salad or wraps (without the tacos or tortillas). My favorite.
I’m the same way. I can only eat usually once. I gotta do better at eating earlier

There are days I eat 3 times a day some days 2 times. I’m learning there is no one way, I’m not failing. I think we stress ourselves out thinking differently. We need to listen to our bodies, if we are hungry… eat
This definitely depends on the person! At the end of the day, I love sharing recipes with you guys but use them how you wish! ❤️ please just make sure you’re getting enough nutrients!

Sometimes I use egglife wraps as a tortilla and those are good and cut them in strips and quick fry as noodles. Yum👍

I'm so excited to start my my low carb keto diet I went and bought the swerve I bought Splenda I bought everything to start doing the right thing I haven't bought keto bread and I bought lots of eggs I bought cream cheese I just bought everything so I'm going to officially start tomorrow but I love watching you because you make things sound so easy and it's I think I can handle this I think I'm going to really try to do this so and you're so beautiful and young and you you look great keep it up

Most mornings I drink some type of bone broth ( chicken bones or fish bones), ACV and water, tea or coffee , guava leaf tea and lots of water until lunch time. Lunch is some form of vegetable grown above the ground, either steamed, braised or grilled with fresh garlic and olive oil. Dinner is really my breakfast swap. A selection from Eggs, bacon, tomato, avocado , lettuce and cucumbers and a must add in for bulk is a flaxseed meal biscuit. My snack is a selection from steamed broccoli stalk, zucchini sticks, cucumber boats, celery sticks or apple sticks with a nut butter spread. However I love your combinations. So far it is working great for me . If I feel for a change of snack my freezer has most of your Keto desserts. 💝👏🏼💕❤️🌺✅

It coulda been real long ago if you simply looked deeper into it. Its a biochemistry term describing fat metabolism to get energy "Ketogenesis". The foods people eat to get their metabolism to ketogenesis instead of glucogenesis
i did keto and low carb and it just didnt work for me. i did lose some weight but it always make me feel horrible during the day, i switched to agoge and i think thats the best discovery i have in life
Idk what agoge is but I had an appointment with a registered dietitian yesterday and she definitely feels limiting carbs is unnecessary because they help you feel satiated and it restricts too many healthy foods. I was glad to hear her say that because I love eating carbs and feel like moderation, mindful eating, caloric restriction is all you need for success.
Try look up Code Red Lifestyle. It’s similar to keto but on a no carb no sugar diet. And you eat to lose weight. Christy is her name and she’ll tell you three things you need to do. Eat, sleep drink water. You’ll be surprised.😁
Maybe you weren't getting enough electrolytes? Sodium needs to be increased. Potassium. Magnesium and even calcium all important

Do we have to take a lot of vitamins and supplements on low carb diet?
I quit trying with keto... been trying for 6 years... i eat in a 2 hr window daily... whatever i want. It feels like freedom... I eat anything I want. I share it on my channel. I do try to eat a low inflammatory, nutrition dense WAPF style diet most days, but I don't have to. Fasting is healing AND burns fat. I love it. I think you should try OMAD. 22/2. It's awesome, I eat a large meal and whatever my body tells me to. I have dessert everyday!

U get energy from healthy fats rather than from carbs. I am on a low carb diet and I lift weights and do cardio but since I eat fair share of healthy fats like butter or cheese, they supply me energy, and I lost 20kgs.
If you get into ketosis you’ll have tons of energy!!!!!

The burner is a bit too strong and I don't know what the smoke point of avocado oil is, but it's probably high?.
My innovation is that the fried ingredients in the pan should be treated with water mist from the atomizer, just like when using perfume. Depending on the condition of the vegetables, this can be repeated several times. Vegetables don't burn like that, oil doesn't smoke, everything gets juicier and softer.

I mean no offense, I am so very intrigued with your style and how and what you cook! It looks fantastic!! Right up to the point that everything is avocado based! (it seems) But I wonder if these things could be done with a different base? (whether oil or in smoothies) I am highly allergic (to avocados and bananas; dairy free) lol But am trying to lose weight and wanted to try out the low carb/keto route!! Quite a few of my friends follow and suggested you. I can see possibilities but I would not want to alter the composition or nutritional impact. Thank you! Can I substitute the cucumber for zucchini?
I’ve tried keto so many times and always fail. I think the reason is that I find myself hungry all the time. I have meals planned out, but without some kind of carb, it seems it is a very low calorie day of eating. Not sure how to correct that
Hi Ashley, I found that Dr. Fuhrman's nutritarian GOMBS diet- greens, onions, mushrooms, beans, berries, seeds- worked better for me than low carb alone. I did it mostly low carb and with meat, and felt really satisfied and full on it, and lost weight easily.
This is when you are not doing the intermittent fasting right? I saw the video where you would have a cup of broth and then after a little bit you would eat a cucumber. So this is on a regular day right?

I wish I could use Seed but I don’t swallow pills. I contacted Seed and they said that the capsules could not be chewed, and they also did not recommend a double-dose of their children’s product which is not a capsule.
