Yes! IF makes intentional eating so much easier. I found an IF/calorie counter app, and it's a game changer. I absolutely love it. In 3 weeks I lost 19lbs, but the best part is that my inflammation is already almost completely gone. I'm eating much healthier, and sleeping proper hours, as in I go to bed earlier. I still get 7hrs but going to bed earlier makes a huge difference.
I typically have 3 eggs and 1 piece of Ezekiel bread for breakfast. Maybe a couple pieces of turkey bacon or turkey sausage. Sometimes I mix it up and have a veggie cheese omelet. I drink plain water 95% of the time. I will have an alcoholic beverage for girls' night or date night or a latte a couple times a month. My biggest cravings are usually Asian and Mexican. I know how to make them lower carb but I still want the real deal sushi, enchiladas, nachos, etc. I am down 55 lbs with lower cholesterol, great A1C, and lower fasting sugars!
As someone who works out fasted in the morning, I have my carbs post workout-like a slice or two of sprouted grain bread or sweet potatoes with eggs and lots of veggies and then taper my carbs off for the rest of the day. Lost 200 pounds 5 years ago and have kept it off doing that. Gotta find what works and is sustainable for you!❤
It makes so much sense!!!!! I have a HUGE problem with sweets ESPECIALLY in the morning!! And so through out the day I’m hungry, nothing NOTHING satisfies my hunger . I go from sweet to salty and then salty to sweet!! It’s terrible!! It’s so so frustrating. But now with what you just said “NO CARBS in the morning ” it just makes so much sense!!!!
My #1 breakfast for weight loss is a sunny side up on a low carb toast with butter 5 cherry tomatoes and 6 olives with coffee with almond milk. It keeps me full and gives me energy 💪🥰

I sometimes have an apple in between.Or some grapes, but there are ways you just have to figure out what you enjoy eating.Everyone's different but that's a good tip and it's very healthy. Also if you need to cheat eat sourdough bread find it with 5 Ingredients sprouts has it. or make it. 120 calories for 2 small pieces a day. Sourdough uses fermentation, and it's utilized in the body differently. I lost 120 pounds myself 40 years ago. And as a nutritionist i've learned about food And nutrition which is also very important. I'm going to make your brownies today. They looked delicious.

My brunch is MCT protein A2 coffee latte with goat cheese and walnuts. And then I take 6 hrs time till my dinner time while sipping my electrolytes trough the day. And My dinner is grass fed protein drink and Greek plain whole fat yogurt high in protein, and small bowl of strawberries as desert. 😎 it’s such a perfect diet that actually works and almost not hungry.
Can you also share the daily meals on UA-cam? ((I don't use IG)) i guess I'm just old school lol but I'd very much benefit from those videos, even if they're short

Yes best satisfying meal! If you don't have bacon just do 3 eggs. Protein is key after fasting. I just got introduced to sardines...it's not my favorite but man it keeps me full ALL day!!!

Even as a kid, I never was much on cereal. I've been eating eggs for breakfast for years and surprisingly have never wanted anything but that. I make an egg white omelet with cheese, and I'm satisfied. If I want something sweet with it or after, I use keto bread and make toast with swerve brown sugar and cinnamon. Thanks Myra!

I didn't think yogurt was full of sugar. My regular breakfast is fage yogurt and blueberries 🫐. So this was So helpful. Trying bacon and eggs for breakfast in the morning 🌄. No wonder I don't lose weight.

She’s also sharing something (sponsored product) that people might benefit from but it isn’t necessary for the overall way of eating. Low carb eating definitely works to lower blood sugar, insulin, and weight gain. I like how she explains it and how the low carb concept relates to every day life.
You also lose weight with equal protein to carb with protein being more grams. Example protein 21 grams carb 17 grams You will lose weight but faster weight lose is mostly protein and veggies but you need to eat the right veggies and drink at least 4 18 oz bottles of water a day. Also intermittent fasting is awesome
I have plan coffee, fast till 11 or 12. Have 2 eggs and 2 bacon few berries water. So sick of eggs here..Then eat dinner at 6 meat veggy water. And exercise 4 times a week. I been doing this for months and now I’m gaining weight. Before COVID I was 20 lbs less…. So discouraged

I drink regular coffee and regular creamer. I don't have sugar. I really need to know what kind of coffee. It's a good coffee to drink and I'm a hot coffee drinker..
My problem is I really REALLY do not like to cook, it takes up so much time and in the morning? I really do not have the time, I tend to actually eat salads or if I do want a reg breakfast I found some low carb microwave breakfast that are only $2 so that works best for me...i tried fasting...couldn't stand it.

I just want to make a comment on LMNT, I ordered it and hated it because it is a salty drink. I wondered how anyone could even choke it down. I got a variety pack and tried every flavor ( poured some down the drain immediately). I kept on trying several times because I bought it. After trying so many times I got used to it and found my favorite flavors and now drink it everyday, I thought I should tell people in case they are like me. My personal favorites are orange salt, raspberry salt, mango chili is my favorite. Good luck and good drinking.
I can relate, if I have carbs for breakfast, that's all my body will crave the rest of the day, so I try to eat less carbs and more protein for breakfast. But you did do Keto for a long time and that's how you lost the weight. Now you're doing low carbs, right.

Myra, I don’t like plain water either, but I found if I add a couple slices of cucumber to my water it adds a very refreshing taste to it.

The bacon in NZ uses sugar. Most smoked or cured meat fish does. Is it the same in the states
