Hello. Id like to ask about tc electronic triple delay...is it normal that the mix knob is only heard when I turned it more than a quarter turn? Because from 0 to 1/4 turn...i cannot hear anything...its not taper response..
... I never wanted a TC Electronic pedal until I saw this triple delay and your video made me once again to change my mind ... wonderful, now I want one ! ...
Wow. Your comments at the ending. This is the first time i've seen you actually LIKE this pedal and be impressed. I know it takes a little while to get used to the pedal, but this is one of those things where once you "get it", you REALLY "get it"
Very great great sound!! Like it so much and because of this video I bought a triple delay pedal! 😂 Not so easy to get the perfect sound at the beginning but it's a great pedal!
Sorry for sudden e-mail. I am Hiro. I live in Japan. I am always watching. Thak you. It sounds really nice sound. Please let me ask a question about this recording. * May I ask a question: 1. Are you using a DI unit? or, direct rec? 2. What is the model of the DI unit? 1. Are you using a Mic Preamp? or, direct rec? 2. What is the model of the Mic Preamp? 3. What is the DAW you are recording? Is Protools? Guiter -> TC Electronic Triple Delay -> 1974 Marshall -> DI Unit ??? or Mic -> Mic Pre -> DAW (Protools???) Thank you.
What would make the 3 simultaneous delays more useful is if they would have put separate level, or volume controls for each, that way you could decipher between them !
Great Demo Once Again. Loved the Stereo Ping-Pong. Now, The Big Question is ? Does It Have " GLOBAL TAP TEMPO " - so you can Actually Use-It - in a Live Performance. It seems like it does, based upon what you said. I really hope-so. Finally one of these companies addressed what has been missing, from All the High-end delay pedals. Strymon rectified this with the Timeline update. - Michael Caz - NYC -
to give you a more useful answer: you can press and hold the buttons to save a patch, so essentially you can have 3 saved to the board at any one time, plus tap tempo, so for gigs that's pretty cool
I love this pedal so much! I can't decide whether I should pick this up, or go with the Flashback x4. I've read about this pedal's tap feature only being effective when all 3 delays are activated. Is this still the case or can we now set the tap tempo with a single delay being active? I don't care much for a looper so if the tap tempo issue has been resolved I'm definitely going for the Triple Delay.
Hi @shnobel Wow, all your videos are great, man. Just a quick question: In terms of sound quality, would you consider this pedal superior to the Boss DD-500? Thanks in advance
can you tell me how it measures up to a boss DD500 or a timeline in terms of sound quality. I i'm considering one of them and de triple seems to be the easiest to use but i do not want to lose sound quality over it, thanks in advance!
Awesome stuff man. That was a beautiful chord progression you were playing and the delay sounded supremely expansive. Just epic. I own the Alter Ego x4 which I absolutely love but this demo has given me some impetus to possibly add this one to my setup as well. Just out of curiosity, if you had to pick just one, which would you prefer?
Question: Can it have a global tap tempo across all three delay engines? If so, please let me know how to. I'm looking for this answer before I buy this. Thank you
This might be a dumb question but when you used more the one delay does it give the same effect as 2 delay being stacked. Also can you use a tape delay for 1 delay and reverse delay at the same time
You can use three delays at the same time, whatever you like, you can stack 3 reverse delays, 3 tape delays, 3 analog delays, mix one tape, one analog, one digital it's super versatile pedal i love mine. Oh and using the Toneprint editor you can create your own sounds beam them onto the 4 free Toneprint slots on the pedal and stack them in series or parallel. It's an amazing pedal.
@@knowhistory6 it's different than the Flashback 2 X4. The 2 X4 has MASH switches, the Triple does not. The Triple can activate up to 3 delays in series (stacked into each other) or parallel (think side by side at the same time), the 2 X4 can so loops. There are tradeoffs to both.
Since u have played both, this and the dd500, which one would u buy? Both are at the same price point but u heard them live so u would know which one sounds better
Love my triple delay, sounds so warm, smooth and lush. You can hear it in a track I made Listen to It's Time by Savana Violenta on #SoundCloud soundcloud.com/savanaviolenta/vteq
This guy is my go to guy, when it comes to delay pedal demos!! Absolute pleasure to watch!!
Love this demo so much!!

@@turbo_wrath all tc electronic pedals are designed that way. Don't worry.

I can't stop listening to this video... The sound you get from this pedal is just crazy!!!
Wow, I have watched a lot of your videos. This has to be some the most beautiful delay sounds I have heard in a demo. Thanks!
You make the best demos on UA-cam! I love watching your videos! :D
Thank you!
shnobel You're welcome! :)
One of the only times Roman just keeps playing and not fiddling with the knows, that's how you know he likes it! :)
That sound you had going at the end...WOW!

Great demo - 5:30 to 6:40 was astounding!
Saw your video on the Vapor Trail delay as well. Both seem nice but these one not only seems more flexible but also offers wider spacious sound.
beautiful pedal and tone! own it and it is awesome and sounds like heaven
usefull pedal...with this we can create an infinity of sounds!!thanks TC!!super review my friend!!
Um sonho produzir essa mistura de sons. Timbre agradável. Amei este pedal.

pretty sure you can edit these parameters for each delay/tweak the knobs for each one independently.
You can do that! The switch ‘delay 1/delay 2/ deay 3’ allows you to change the setting of every single delay!

Thanks, yes the tap taps all 3 delays at once
+shnobel Appreciate the prompt reply & confirmed information.
LOVE this pedal but after spending sacred time to tweak and contour there should be banks to store patches...Dontcha think?
It's a heaven delay pedal.

great demo.. by the way, you look a lot like Jeremy Renner.
Should just call it U2 in a box!
I can hear some Porcupine Tree - Metanoia vibes at the beginning.
what are your settings from about 4:00 to 7:00?? This is an amazing sound my friend!
Thank you for the video!
U2 the edge style delay, very good pedal...

I'm deffinetley getting this
Flynn Hanbury Tenison thats an amazing delay pedal I have it ,pairwd with TC T2 reverb amazing tones.
Deciding between this and the Strymon DIG.
Cue Zephyr both

You can still do tone prints and use it as a single delay or layer delay, i would probably have the triple delay if i was to choose one
First I got the Flashback Triple Delay ,then I got the Alter Ego X4 best of both worlds
thank you!
Which would you prefer? The Nova delay, Triple Delay, Flashback X4 or the Alter Ego?
Great video btw
The triple delay and alter ego x4 both

padmarley yeah you can, but you need a midi switch. Disaster area has a midi tap tempo pedal.

Here's a track I recorded using Flashback Triple Delay soundcloud.com/savanaviolenta/dreamer
Hi what PU do you use on board?
Flashback Triple Delay or x4?
Esdras Santos Empress Echo system !
Esdras Santos Triple delay any day
Esdras Santos Definitely the triple delay, it's way more versatile and you can do more with it.
Este pedal tem função loop ??
banks?

+T.I.N thnks, i bought the dd500 i didnt like it so i got the triple delay instead n i dont regret it !
Any reasons why?
Is it just me or delay compact pedals are getting bigger? I wonder if those racks of effects will become fashioable again...
No looper?
+TheJofrica - The looper has been replaced with 11 different subdivisions and the option of running the three delays in series or parallel :)
TC Electronic Thanks for the info!

Tem função loop
+Pâmela Tayne Freitas The manual says no, it doesn't have one
Talvez no próximo lançamento deve conter a função. Eu gosto demais desses timbres e suas regulações. É prazeroso produzir esses sons.
+Pâmela Tayne Freitas O Flashback X4 possui a função loop e as mesmas opções de delay, mas nao possui três delays numa pedal so como o Triple Delay.
Obrigada Diogo!
Hehehehe.... 6:23 = fart
