Dr pal can you please talk about the red light devices and infrared therapy ? Are the claims legitimate ?
I love the humourous way you explain things. I am a working woman trying hard to reduce my weight. I wake up between 4.30 to 5 and go to bed between 10.30 to 11.30, having no time for any exercise. I am an active person. I use mobile purely for official and scarcely for personal purpose for a short duration. After coming home from office by 7.30 or 8 I won't use my mobile. But before bed, I will check for any important msgs from my selected contacts, for a max of 15 min. And set my alarm in my mobile. Is this wrong? After a gap of 2 or more hours, I use mobile for 15 min just before bed time. Shd this be avoided. Pl advise. Tq.
