Thank-you for sharing this conversation. I am always deeply moved by hearing Zach speak on what he is learning and the search he is on. There was SO MUCH in this conversation that is new or a least from a fresh perspective. But...
What I learned new today is that, after two marriages and two breakups, I had concluded I am not very good at marriage, BUT after this conversation today, maybe its that marriage is not very good for ME. What I am seeing in our current time is traditional marriage, as it is used today, is a trap if you are seeking growth. I am not a thing that can be used, owned or claimed.
I still believe that long-term, loving relationships with a level of commitment are very valuable and healthy. BUT in my newest relationship I am fully aware of my freedom to be me and I feel no need to train, change or alter the one I love. We know that the other can leave at any time and it brings the friendship, honesty and openness to a whole new level. Thanks. Jay and Zach.

Star gazing. As a child in the 80s growing up in Africa, very few houses had electricity. My grandfather had a fishpond which had been drained as he went out of business, and replaced a large portion of this pond with Arabic coffee. What was left of it became the neighbourhood playground. At sunset, a fire will be lit and everyone will gather around it, young and old alike. We will sit around the fire, roasting corn, insects and peanuts as we listen to stories from the elders. We were taught traditional dances and songs as we sat beneath the star-filled clear skies. This built a strong sense of community and fostered a sense of belonging. Today, houses have replaced the playground and coffee farm, and kids are glued to their phones. We have lost that true sense of community to a virtual one lacking in authenticity.

I was taking 11 meds and 5 were just to eat! I divorced and began a journey to health. After 10 years I am med free and healthy. I am active and dancing every weekend. I fell in love with a like minded man and he taught me plant based whole food ,non Gmo ,organic eating. We support each other emotionally and spend time in nature. I am a living witness to the healing energies of this earth.

    • @dianadee4300
      @dianadee4300 Рік тому +14

That is wonderful! Going from that many meds to None. How much of an impact do u think that dancing has on your overall health? (Funny story - I was doing that, dancing to get fit, in January. I committed to 3x a day, turning on some music and dancing for 10 minutes. I was following thru! Then I backed up too far, lost my balance over the coffee table, and landed on the floor with a crash of pain. Broke the femur right up in the hip, had a pin and screw put in, and am still rehabbing.)

Plant based diets can be very healing and nurturing but with a few rare exceptions they're not sustainable. It's NOT unethical or immoral and DEFINITELY NOT unhealthy (totally the opposite) to consume ethically and humanely sources animals. Life requires life. Just ask animals in the wild. Of course we've "evolved" to a higher level of consciousness than they have so we can and should procure our required animal protein in a less inhumane and vicious manner. That's why with very rare exceptions, I don't consume factory farmed animals and always give thanks for the sacrifice of life that the animal I'm consuming has made. Maybe someday out biology will evolve out of the need to consume animals in order to achieve optimal health but I think we're more likely to merge with AI and who knows what kind of nutrition that will require or maybe we'll learn to exist on light, water and essential gases alone. Who knows? This is all just my opinion of course. If you can thrive or even get by relatively well on a plant based diet then more power to you. I just think that people on both sides of the debate should communicate and find common ground rather than tear each other down and that goes for people on all sides of ALL debates.

I love listening to Dr. Zach. It feels like listening to an audio book. I wrote down 10 chapters in his "Anatomy of a Soul". I keep a notebook of great thinkers/podcasts. (1) Water can be "Liquid Crystal- Crystallized" by adding salt, Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon, honey, ginger (2) Electrolyte water (3) Alkaline body/eat veggies with chlorophyl (4) Light from Sun (5) Oxygen/walk in Woods (6) Silence/connect with God (7) Breathe slow. Breathe deep (8) Slow down lifestyle (9) See beauty in diversity of people (10) Embrace change/eliminate "box" of old traditions.

I'm offended this guy has an MD. AI agrees:
~~It is crucial to evaluate his claims through the lens of scientific consensus. Many of his ideas, such as the role of soil health and the benefits of holistic practices, are valuable. However, many of his claims are contrary to the overwhelming majority of scientific literature and understanding:
---[X] Water and Hydration The claim that the body is filled with crystalline structured water is not supported by the overwhelming majority of scientific literature. The body is mostly composed of water in a liquid state. Proper hydration involves maintaining this balance with the appropriate intake of fluids, electrolytes, and nutrients.
---[X] Explosion of Chronic Diseases. Dr. Bush notes the rise of chronic diseases like attention deficit disorder, gluten sensitivity, Lyme disease, and others. The increase in chronic diseases is well-documented, but attributing it solely to environmental factors is an oversimplification. It's a complex interplay of genetics, lifestyle, environmental factors, and medical advancements that allow for better diagnosis.
---[X] Impact of Glyphosate and Chemical Farming Glyphosate is controversial. Some studies suggest potential health risks, but regulatory bodies like the EPA and EFSA consider it safe when used properly. Dr. Bush's strong stance against glyphosate may not reflect the full scientific consensus, which acknowledges both its agricultural benefits and potential risks.
      -thank you Thunderf00t and AI

"Very soon, If not through religion, then through science, humanity will know that all is One," the Sufi Master Hazrat Inayat Khan, 1926. With that knowledge will come the responsibility for our power as the crown of creation, an undivided portion of the whole. Rest a moment in the still point at the end of the in-breath and after connecting with all that is, breathe out into manifestation that realization. The complete breath cycle is only complete when we ground spirit into manifestation. A brilliant take on our physiological intertwinement with all.

  • @nunya5270

I cant even put into words how profound this entire discussion has been. I feel it inside me that this is a real and true message to all of us, to reconnect to our core physiology, & regenerate our biological systems,& at the same time, reconnect to our core, authentic soul; our energetic essence. If we can help ourselves and each other connect back to our most natural existence, we will reach prosperity as a species, and we can arrive at our peak point of existence, in which we are primed to elevate and mutate into our new formation for the next stage of life as a species that exists and thrives as one part of a greater whole, in the Universe.

Mindblowing! All of these constituents feel disparate in our modern lives, but listening to Zach felt like I was 'remembering ' the truth of who I am, who we are and what we need. Realising how far away from that we have been led over generations, in many ways by the ignorance of those 'leading' us, but so often by the greed of those we entrust with the welfare of ourselves, our communities and our planet. But that is the crux - we have delegated so much of our personal responsibility for those things and have to take that responsibility back and replenish our world.

That's a significant achievement, and you should be proud of yourself for making a positive change for your health. It's not uncommon for some individuals to experience weight gain or changes in eating habits after quitting smoking.
Remember that adopting a healthy diet is crucial for your overall well-being. Unhealthy eating habits can indeed have negative consequences on your long-term health, just like smoking. It's essential to find a balanced approach to nutrition, including incorporating plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and staying hydrated.
Don't be too hard on yourself, as forming new habits takes time. Gradually reintroduce healthy eating choices and find enjoyable ways to stay active to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You've already taken one significant step by quitting smoking, and with dedication, you can regain your connection to healthy eating and continue to improve your well-being. Keep up the positive momentum!

Ancient wisdom and being connected not only to nature but also to fellow beings ,is the answer to modern day DIS- ease . Wow ,when the student is ready ,the Master appears

Zach you speak poetry in your practical descriptions of life because of your spiritual view. Not since the Native Americans, pleading the white man not to destroy the earth, have I heard such language that resonates in my soul. " "These small carbon snowflakes"...this is the connection we are all longing for and your vibration is what gives me hope we will move to a new reality. Thank you for your authenticity, and connection to spirit.

Just wow! I have been totally blown away by this interview. I think it has to be the best interview I have heard, due to the profound message being delivered here! Thank you for sharing this amazing knowledge- and not trying to keep it confine Dr Zach to keep his answers brief, but really giving space for his streams of consciousness to flow. There was so much covered in this interview, I can’t wait to listen back and really absorb each area more fully.
As a medical professional myself, I came to the same realisations about the medical system. That the focus was managing the symptoms of illness and dis-ease rather than finding the root cause. The heavy reliance of pharmaceuticals and following an educational pathway that is so limited and not looking at the patient as a whole. When I became ill myself with Fibromyalgia, this system couldn’t help me and thankfully I followed my inner guidance to research and explore what the root cause of that condition was for me. And I overcame it, despite doctors telling me to stop chasing miracle cures and accept how my life was now. And that i would deteriorate over time. I had over 10 years pain and symptom free until recently it flared up again when I developed endometriosis. Which I have been really challenged with. I am a really fit and healthy person and do a lot for my health and well-being. But realise watching this where the root of this may be. The fear that he spoke about- tht keeps our body in the fight/flight mode and therefore disconnects us from our true self. I resonate a lot with this. The endometriosis developed when I returned to work for the NHS through the pandemic. Working in critical surgery for a year, which was extremely stressful through that time. What he said about the empathy with fear makes total sense.
Along with being disconnected from nature. Part of my healing from fibromyalgia I realise was from living in nature for a year in Guatemala. I am struggling to live in Central London now and know it’s this disconnection. Along with the food being sprayed with toxic chemicals. I really feel like that’s what’s affecting my recovery. I eat a mostly plant-based diet, which frustrates me as to why I’m being challenged with my health so badly. Now I wonder how much of this is loaded with these toxic chemicals! I’ve been having a strong calling to move out of the city and now this has really inspired me to do it sooner.
I’ve created a community on FB for women with health issues and challenges who want to learn how to help their body heal. Who want to live a full live, without feeling held back by their health. We’re going to be discussing what Dr Zach covers in this interview and creating ways to implement these teachings into our lives. If this resonates- come and join us @Sisters Thrive ♥️

There is so much love because everything you ever doubted or were scared of is alchemized into love and abundance. Yet there is so much truth and so much mystery at the same time in his words.

Most people in the community where I grew up as a child maintained gardens in their backyards; my grandparents ate dandelion greens and watercress, and Sundays were devoted to relaxation, sitting on a blanket on the Earth. A friend who is a Naturopath said dandelions follow people and she was appalled that they are sprayed. She said we have all that we need in Nature to heal. Dr. Zach is taking us back to what we already know how to do. Thank you for the reminders!

I gave up nursing as well, and not so much because of burn out but because I knew there was a better way to heal people, and so many ways to do it without hurting them in the process.
I have volunteered my nursing before, when I could do it without violating my ethics, and when I could teach people how to mitigate the damage of the conventional treatments they would probably be choosing based on the testing services that we did.
When the services changed and I could no longer feel like I was able to protect my clients I left.
In the pandemic I was a pro bono public health educator, L O L, teaching people are pretty much everything that was being done and pushed on to others was wrong, and Teaching others about the solid research versus the garbage research used to justify the medical tyranny that we saw. Practical tips on prevention and on self-care if confronted with respiratory disease symptoms… end goal of getting better without having to go to a hospital. I tried to go out every day (Very pointedly without a face diaper) and find people who would listen, and of course there’s always the comment section of UA-cam. Like that.😂
It makes me happy to hear how others in my profession, and other doctors, talk about how to help people stay healthy, and to recover from “incurable“ diseases with common sense logical lifestyle and nutrition choices. The food, water and air are so screwed up now, that it is hard to find an intact Microbiome out there. Add non-native EMF and an indoor lifestyle, sunscreen and sunglasses, and we are so messed up.
The people who make zillions of dollars by keeping us sick are no joke, they wield incredible power, and they are not going to back down willingly. As we reclaim our health, we need to be mindful that there is a huge enemy to slay. This really is about depopulation as a profit model. It is unimaginably evil, almost. If you listen long enough, the words of the most powerful people do betray them. And I don’t even think those powerful people are the ones wielding the most control.

❤ Yes !! This is so very important for many. The Enteric Nervous System is EVERYTHING. I learned this the hard way... I've been studying this for a year now and it makes so much sense. God bless all the Doctors finally studying this, so many advancements in this area. It's not treating Symptoms, it's about and the root of the problem to be addressed. what is the cause. I learned this years ago and continue learning from this day forward. Great interview and information. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Even though I got tangled up in this via a emergency surgery and I hope and pray EVERYONE hears this. What Doctors learned many years ago, doesn't hold true today anymore. I believe that it should be standard for all Doctors and all health care " professionals" to continue education every 6 months. Thank God I have been studying and understand this all too well. Appreciate this so very much. Our brains in our skull is without question is directly connected to our ENS. Fascinating information. Thank you again. REAL FOOD IS GOOD MEDICINE. DON'T WONDER ABOUT IT. Learn about it please. Our soil is beyond important. Our planet earth knows much. 🙂❤️✌️
