I’m 62.5. I consider myself to be an elegant elder and take authentic pride in being a vital and healthy example of what it means to be my age. I can leg press the stack (400 lbs). That is over 3x my weight. I also challenge myself and lift heavy in the gym…heavy for me. I challenge my body with every workout. I also do many other sports that keep my body fit and vital. I’m preparing to take an active adventure vacation in 2 weeks. I am also an author, singer/songwriter, actor, director and motivational speaker and BEGAN this creative adventure after the AGE OF 50. It is an honour and a privilege to stand as an example for younger generations. It is a matter of mindset. Begin as early as possible. Begin today.

Deep insight... love myself enough to be healthy... great motivation to rethink what kind of food I eat... am I treating my body like a treasure I can't stand to lose? I may have no control over how many years I will live on this earth, but I want to die with the satisfaction that I did everything in my control. Thank you for the podcast.

I love the excitement, the passion that you have for taking care of our bodies in the absolute BEST ways NATURALLY ❤ thank you for your continual great science/explanations, I’ve instinctively eaten and followed this lifestyle instinctively, but now paying even closer attention!
I’m a fitness instructor nearly 40 years and 10 yrs yoga instructor I also have a tremendous energy in wanting to learn even more in depth as it seems new info is never enough I absolutely agree with you. It can be difficult to find like-minded people that share the same excitement and I don’t understand how they don’t seem to care, yet their energy can go into complaints of illnesses
I look forward to your videos,.. as they are very welcoming inspirational with touch of good humour 😊 thank you for all your work. 🙏🏼🧡❤️

Love and Kindness can also make you sick in my experience the brain and body is so strong/powerful is insane this is coming from someone who has irritated bowel movement /Gut problem, R.A,Tyroid (imbalance hormones), mental health problems. I was a healthy person before my pregnancy and now i have all this issues 🤔. Doctors don't know where this comes from giving me a bunch of medication that I have to take for the rest of my life BUT😒 Not one doctor has asked me if I had any trauma lately in my past, currently or presently! & the answer is Yes. I have physically, emotionally and mentally been through trauma, this has trigger my past, present and future mentally, emotionally and physically. (my body recently when through a stillborn miscarriage and that has affected me mentally emotionally and physically) Mentally I have told my body that we got this, and im OKAY(but was I really okay?) I told myself I'll be fine, my body was not ready to receive that message. I was rushing the process to heal but mentally physically and emotionally I was Not ready.
This affected me physically because i honestly mentally at one point felt fine for a while but my body still was not ready to heal; and to accept the love. The love of loving my body and healing it with time and patience.
Doctors don't understand that mental and health are very much link together to your body. The way we eat makes a difference and just a hike or a walk, or talking to therapist or a friend, taking a break from work and or learning to breath again this can make such a difference, being patience to heal your pain is very important.
You have to love yourself and fill up your own cup all over again, and trust me the cup may spill or tilt sometimes but you have to continue re-filling it, yeah sounds cliché but in the process of healing i got many spills and also knocked it down myself so many time(I was so hard on myself, I was so hard on my journey, i rushed my process so many times) because i gave up to many times.
Giving and receiving love and kindness was hard.
Be patient learn how to receive love and be ready to receive love and kindness, learn who deserves your love.
Honestly giving love and kindness when you are expecting it to get it back it hurts when you don't get it back; it hurts the most specially mentally big time.
    Give yourself balance!
Give as much as you receive because when you give to much, you start to expect the same amount of effort.
The truth is if you don't expect as much as you want to receive you will actually start to accept that you be just fine and you will be okay.
But you have to believe that you are fine if someone didn't ask you if you are okay today! Or if you had a great day today! Or just didn't say hello today!
In your heart you have to believe that you dont expect anything in return, so you not feeling hurt when everyone, everything and anything around you goes wrong because sometimes things will not be great and positive or the way you wanted to be or turn out, but would have to find the positively of what is happening in the moment and in your life...learning to receive love and kindeness because when you do have it you dont appreciate it because you never was thought to love.
(I felt in love with my daughters 💓 heart and she thought me what love is and i didnt even meet her. I didnt know how to receive her love but i was ready to be a mommy) .
Dont be to hard on yourself you are where you are meant to be, be patience at your past, present and your future 🎁 💝 ❤️ 🙌🏻 ✨️ 🙏🏻 #pisces happy new 2023

The reason many people venture into Trading/ Investing (Financial Market), is so that they can get to have a better life, while working and even after retirement. The wisest thing that should be on every wise individual's list is to invest in different stream of income; am earning more this year because I have been investing while working at the same time.

As much as I love your podcast and i am very fond of using fasting and diet for my health, as an autistic individual i have to say, autism is NOT a disease to be cured from or an inflammation of a brain... We can be overstimulated more because of different kind of nervous system and it can cause many coocurring problems or diseases but our different way of thinking and living is not something bad... We dont need a cure, we need acceptance and understanding
