We just returned from a month in Norway and Iceland. We ate whatever we wanted during our trip. Dairy, pastries included and our sons even enjoyed the orange pop and a better tasting KitKat. Our stomachs felt wonderful. No stomachaches, pains, even my sons asthma was non-existent. After a week back in the US, all the problems came back. We eat a healthy, plant based diet. Still can't escape it. We are now researching moving to Norway.

I purchase only whole vegetables and fruits, nuts and seeds. I regularly buy organic eggs from the local farmer. My husband hunts and we eat organic meat. I also buy as much as possible from the various farmers around our area and when traveling to other area states - often times will stop, ask where certain vegetables are from- and buy from the farmer markets. It is more expensive- but, we save money by not being sick or requiring medications. We have totally eliminated ultra processed food- and, like you- we have loss weight even though we still eat plenty of healthy food and feel totally satiated. I am not trying my best to get my family members to understand the importance of what they buy and eat. I have two family members totally on board - many more to go!

All about the $$$$$$, $$$$$$ plus just like everytime I here or heard during covid and afterwards that the US did the worst as in cases and deaths. So much mire than all other western or 1st world countries. Does that ever surprise you??? It doesn't me because as we all noticed way too many didn't believe it or wouldn't wear a mask or take a vaccine. Many except older adults didn't quarantine. Why? WE ALL live in a bubble of somehow believing our freedom makes us believe we don't have to follow any rules? Especially if it came from the government. We are very spoiled. We can't do what we are told. IN ky a very conservative state jn a way except we manage to have a Democrat Gov. Usually. We had a Rep. before our GOV. NOW That had some very $$$$ stealing ideas. I still believe that if our awesome Gov Beshear whom had nightly tv sessions as nice as he could and laid down the rules, many more would have been dead. We are the richest country and just like inflation now and how France won't sale Pepsi... Not here. .. Because the companies make the $$$ and we all think the Gov can't tell us what to do... ?? Not as in dictator or anything like that, just common sense

The reality of what is going on in this country is that the government has been busy suing, small, farmers, that has been their choice of where the money is being spent. They sued an Amish farmer in Pennsylvania, who was providing people with healthy food to eat and many of them Actually were healthier because of what they were buying from him but yet the government went after him. Many other small farmers, who are regenerative in this country are being sought after and the rules they are being given to run their farms is putting them out of business. They want the big outfits who make all this bad food stay in business, whereas the small farmers are being sued and that’s the true reality of what is actually going on. I don’t want the crappy cereal from Kellogg’s and will never eat it again in my life because I know what it does for one’s body.

A doctor, on one high blood pressure reading, put me on high blood pressure medicine which made me very sick. I stopped taking it and cut the salty soup and ate better so brought down my blood pressure naturally. Fired her as my doc. And me, my whole family and all my friends were all slim, looked great, felt great... and no one I knew of had diabetes or cancer. Of course we didn't overeat... EVER. As kids we played outside. And as teenagers we walked several miles to and from school everyday... and had phys ed in school. Same in college... always walking (in high heels😊). We, also, walked to Church on Sunday, to the park, to our relatives and friends houses. We were always walking, 🙃😊 dancing, raking the yard, etc.

Who would ever want to open a box of food with coloring and throw it at a kid or some nuggets. The problem is people don’t have time to cook, lunch hours are short and vacation time in the USA is ridiculous. Am not saying Europe is perfect but how can anyone enjoy food when you work so many hours. People seek junk food because is fast - they get addicted to the sodium, sugar and fat - we need to slow down and go back to basics. What’s the point of climbing the success ladder then getting there with diabetes, obese or whatever other ailment one can get.

So may our LORD GOD protect these men as they continue to educate people and the big companies lose money, they will either buy them off or set them up, or just kill them. Whether they were good at first or not, doesn't matter, the issue now is they are at this point in time. The farmers are being targeted now, so they either conform or not make a living with their farms. It's good ya'll are talking about it, but all the talking and discussions won't change the money hungry companies; Most

Older generations in particular, my age group (50s) and my mother's (80s) stubbornly reject any information that suggests every one of the health issues they're experiencing (inflamation/diabetes/heart conditions/arthritis/asthma) directly relate to the stuff they put in their bodies. I only changed my ways a few years ago and am seeing huge benefits from moving away from hyper processed foods and avoiding pharmaceuticals completely. Getting natural sunlight and drinking plenty of water is hugely beneficial too. My eyesight was the first thing to improve. My hair is glossy and thick and my skin is in condition more like someone much younger. When I look and feel healthier than my siblings my mother just says I'm "lucky". Denial is so frustrating.

This! No one is saying this! I was on track ten years ago to be a physician. Pre-med and working as a pharmacy tech. Wasted all that money and schooling. Do not regret it. Once I saw what was going on in the pharmacy and meds being distributed for issues that could be solved with lifestyle changes, I was done.
Maybe if I were a hospital tech things may have been different. But at CVS you were required to ring up the patient’s regular store items too. LITERS of soda and chips. Being purchased in conjunction with their cholesterol & bp meds. I’m done with society. You like it- I’m ecstatic.

I've been trying to spread Mark's words to everyone I know and I keep getting this answer "I would rather die sooner eating good tasting food than live longer eating cardboard"
When my daughter was 8 years old I was trying to teach her about good food vs bad foods and she asked me " why would they sell food to us that is bad for us "?
I said " that is what I would like to ask congress ". Followed by
" Because making money is more important to a Capitalists than there family, County, or even God ".

Hello, I wanted to share my experience on the subject. One day I was in my car waiting and this family was going to have dinner at McDonalds. For whatever reason mother decided not to eat at McDonald’s, wow, the little boy (7-8 years old) had a full blown out break, streaming to the top of his lungs, on the ground, his body going everywhere on the ground, mother couldn’t take the embarrassment so she gave in and the family ate at McDonald’s. That is when I realized the food industry was putting something in the food to cause that kind of reaction and that was not the first time I saw this kind of action with kids. You see it in adults through how big their bellies are with food rotting in their intestines. Thank you❤

My change came at 37 with divorce giving up smoking and alcohol . I did do better on diet . My dog became diabetic . She was a mess and difficult to regulate so I changed from commercial pellets to homemade and she lived 11 years with the disease . Longer than any dog I had heard of.
I got blood work done and the doc wanted to put me on medication. I said no and would like to try an extreme diet change similar to what I was feeding my dog . 3 months later my blood work was comparable to my 24 year old daughter . Improvements in bowl movement and stools . Eye floaters recently went away and my health continues to improve while I age which kind of makes no sense . You age you decline . Funny I never drank water . As a kid it was pop or sugary juice and drinks . Tang was our healthy choice with chocolate milk . I had to learn how to drink water and it was difficult like a alcoholic giving up booze .
Gum disease is finally gone with toenail fungus .lifetime battle . All I have left eczema but that seems to be a struggle to eliminate. My mom had it all her life up until her passing at 90 .
I coach little league softball. The snacks given after the game and sold at the snack bar is horrific . Parents gave me a snack bag and you could say it's child abuse feeding kids like this . How are they going to have a fighting chance of being healthy when they age

We figured this out over a decade ago and we’re in a position to grow whole, organic food and also trade with others who farm. We don’t go to Drs (except a holistic practitioner), don’t have supplemental American healthcare insurance because it requires wellness checks were they find things wrong so they can give you a pill or surgery for “fixing.” We cook for ourselves and rarely go to a restaurant. We rarely get a cold! Most food out or in the grocery store tastes nasty. I do best when eliminating bad carbs. There is healthy dairy, too. Biiiig difference!
