Sorry dude…. My Deus 2, “Silver-ass-sniffer” program is much better than your “magical, cyclops” settings, and your outdated analog detectors…. 😜 Brilliant video !
The only advantage for me is if you're hunting in iron contaminated ground because there aren't as many targets under the coil at the same time so it's easier to isolate the signals, in regards to depth, there's not much between the 6 inch and stock coil, I hope this helps ✌🏻
Which single frequency is the legend set on? What are the coil configurations and sizes? My tesoros are not obsolete as well as the mxt pro when it works. My detectors see coins inside bent iron every hunt. Good luck finding those 3 detectors on the market. Thanks
Hi Ray good luck finding what machines on the market? the Legend is set to multi-frequency with the 6'inch coil, Vista X is a 5.9' inch coil, Golden Mask has a 5'inch coil and the Fisher F19 has a 5'inch coil, you need to understand the sarcasm in this video, none of the analog machines are obsolete which is the point I'm trying to make here, many think they are
Not sure where your reply went, but the only one I can buy is the legend, and I've found enough gold with it in less than a year to pay for two of them. .
@@paulwarrenmetaldetectingthanks. I found the reply and I agree. My analog machines are not obsolete, and can still get a fisher. Now to set up the mxt on a rc 4 wheeler cause me retired shoulder cat handle it.. 😅
Is that solid coil on the Vista X a concentric or a double D? Those analog machines are SO much more pleasant to listen to, aside from the better performance. I'll bet the Nexus would detect that coin inside your house before you even turn it on, man! 😁
Thank you, thank you... multi overhyped sales gimmickitry. Might work beaches or highly mineralized soil, i hunt neither and get hammered on metal detector forums for calling single frequency older machines still as good as anything being made today. But people want all that gimmick menu screen crap. I'm wondering as I'm texting if your going to run the Legend in Single Frequency.
They don't work on highly mineralised soil, SMF is totally overrated, the Legend run in single frequency does nothing for unmasking, changing a number on the screen doesn't make the unit run in a true single frequency, it's all about the coil, people don't understand this, one coil can't do it all
@christianh7863 Hi Christian Yes I think I would agree with this but it also depends on what single frequency machine you're using, the Nexus Standard MP V2 and Credo DDM work exceptionally well on salt water beaches and so does the Fisher F19
Just subscribed to your channel Excellent mate a refreshing change Your research and practical experience and sharing is much appreciated I managed to get one of the last Tesoros made the Mojave with a 7' precision concentric coil and ED 180 circuitry which for my type of searching extreme trashy junky areas works well It does struggle with aluminium caps So I use the Vanquish 540 with a 8" DD coil which copes better but does struggle with ring pulls / pull tabs Also use a Nokta Racer 2 with a 5" coil a nox 800 and 900 with a 6" coil all depends on the situation like you say Keep up the excellent videos try not to get frustrated by others 'Keep Calm and Carry On "
@@briansparks8528 Hi Brian thanks for watching, you've got a nice selection of machines there, at the end of the day, it's all about having a good time
Ok so you didn't listen to anything I was saying did you? These are the exact settings I use on the river foreshore, I'm not setting the machine up to pass the test, also recovery is on 9 not sensitivity, are you a Legend expert here to tell me I don't know what I'm doing? if you are it's best you jog on mate, I'm tired of butt hurt Nokta fan boys getting triggered by this video

Brother I do not know how you did that video without busting out laughing, again as I stated I love your honesty
Thanks Don 👍🏻
Love it, damn someone put the truth on how it really is.
This is a brilliant video. I'm starting to regret getting rid of my Fisher 1270 now!!!!
Tony I still have my Fisher 1265X 😃

analog are not obsolete. it's just that you like something new, and manufacturers make money from it.

Yeah, I know that, I was just being sarcastic, making jokes with Paul 😃 I’m a Nexus user and XP user 👍👍

Paul I see you got 6 inch coil on legend what’s your honest opinion on use this to stock coil what comes with the unit 👍

It's a DD coil on the Vista X, I do have concentric for it but it's 8 inches, yup the analog units have sweet audio 👌

I'm an advocate for one or two good units with a minimum of 3 coils

It does struggle with aluminium caps
So I use the Vanquish 540 with a 8" DD coil which copes better but does struggle with ring pulls / pull tabs

Ypu should have been using Minotaur settings, obvious really! 😂
There's a distinct lack of no mad capped, narcissistic fan-boys here-abouts. Reality and reason replaces sub-hunting,"ring-kissing" "Yes m'am":"No 'Bruce'"sponsorship beggars or"coin farmers".
Why are you in beach mode on the legend and why sensitivity on 9 for a fresh drop test?
