Paul… I am sure the backgroud traffic noise is a little different….it just ain’t fair 😂😂😂😂 Another good test 👍 as for they are not waterproof, I wonder what these people thought we did in the 80’s when it was raining snowing etc… it was called a plastic bag…in any case I see so many comments from owners of digital waterproof detectors that say they are not going out because it’s raining…. Fair weather fisherman!

Brother people just do not get it, at all no matter what you show people they will always say you have set these digital detectors up to fail, and I am sorry but the reality of it is those analog detectors work, I have personally started getting rid of all my digital detectors and am going back to analog detectors, I traded one of my Legends for a Vista X and I am in the process of purchasing a Golden Mask pro WD4, I love your honesty brother
I have three hard years on the 800 and honestly your results are about what I expected to see from the 800. I love seeing that little 4WD machine with the switchable frequencies and after researching it a little I noticed that Nel also has a line of coils that could be used with the GM 4WD so I may just grab me one in the near future. Also, I am very curious to watch you use the Plus One you have ordered. Give little Eric a scratch on the ear from Texas.
@@paulwarrenmetaldetecting I've seen videos on youtube on how to convert a +1 into a 4 wd pro - apparently golden mask used the same circuit board and you just have to install the potentiometers and some jumpers. You might be able to go the other way if you wanted.
Excellent video thanks!!! Always good to use an array of different machines hunting the same area. It’s so tempting to make joking comments about what type of paper you use, what color ink are the circles, blue or black, red ink is more conductive, etc. i’ll refrain from the rest and be mature.😂😂😂😂 sorry
@@paulwarrenmetaldetecting Dear Paul! I'll tell you what the plan is I am a deus 2 master user 28cm coil but there is a forest that is very very dense! you can't go with a 28cm coil Not even a 22 cm coil! I want to buy a second machine with a small coil NEL coil also has xp goldmax power and golden mask 4wd the soil is stony the goal is your tiny hammer

Hi Don I totally agree with you, the digital units are highly overrated thanks for watching 👍🏻

Jason you can't really go wrong with the Golden Mask, I'll let you know about the +1 because it's actually suppose to be faster than the 4WD
@@paulwarrenmetaldetecting My main curiosity with the +1 is the fixed ground balance and how it will actually perform.
Cool I'll keep you informed, I've just written up the 4WD on my blog, I will do the same with the +1

Same test with vista x concentric coil would love to see it ..
Coming soon!

Hello friend
excellent test!
I have a question
what do you think?
xp goldmax power or golden mask 4wd?
I would recommend the Golden Mask, they're fantastic machines
@@paulwarrenmetaldetecting
Dear Paul!
I'll tell you what the plan is
I am a deus 2 master user
28cm coil
but there is a forest that is very very dense!
you can't go with a 28cm coil
Not even a 22 cm coil!
I want to buy a second machine with a small coil
NEL coil also has xp goldmax power and golden mask 4wd
the soil is stony
the goal is your tiny hammer
@zsobratzsobrat464 I understand, the Golden Mask will do very well in that situation
@@paulwarrenmetaldetecting
I ordered!😁😉
and a small 5" coil
I'm very curious what the 5" coil is like
