    It takes you realizing your actions to notice how you can change. For me, it was hard because I was like ping ponging between my mom and sister and became an anxious attachment style because I see them very stressed and ignore me. So, I avoid myself care and focus on their care, and it hurts now that my mental health is in need and my mom is the one helping. I know that God separated them to make sure that I am ok. because together they ignore my mental and physical health, because they only see stress at work and come home to see stress in each other, and me being the only one who is unstressed, they shun me, and ignore my emotional state of being.
