    Hahaha, the end! My parents were campers, and they went on long hikes and camped in the forest. As an adult child, I refused this! I moved to a big city and started building a corporate girly lifestyle. But I was unhappy, and for over a decade, I couldn’t wrap my head around why I was struggling with my dream life. Here I am, 32 years old, who has moved to the countryside and switched to a remote contract to be able to go camping and go on long hikes alone with my dog wandering in the woods and dipping in creeks. And I’ve never been happier. I guess we can’t change what we hoard in our DNA 🤣😂

I love watching your channel because I am so impressed at the skills you have and how you have chosen to live your life. I married at 18 because I was afraid to live alone but divorced at 28 because I really didn’t like living with someone so have been living alone since then and love every minute of it. Your ability to do all that you do is so impressive. Living the life of Rosie vicariously from far away Boise. I love that you wear protective gear when building projects around the home. But I cringe when I see you go from here to there, often in the middle of nowhere, without a helmet! I'm recovering from surgery after being jumped on my bike by an unleashed dog. Thankfully, I was wearing a helmet. I'm grateful that all I needed was a plate and pins in my elbow. Stepping off my soapbox and looking forward to the next videos, you brilliant young woman!

    • @peacefulness
      @peacefulness 14 днів тому +4

      The ironic part is that she's always great at wearing protective gear (eyes and ears) when cutting wood, or when she's working in the garden. I don't understand why she chooses to not wear a helmet when she's on the bike in a big city like Gothenburg or riding along roads where cars drive at pretty high speeds. She even said in this video that her parents used to bike a lot, so it's just odd that she doesn't protect the most important body part while biking.

    Thought I would give you a compliment. When I do a project either with sewing, painting or cutting wood, I usually move at a fast pace like I’m in a hurry to get somewhere. Something I’ve noticed is that you don’t do that, and your projects come out beautifully. I need to slow down and appreciate what I’m doing! Thank you! 😊

    I know technically it's Sweden but I think of it as Magicland. It's so beautiful and I look forward to more of your cycling adventures! Please consider giving us a "tour" of your bike? I'm so curious why you chose it, the tires (traveling on non paved surfaces), packing it up with all your gear, etc.

    Stunning video! Your editing and drone skills have really gone next level, so beautiful! Quick tip, as a cyclist I highly recommend that you get some proper cycling shorts ( with padding for your bum) and use some “chamois cream” that will IMMENSELY improve comfort and enjoyment on the bike, and reduce risk of chafing and potential sores in that area,
    (It happens, and isn’t fun and Will leave you off the bike for a good while!) love seeing you enjoy bike riding to explore!

      It was not the animals I was up all night listening for. Next time I will pick a busier area just to have the safety of others closer.

    Na 85 video's van je bekeken te hebben, wil ik graag mijn complimenten aan je geven. Elke keer als je een nieuwe video online hebt gezet, voel ik een vreugdesprongetje. Zelfs na 85 video's over m.n. jouw huisje en het mooie werk wat jij daarin verricht geniet ik van elke video. Dit komt mede door de zeer professionele editing (ja ik weet dat hier vele uren werk achter zitten) en de grote zorgvuldigheid waarmee jij werkt. Roos (Rosie), jouw werk is naar ik vermoed een inspiratie voor velen en ik hoop dan ook dat er nog vele video's zullen volgen! 😌❤

    We all are making a life and none of us have the slightest idea how long until out 'this' life will end. I always felt, until I forgot but now recall, what I wanted to be able remember when old age crippled my body. I recall some movies, some books, some events, all more or less like those others recall. But I live now, when my body will not tolerate the endurance, the absolute grandure of vistas I happened upon while exploring. At the time treks across the deserts seemed barely tolerable. Now I recall every facet of the sunrise (not the exhausted). Every lizard or snake warming itself in a small shaft of sunlight, but not the freezing rain of the night before. I remember conversations of persons I met who I still don't know now. My heaviest regret is not the occasional fear of the unknown or of failing. Nothing measures as weightedly as experience to have lived through the experiences that I thought were endurance testings at the time. My advice to anyone: Live a life worth remembering while also understanding how wonderful the adventure is. ... Yes! Always celebrate your opportunities, Roaming Wild Rosie!

    The seam binding on the fabric panels looks so good. I love how you make every to the highest standard your budget allows, even if you have to redo things to make them right. The room is coming together so nicely. Congratulations on your new bike. We all rebel, in big and small ways, to individuate from our parents. Hopefully, we take what works for us and the rest that we recognize does not suit us falls away. I hope that your friend has had a lovely stay. Lucky friend.
