I discovered One Bite about four weeks ago. Now I've eaten pizza 14 times in two weeks, and watched 800 episodes while neglecting my job. Thanks Dave.

Yep. Thought it was her filming through the door window at first but it wasn't, as that person eventually came out to get better video lol.

When you hear that crunch on the crust, you know it's a good score. Soup to crisp put some lbs on Daves hips.

Yeah I appreciate the integrity here from Dave. One of the few times he didn't crumble like wet cardboard on a score because of a "nice owner". Also, she fucked up the order lol. You do that a few times, doesn't matter how good your pie is.

The owners there are one of the best. I remember I came there with my nephews on a Saturday and didn’t know they were closed because the door was open. Nevertheless, they didn’t let us know they were closed and asked what we wanted to order, purely nice guy there. I only found out they were closed when I saw their closing times on the door as I was leaving. But the pizza was the best that I had ever eaten. We destroyed it and on top of that, the owner gave us two free pizzas since it was close to “closing time” (They were already closed, but didn’t want us to feel bad.) Man, if anybody is around the area, try it out. Amazing amazing pizza.

It was low because it wasn’t fresh hot. I bet if it would have been fresh hot it would been a 9+
Does anyone buy the admittedly cool pizza maker that if the pizza 'rested' it would be less soupy? Nah, that would have remained soup if not slimy instead. My hope for this place is that Dave's suggestion tweaks the recipe and he comes back in 5 years to re-score it an 8.8

If you're nearby, try this pizza. One of the few that I said, "Oh my God" after the first bite. The owner is a really great guy too

@@wizcorn9958 My fiance and I did a pizza vacation to new haven and we had a blast trying the top 4 spots. I'd throw this one in for a similar Boston pizza trip. Original Regina, Santarpio's, Picco, and the Square Deli would give you a good taste of the town and styles. Add on a Sox game or a concert and you got yourself a weekend worth having.

That pizza look wise is on another level. Hopefully they can improve upon an already good pizza and reach a higher 8 or 9 level. Something special about that pizza, It just looks amazing 🤤

It's what social media has exposed. She's more happy thinking about the # of clicks and attention she thinks she's gonna get than blue light and reality. It's kinda sad. I'm always so happy and fortunate I grew up in the 90's.

That crunch sounded great. Looks like a 8.3 min. Edit, And he comes in with an 8.3. I bet it is amazing tasting.
It's weird because he likes his .X to typically be an even number, so I thought 8.2 I think he'd have done 8.8 given no soup. He mentioned the 9s but I doubt that because he was pissed about the late pizza.

This pizza hits ALL the senses. Looks great. Smells incredible. Tastes amazing. You can hear the crunch. And feels light and crispy. Cheese to crust ratio is perfect

There was also an unmentioned bonus in this pizza review. The pizza got the Wind Test. It held up fine :)
I love that he leaves in the 15 seconds of him paying for the pizza. You know he took that as some sort of insult and included it.

Dave, I hope your day is going better than mine lad. I brought home a delicious pizza pie for my wife but she saw it was Neapolitan style. She gasped in disgust and was instantly turned off. Seconds ago, she said she needed a real man and is on her way for an extended stay at her boyfriends. I wish I had started watching your reviews sooner so I would have known what pizza a tough man gets. What a nightmare. Cheers mate

as soon as i seen that pizza i was like daves giving that an 8.3. honestly that crust was incredible and i'm with dave if that first bite was like the rest thats an all time scorer for sure. amazing looking pizza.
Ate here the other day, that crisp is REAL. Definitley some of the best dough ive ever had in taste and crisp.

Man there is absolutely no pizza near me that even comes close to looking like that one. I’m usually a fan of light sauce but that looks spectacular.

Yeah you watch enough you can score within +/- 0.2 the problem is he's got a soft heart and has warped his scoring when the owners beg or are watching him with some sob story.

As soon as the box opened. You could see. There was no way, that pie wasn't gonna be great. It looks similiar to Lucali

Everett has always been an Italian city from the late1800's to the late 1900's.........Their Italian food and pizzas have always been on the top of the ladder as they say.........
He favors the ones who favor him but you have to remember its not just the pizza it's the hospitality, the experience and the history. This review was a 9.7/10
This video reminds me of that guy from Santillo's (Elizabeth,NJ) the old lass at the front has just a personality and the guy in the back so passionate about his craft this whole video from the pie to the place is just awesome

I absolutely love that lady at the register, Fran! She's so cool! By the look of the pizza, I scored it an 8.6 prior to David's score of 8.3. It has the perfect amount of sauce and crisp look. Most places skimp on the sauce!

The pizza looks amazing. I'm surprised by the score since middle might go soggy very fast with all that sauce gathered in the middle. But that crust looks amazing.

Dave was on point with that scoring. Sucks about the "soupy" part, but that's just the nature of cooking a full pie. That's why slices reign supreme.

At this point his scores can determine whether a restaurant stays in business or not. Anyone in his position would be hesitant to give a low score.
Dave complains about a pizza being late, but he eats it 4 seconds right after it comes out of the oven, when you KNOW you're supposed to let a pizza sit 7-10 minutes uncovered... Everybody knows THAT Rule except Dave because he's looking for a new dealer...Everybody knows the rules...

Hey Dave! Come to Northampton MA! We use to have a pizza place called memos which was the best place around but we still have some great pizza still. At least 4 places. Would love to see you in my hometown
