If you're ever in northern Illinois, morettie's in fox lake. I promise you will not be disappointed. They have the best thin crust.
One bite every Philly guy knows Pat's and Geno's are for tourists and nowhere near the best cheesesteak in the city.
Who would you recommend for a good cheesesteak down in philly? I've only had Steve's Prince of Steaks and Tony Luke's.
@@drimmie depends where you are. John's, Dalessandro's, and Jim's are my favorites. Steve's is pretty good and Tony Luke's is the best of the touristy spots but it's closer to Pat's and Geno's with being fast food/street food.
Any pizza place anywhere makes better steak and cheese subs than Philly does.

If you want a good Philly Cheesesteak, you don't go to Pats or Genos. Go to Tony's Pizza at Belgrade & Clementine in Port Richmond (in Philly). 2nd is Steve's Prince of Steaks on Bustleton Ave in the Northeast.
