I want to thank you very, very much. I've been active all my life but at 67 I have to watch my neck and knees. I was doing an aerobic video every day on Xfinity and they cancelled it without any notice and the instructor is non-responsive. Two months ago I found your videos. They are the right amount of safe low-impact workout with just the right pace and exercizes all the muscle groups. It's s easy for seniors to become sedate as they age and as much as some of us do not want to do that it was frustrating to find the right mix of everything I mentioned...and then I found you. Thank you so very much again. You are such a benefit to hundreds, if not thousands, of people's health. Bless you ❤

Love this workout. I am almost 72 and spent the morning walking around shopping but still needed to bump up my steps so this workout was perfect. I always love your workouts.

I am thankful for your making up this video! It truly is a great workout with fun for me! Everyday is a holiday to a retiree. But on the other hand, there is no weekend any more. I am not an outgoing person. But weekends made a difference to me. It naturally helped to provide a kind of released and relaxed spirit from the daily routine. I am thankful for those people composing good music. It helps me be more active and positive to do the workouts. I am thankful that sometimes I can help others. I did this workout today and wow!! I truly enjoyed the music and moves!! I love to be able to move to the music while watching your instruction! I've been wanting a workout like this for years!! I used to do Leslie Sansone (and still do sometimes) and would love to just watch and listen to the music and you read my mind!! I am 65 and this one really challenged me!! I find those moves rather challenging! I'm sure in time I will have one uploaded...I might just need to practice for a LONG time first! 🤔

Love the color coordinated shirts, timers and sometimes shoes…and the thoughts for the day. I had to dance a little more gently today after playing competitive games of Cornhole with my 50-year old kids and their cousins yesterday. I Jules. Haven’t been with you for the last couple of weeks because it’s been beautiful walking weather and I have been walking 2 miles a day. I have missed your videos and your workouts and I can feel my body that I need to work with these in between walking because these challenge different muscles. Enjoyed it as much as always and I hope all is well with you.
The weather has been BEAUTIFUL here as well (I'm in Ottawa) so I can fully understand why you want to take advantage of the nice weather. Jules it was as great as I knew it would be. I was 8 seconds short of the 1 minute fast interval but still grateful I could make it that far. Thanks for this come alive workout. Especially today, the Tuesday after the clock changes when it usually hits me most noticeably. Thanks for this energy I now have. 👍

@@ImprovedHealth Yes, the videos I make are simple in comparison to yours. I spend quite a lot of the workout wondering whether you start with the music or the clock or the moves... or perhaps it's the outfit and the conversation with your husband. ;) LOL
@@jennycliftcoachingEFT With the intermediate walking workouts I always have the music playlist created first so that way I can move to the beat. I have to line the music up in the editing process after, then mute the original music from when I am actually working out. With the strength training and chair workouts I add the music in during the editing process. But, sometimes work out with the music in those, too. So, in other words, it all just depends on what I'm doing:) The clock and all the other stuff gets added in during the editing process but I have a timer in front of me to know when to change the move. It takes 2-6 hours to edit a video so yes, quite the process! My husband is off the hook these days now that I have most of the clocks built already into my computer:)

Love the color coordinated shirts, timers and sometimes shoes…and the thoughts for the day. I had to dance a little more gently today after playing competitive games of Cornhole with my 50-year old kids and their cousins yesterday. But now I feel better than when I woke up today, so YOU did a good thing! Again. Thank you.

I Jules. Haven’t been with you for the last couple of weeks because it’s been beautiful walking weather and I have been walking 2 miles a day. I have missed your videos and your workouts and I can feel my body that I need to work with these in between walking because these challenge different muscles. Enjoyed it as much as always and I hope all is well with you.
The weather has been BEAUTIFUL here as well (I'm in Ottawa) so I can fully understand why you want to take advantage of the nice weather. I spend quite a lot of the workout wondering whether you start with the music or the clock or the moves... or perhaps it's the outfit and the conversation with your husband. ;) LOL
@@jennycliftcoachingEFT With the intermediate walking workouts I always have the music playlist created first so that way I can move to the beat. I have to line the music up in the editing process after, then mute the original music from when I am actually working out. With the strength training and chair workouts I add the music in during the editing process. But, sometimes work out with the music in those, too. So, in other words, it all just depends on what I'm doing:) The clock and all the other stuff gets added in during the editing process but I have a timer in front of me to know when to change the move. It takes 2-6 hours to edit a video so yes, quite the process! My husband is off the hook these days now that I have most of the clocks built already into my computer:)
